Chapter 1015: Chapter 1015: Why Did You Co
“Wushuang…”
In the dim light, he saw her gentle and clear eyes.
Her eyes were always so clean and bright, even more beautiful than the moon in the sky.
Every ti he saw them, he would feel that the world was a wonderful place.
Wushuang didn’t expect him to be awake. She tried to pull away his hand, but he seized her wrist, holding it tightly and refusing to let go.
“Ache, let go of my hand and get so rest.”
“Wushuang…” he stared at her dreamily, his voice carrying a hint of weakness, “Is this a dream again?”
Wushuang was slightly taken aback.
What was he saying?
Did he think this was a dream?
Ouyang Che stared at her without blinking, murmuring, “Only in dreams will you treat kindly.”
“…”
“But your kindness to isn’t the kind I want. Every ti I try to get close to you, you disappear, and I can’t hold onto you.”
“Ache… you’re not well. Close your eyes and sleep,” Wushuang gently coaxed him.
He smiled, a sowhat childish smile, and shook his head like a child.
“I won’t sleep. If I fall asleep, you’ll be gone.”
“This ti I’ve caught you, and I won’t let go,” he said, gripping her wrist even tighter, hurting her hand.
“Ache, this is a dream. Only when you’re asleep will I not leave,” Wushuang had no choice but to deceive him.
Ouyang Che shook his head, smiling, “This isn’t a dream. When I fall asleep, you leave.”
“…”
It turned out he was awake and not dreaming at all.
Wushuang had nothing to worry about anymore, and she struggled fiercely, wanting to pull her hand away.
But his grip was strong, as solid as iron, and she couldn’t break free.
“Ache, let go quickly, or I’ll be angry.”
“Why did you co?” Ouyang Che suddenly asked.
Wushuang was a bit bewildered, and he asked again, “Why co at this ti?”
It was two in the morning; her being in his room indeed was quite inappropriate.
She certainly wouldn’t tell him she was worried about his health and couldn’t help but co to see him.
Just to see him in pain and suffering.
Then she went to heat a bowl of dicine for him and fed it to him.
“Wushuang, what are you worried about in your heart?” Ouyang Che asked again.
Wushuang lowered her eyes, hiding the emotions in them.
“Is it because of your illness? Are you worried you won’t live past twenty-seven and don’t want to burden ?”
“I don’t understand what you’re saying!”
“Do you also like ? I rember you used to treat well and depend on , but later… tell , what exactly made you heartlessly distance yourself from ?”
Wushuang frowned slightly, a shadowy light flickering in her eyes.
“Ouyang Che, dependency isn’t love! I don’t love you, is that clear enough for you now?” she said impatiently.
The man’s eyes darkened, and he suddenly pulled her into his arms with force, his arm tightly wrapped around her waist, preventing her from escaping.
Suddenly pressed against his chest, her hand touched his bare skin, a wave of scorching temperature almost burning her palm.
Wushuang panicked inside, struggling in sha and anger, but the man wouldn’t let go.
She unwittingly slapped his chest, and Ouyang Che groaned, a rush of blood coming up his throat.
Wushuang was stunned. She hurriedly raised her head, anxiously telling him, “Spit it out quickly!”
But he swallowed the blood, his face showing no sign of anything wrong.
