"..." Wushuang wondered if it was her brain that had malfunctioned, or Tao Hua’s brain.

Since that incident, Tao Hua had not stepped out of the house, hiding at ho every day.

He didn’t dare to go out.

Because he didn’t want to give those two guys a chance to laugh at him!

Only when their interest waned would he venture out.

But staying at ho every day was also quite frustrating.

Ouyang Che’s body had already recovered, and yet he didn’t just take off, always lingering around, refusing to leave.

What’s worse, he was always with his Little Shuangshuang, monopolizing her, not letting Tao Hua get near.

He was constantly showing him a cold, deadpan face!

Tao Hua needed to make it clear that he was the master here, while Ouyang Che was rely a guest!

Therefore, only he had the right to show him any attitude, not the other way around!

Tao Hua, with nowhere to vent his resentnt, could only take pleasure in making things difficult for Ouyang Che.

Every day, he would drag Wushuang to the lab to study, leaving Ouyang Che outside the door, not allowing him to enter.

And he and Wushuang would stay inside for seven or eight hours at a ti, not giving them a chance to et.

But Ouyang Che seed to be a person without any temper.

He would stay by the door for seven or eight hours, never sitting down to rest.

Day after day, he continued like that, even on the third and fourth days.

Tao Hua curled his lips, never having seen such a fool.

He changed his strategy, opting to take Wushuang to his parents’ for als every day, thinking he couldn’t possibly follow them there.

However, as they were leaving, they found him leaning against a nearby wall, motionless, like a statue.

Tao Hua was speechless; this person was truly persistent.

Wushuang observed everything but said nothing.

She understood that Brother Tao had no malice towards Ache.

He just felt awful lately, so Ache happened to be his scapegoat.

She wouldn’t voice criticisms of Brother Tao’s treatnt of Ache, as that would hurt his feelings.

Nor would she go to console Ache, because she knew that Brother Tao’s annoyances didn’t bother him.

A few days later, even Tao Hua felt embarrassed.

He knew that the fury in his heart had nothing to do with Ouyang Che.

Nor was it related to Rong Shaoze’s and Xu Yao’s despicability.

It had everything to do with that woman who had played him!

He decided to stop making things hard for Ouyang Che and instead try to catch that woman who had always angered him!

In the villa garden, Wushuang had planted so herbs.

Under the sun, she tied her hair into a ponytail, wearing a simple white T-shirt and jeans, crouching on the ground tending to her plants.

Ouyang Che was leaning against a nearby wall, arms crossed, his gaze fixed on her, silent from beginning to end.

So silent, it was as if he didn’t exist.

Had it not been for his intensely warm gaze, Wushuang might have thought he was a statue.

"Ache, I rember it’s your mother’s death anniversary soon. You should go back to the island," Wushuang said suddenly, looking up at him.

Ouyang Che’s eyes flickered briefly, and he remained silent, lips pursed.

"You visit her every year; don’t miss the timing this year because of ," she said softly, her tone gentle, like a flowing stream, soothing and calming.

Ouyang Che’s sowhat gloomy heart imdiately settled down.

"Co back with ," he said, his tone not pleading, but sowhat forceful.
