Liam Spencer is 187 cm, while Maya Spencer is 165 cm. Every ti he pulls her, she always falls into his arms.
In the man's arms, Maya suddenly lifts her head, frowning, her big eyes glaring at him intently.
Liam looks into the girl's eyes, raises his right hand, grips her chin, and asks, "Try glaring at again?"
Hearing his threat, Maya's gaze imdiately softens. She thinks, just three more days, only three days left until she won't have to endure him anymore. So, rather than opposing him, she complies and stops staring at him.
Instead, she swallows hard and carefully says, "Thank you!"
Maya is always straightforward in her actions; grudges are grudges, favors are favors, and when it's ti to say thank you, she never hesitates.
It's just that from a mont ago until now, his face has been grim, so she didn't dare speak first, afraid of saying sothing wrong and provoking him.
Upon hearing her thank you, the man releases his grip on her chin, pushes her out of his arms, turns around, and walks toward his car.
At this mont, Maya stands there feeling awkward; she doesn't have the courage to open his car door and climb in without an invitation, as things aren't like they once were.
Walking ahead, Liam hasn't heard her steps following him, bites his lower lip with a sigh, thinking: Is she stupid? Out here late at night without any money, daring to take a cab? Isn't she afraid of running into a psycho?
He doesn't realize, in Maya's eyes, no one is more of a psycho than he is.
Suddenly, he stops, turns around, and looks at her, asking, "Are you planning to walk ho?"
Even if Maya is completely unwilling to ride in his car, with him having said that much, she doesn't dare refuse anymore. So, she steps after him, into his car.
Inside the car, she softly says, "My car is parked at the KTV entrance."
Upon hearing she has a car, Liam hesitates briefly before recalling that her car was a gift from Kinsley Spencer, a sports car for her birthday. Wow! What generosity!
He then asks, "Do you have a driver's license? Not letting you drive for half a month—is that making you unhappy?"
Hearing the man's words, Maya dares not speak further, keeps her head down, and grabs onto the seatbelt tightly, like a child who has done sothing wrong.
She wonders whether he is going to drive her back to the school dormitory or take her to the Spencer Family.
She hopes to be taken back to the Spencer Family; if he takes her back there, then what he said about not letting her return ho during the hospital visit can be settled.
Thinking about returning to the Spencer Family, she can't help but rember, last ti Hannah forced her to go to school, it was him who brought her back.
Therefore, she thinks, since Sister Jane Spencer ca to the police station to bail her out, he might as well take her back to the Spencer Family!
But things often don't go as planned; when the vehicle passes the next intersection, it turns right, heading in the opposite direction from the Spencer Family.
All of a sudden, Maya gets anxious, thinking: He's not going to school, nor returning to the villa; where is he going?
So, she quickly turns around, looks at Liam, and asks, "Where are we going?"
"Hotel!"
Originally Liam thought of taking her back to his villa or apartnt, but considering their strained relationship, he says hotel instead.
"Can you take back to school, please?" She asks cautiously.
He ignores her and continues driving.
When they arrive at the hotel's underground parking lot, Maya grips the seatbelt tightly and doesn't open the door to get out.
Next to her, the man sees her fully guarded stance and dismissively says, "Don't pretend; it's not the first ti we've spent the night together."
"Can you lend so money? I want to go back to school." She thinks it over for a long ti before asking him for money.
The man turns around, looking at her aggrieved, delicate expression, moves closer to her face, and casually asks, "Back to school? Maya, in three days when the grades co out, the school dormitory won't accommodate you. What will you do then?"
Maya feels the man's breath and notably senses the atmosphere becoming very intimate—the closeness between them doesn't count as anything unusual.
Slling the fresh scent from his mouth, she becos extrely nervous and can't help but recall how, in the hospital, he had stripped off her clothes and teased her. She doesn't want such things to happen a second ti.
Thus, she slightly shifts her body towards the car door, trying to maintain so distance from him.
She asks, "Are you still not planning to let go?"
Seeing her avoidance, the man suddenly stretches out his long arm, wraps it around her slim waist, pulls her into his arms, and asks, "Try avoiding again?"
He hates when she dislikes him, hates that she deliberately avoids and distances herself from him; this feeling of being disliked frustrates him.
Therefore, the more she wants to avoid him, the more determined he becos to not let her.
After being pulled by the man, Maya's chest crashes directly into his; instantly, the car's atmosphere becos more awkward.
When she turns to look at him, her nose inadvertently brushes against his handso face—their lips are a re 1 cm apart. As she shifts her head slightly to explain sothing, he clasps the back of her head with his other hand and pushes it forward,
When she opens her eyes, the man is also looking at her, their gazes et, and he isn't the least bit embarrassed,
He's fully aware his feelings are wrong, clearly knows he is awake, more awake than any other ti.
He's unmistakably aware of how irrational he is at the mont, yet he can't push her away—he just wants to hold her, take advantage of her.
During the ti she was away, he remained the sa as at the start,
Finally, when night falls and the world is quiet!
Finally, when alone and shadowless!
Finally, with her right in front of him—how could he miss such a beautiful opportunity!
However, being kissed, Maya's big eyes open wide, constantly reminding him to stay rational and not act foolishly.
