Nia: "Be careful."

Jimmy: "Don't worry, it's fine."

Jimmy hung up the phone, looked at the building, and noticed that the house number wasn't visible from outside, but the differently colored area was on the third floor. Jimmy checked his gun and walked into the apartnt building.

There was still no news about the kidnapping case, so he figured it would be a good ti to investigate the strange situation that almost caused him a car accident earlier.

Upon reaching the third floor, Jimmy discovered sothing he hadn't seen from outside. Thin lines of shadow connected several rooms, like a three-dinsional spider web, though the lines were very fine and didn't seem unusual.

Soone just ca out of a nearby house and walked through these lines in the corridor, without anything happening as if they didn't exist at all.

Jimmy flashed his badge: "Hey, man, sorry to bother you, FBI Special Agent Jimmy Yang, I have a few questions."

The man coming out with a trash bag froze for a mont, eyes wide, and dropped the garbage bag on the ground.

Seeing his reaction was not quite right, Jimmy placed his right hand on the holster at his waist, "Relax, don't be nervous, just want to ask a few questions."

The man slowly said, "What?"

Jimmy: "What's your na?"

Man: "David Hart."

Jimmy: "How long have you lived here? Do you know about the murder that happened in this building before?"

David: "A few months, sorry, I'm just renting here, I don't know anything."

Jimmy nodded: "Thanks, sorry to bother you."

David picked up the trash bag and headed for the stairs. After descending a few flights, he quickly ran down. Jimmy observed his actions carefully with Heart Eye, suspecting he certainly had sothing going on. But it didn't matter, he wasn't here for him.

Jimmy observed the rooms connected by shadows, switching between Heart Eye and normal vision, but found nothing unusual inside—like ghosts wandering around. The rooms were unoccupied, and judging by the furniture, soone was likely living there.

After so thought, Jimmy decided to submit this as his first collaborative case with the Church. Given the arrangent between Bishop Anderson and Dave, he couldn't afford to do nothing; that would be disrespectful.

He headed down to his car and drove straight back to Manhattan, contacting Father Rodney for a eting along the way. When Jimmy arrived at the church, Father Rodney was already waiting for him at the entrance.

Father Rodney: "Agent Yang, what did you discover?"

Jimmy: "Father, I encountered sothing special, sothing very special."

Father Rodney gestured for Jimmy to stop, leading him into the church to the front altar. There, he prayed for a mont in front of the Holy Water Basin, then filled a small cup with water, dipped his fingers, and sprinkled it on Jimmy. After replacing the cup on the altar, he led Jimmy aside to sit down.

Father Rodney: "Alright, there was a bit of sothing unclean on you."

Jimmy, surprised, looked at the priest: "I didn't feel anything, what was it?"

Father Rodney: "I'm not sure, just slightly uncomfortable, nothing serious. So, what happened before?"

Jimmy: "OK, I was investigating a kidnapping case today, over in the Bronx, and while I was searching for clues on the road, soone suddenly appeared in front of my car. After making an ergency stop, there was nothing in front of my car.

I thought it was odd, so I had soone investigate. Nearby, there was a building where a family murder occurred. I went inside and noticed sothing off, then backed out to contact you."
