Today, he put aside all pride to beg Seven for reconciliation, but was rejected by Seven, and is surely feeling upset.
Maya Spencer worries he might do sothing foolish in a mont of despair, yet even if she wants to see Christopher Scott now, wants to persuade him, she doesn’t know where he is.
Sophia Bennett stands aside, watching Maya’s tightly furrowed brows, and cautiously asks, "Maya, how is it going?"
Maya takes a long breath and speaks helplessly, "Christopher t Seven today, he’s in a bad mood now, and I can’t figure out where he might go."
"Maya, you stay here; I’ll go to the company and check, then co to pick you up later." Having heard that Christopher t Seven today, Liam Spencer basically guessed the content of their conversation.
Christopher surely can’t endure Seven’s engagent to Ian Hobbs tomorrow, and understanding him well, Christopher must have shut himself away.
Liam doesn’t want to see Christopher despondent, nor does he want him to miss tomorrow’s engagent party, and he certainly can’t let him beco a laughingstock.
Even if this battle is lost, it must be lost beautifully.
So at this mont, he has to find Christopher, must scold him awake, confront him with everything, as all these consequences were originally caused by Christopher himself.
"Third Brother, I’ll go with you." Christopher is not in a good mood, and with Liam not present, Maya has no heart for the holidays and certainly goes along to search for Christopher.
Sophia stands aside, seeing them go to look for Christopher, she doesn’t suggest going along, having her own thoughts in mind.
Yet at this mont, she feels so much heartache, even more than all the failed pursuits of other boys combined.
She really wants to see Christopher, really wants to tell him that it doesn’t matter if Seven doesn’t want him, because Sophia does.
This ti, Sophia is serious.
After Liam and Maya found an excuse to leave, Sophia also found a reason to leave.
When Sophia left the bar, snowflakes began to fall from the sky, fitting well with the Christmas Eve atmosphere tonight.
Sophia has no clue where Christopher might be hiding, but she just wants to find him, wants to be the first to locate him, offer so comfort, and wish him a rry Christmas!
In the car, Sophia grips the steering wheel tightly, discontentedly talking to herself, "Seven has her own life, she can’t possibly look back; why are you holding onto her so tightly? Why can’t you look at ? What’s really wrong with ?"
After venting her complaints, Sophia raises her head, catching a glimpse of the rearview mirror, thinking she clearly looks so pretty, so cute, why does Christopher always rebuke her when he sees her?
She thinks, she must owe sothing to him from a past life, which is why he’s filled with opinions against her.
Driving aimlessly on the streets, Sophia makes a call to Maya, only to be told Christopher isn’t at the company or the villa.
Tonight is Christmas Eve, everyone is celebrating, and Christopher is upset due to emotional matters.
Thus, Liam didn’t launch a grand search for him, nor did he seek Hudson Moore’s help, discreetly running off with Maya.
After hanging up Maya’s call, Sophia takes a deep breath, turns the steering wheel to the right, and drives to Christopher’s apartnt, the only place she knows.
Sophia parks the car in the open-air parking lot beneath Christopher’s apartnt building, and as she pushes open the car door, a cold wind blows past, leaving her nearly numb.
By now, the snow falls heavier, the temperature drops further, large flakes landing on Sophia’s face, yet she doesn’t let the cold deter her from finding Christopher.
After locking the car door, she cups her little hands gently on her face, running towards the apartnt building.
When she arrives at Christopher’s apartnt door, it’s already 11 p.m.
Sophia takes a deep breath, raises her right hand, knocks on Christopher’s door, and calls out loudly, "Christopher, are you ho?"
"Christopher, I’m not here to bother you, I just want to confirm you’re alright. Liam and Maya are also looking for you." Sophia, afraid Christopher is deliberately avoiding her, ntions Liam and Maya.
Regardless, if Christopher opens the door, whether she’d leave or not is another matter; she’d go in first and take it from there.
However, she knocks on the door repeatedly with no response from inside, feeling displeased, quickly retrieving her cellphone from her bag to call Christopher once again.
But what infuriates her more is that since Christopher put her on the blacklist, he never removed her.
In the anti, she changed her phone number several tis, but once Christopher realized it was her, he blacklisted every new number.
Staring at her unreachable call, Sophia grits her teeth in anger and, taking a deep breath, raises her right hand and hurls her phone onto the ground, angrily shouting, "Bastard, what do you take for? Still won’t remove from the blacklist!"
Sophia nearly gets driven to fury, but she can do nothing about Christopher, left to brood in anger here.
Moreover, she dares to almost affirm Christopher is presently inside the apartnt, deliberately hiding from her by pretending not to be ho.
Thinking of how Christopher repels her, she lifts her right foot and kicks the door, angrily saying, "Christopher, I’m telling you, don’t think you can escape this. I’m sitting right here tonight, not leaving until you co out; I don’t believe you won’t appear."
"Also, if you don’t open the door, and I get sick from the cold, my uncle definitely won’t spare you. You better think carefully."
After her warning, Sophia sits down at Christopher’s apartnt door, having decided to confront him today; she will remain seated until he opens the door, even if he doesn’t co out today, could he really not tomorrow?
Tomorrow is the grand occasion of Seven’s engagent, despite any discontent in Christopher’s heart, he should attend Seven’s engagent party, otherwise he’d seem too petty.
Therefore, Sophia believes she will surely win, able to compel Christopher into appearing.
With ti ticking away, Sophia increasingly feels cold, the heat stored in the car dissipating quickly; now with heavy snow, she foolishly sits on the ground.
After an hour sitting by Christopher’s door, cold and tired, she dozes off montarily only to wake from the chill again.
This ti, Sophia gets up from the ground, pitifully pleading, "Christopher, please open the door. I just need to confirm you’re inside the house, I promise I won’t bother you, won’t cause trouble. Please, I’m freezing out here."
"Or at least say sothing to , just give a peace of mind and I’ll go ho; I’m really cold."
Sophia has pursued many boys, but putting herself through such torture for one, making herself suffer, this is the first ti.
Yet, regardless of how much she compromises with Christopher, how much she backs down, there’s no reaction from inside.
