"Mmm Mmm! Everyone, get the kaleidoscope ready, we need to make Aunt with a capital ’A’ feel the warmth of this family, so she won’t want to leave once she arrives." Maya Spencer was exhilarated, as if her own son was getting married.

"Miss, everything is ready."

A mont later, Aron Hanson appeared, leading his girlfriend toward the villa. Maya was full of anticipation, her little heart practically leaping out of her chest.

"Young Master, you’re back!" As soon as the butler’s voice fell, the living room erupted in commotion.

"Welco ho, Young Madam."

"Welco ho, Young Madam."

Arranged by Maya, the maids stood in two rows, each bowing at 90 degrees to welco the lady of the house. The maids hidden at the back were responsible for showering flowers and pulling the kaleidoscope strings.

This grand display shocked both Aron and his girlfriend, but they did not reject Maya’s mischief.

Next thing you know, Maya dashed from the line to the woman beside Aron, presenting her with a bouquet of flowers, saying joyfully, "Auntie, welco ho."

Yet, in the next second, she was dumbfounded... The large bouquet of flowers "whoosh" slipped from her hands, but thankfully, Aron reacted quickly and caught it for her.

He asked, "Maya, what’s wrong?"

Maya listened to her uncle’s question, staring at the woman in front of her with deep disappointnt, asking, "Why is it Sister Jane Spencer?"

"Maya, your Auntie greeting, I’ll accept it, sweetie!" Jane Spencer looked at the dumbstruck girl, smiling as she took back the flowers from Aron’s arms, walking unreservedly into the living room.

At this point, Maya was utterly stupefied, feeling that she had made a fool of herself all to welco Sister Jane Spencer.

She couldn’t fathom that just a little over a month post-divorce, she was already involved with her uncle; the motives were undoubtedly questionable.

At the doorway, Aron, looking at a dumbfounded Maya, withdrew his right hand from his pocket, rubbed her head, and asked, "What’s wrong? Don’t like this Auntie?"

Maya looked at her uncle’s calm deanor, helplessly saying, "I feel like crying!"

Just then, Jane circled back to her side and said, "Maya, the welco ceremony was done well, I especially liked the big banner draped over the second-floor railing, very sincere."

Listening to Jane’s ’complint,’ Maya turned her head, glanced at the big banner, and wanted to cry but had no tears, thinking, she didn’t even know who was involved, what was she doing!

However, since Aron had brought Jane back, she couldn’t make a fuss anymore, and thus, with a forced smile, said to her, "As long as you’re happy!"

"Why don’t you call Auntie anymore?" Jane intentionally teased her, knowing she was embarrassed.

"Can’t get it out," Maya said bluntly.

"I heard from your uncle that you even prepared a little gift for , where is it? I’m quite looking forward to it."

"Forget it, I’m not giving it, you wouldn’t like it anyway." At this mont, Maya felt like she wanted to put a rope around her neck.

"Once prepared, it’s illogical not to give it."

"Maya, since you prepared it, don’t be shy," Aron diated to ease the tension between them.

Seeing this, Maya let out a long sigh, hung her head, and silently walked toward the living room, pulling out a plush bear from the cabinet, reluctantly handing it to Jane, saying, "You don’t like it, right!"

Then she hugged the bear back, answering herself, "Since you don’t like it, I’ll just keep it for myself!"

At this mont, Maya wanted nothing more than to skip dinner and go ho, but she had to give face to her uncle!

However, Jane was unceremonious, snatching the bear from Maya’s arms, saying, "Not bad, I can keep it."

Seeing her take the bear, Maya rolled her eyes at her, saying insincerely, "As long as you’re happy!"

"Oh! Still upset about last ti? My brother really treated you well, you should learn to appreciate that." Jane, seeing Maya showing her attitude, intentionally jabbed her to cause so discomfort.

"Yeah! Your brother treated really well, way better than you." Hearing her ntion elopent, Maya sarcastically hinted that Jane was incompetent; even though Liam was her blood brother, didn’t Jane still need her to seal the deal?

"Alright! Don’t just stand there, let’s sit and chat." Aron, sensing the tension was rising between the two, imdiately interrupted their conversation to break the montum.

He had always known about the discord between Maya and the Spencers, but didn’t she say Jane was okay with her? Why the confrontation upon eting?

In the living room, Aron and Jane sat side by side on the main sofa, while Maya held a big bowl of fruit salad on the side sofa, watching the two chat without interjecting.

She truly couldn’t understand how her uncle and Jane got involved, didn’t he know Jane had just gotten divorced? Weren’t they avoiding suspicion?

Thinking of this, Maya let out a long breath, showing her helplessness.

This matter, she could only be helpless, after all, it wasn’t her marrying a wife, it was her uncle, what mattered most was his satisfaction.

At seven o’clock, the maid ca to call them for dinner. Maya was the first to rush to the dining room, burying herself in her al, only wishing to finish quickly and leave. She really didn’t want to see Jane and her uncle talking and laughing so comfortably, it was very awkward for her.

In her mory, Sister Jane Spencer belonged to Lillian Morris, even though they were divorced, she still felt that Sister Jane belonged to Lillian.

At the dining table, Maya thought about the complicated relationship between the four of them, which was becoming more awkward.

Finally, she couldn’t hold it back any longer, raised her head, and seriously asked Aron, "Aron, should I call you uncle or brother-in-law in the future?"

Regarding the issue of how to address him, Maya felt like crying without tears; she couldn’t imagine when Liam returned from his business trip and had to change from calling his blood sister Auntie.

"Cough cough cough!" Aron choked on Maya’s question.

Seeing this, Jane quickly got up, walked to his side, patted his back, and asked, "Aron, are you alright?"

Maya, uncomfortable with the hint of concern flashing in Jane’s eyes, imdiately put down her chopsticks, walked to Aron’s back, opened Jane’s hand, and said, "Auntie, patting the back is no use, you have to twist the ear."

Hence, she imdiately grabbed Aron’s ear, lifting it slightly, asking, "Brother-in-law, feeling better?"

"Pfft..." Although Jane didn’t like Maya, seeing Maya’s twisted expression made her feel quite good, hearing her calling her Auntie and Aron brother-in-law, she couldn’t help but burst out laughing.

"Maya, stop ssing around." Aron found it amusing as well but managed to hold back.

Seeing the lack of awkwardness between the two, Maya returned to her seat unhurriedly, coldly saying, "In that case, Liam and I might as well let you have your way and break up, so the four of us don’t end up as a laughing stock together."

Clearly, she was threatening Aron, but the bargaining chip was too low, even if Aron agreed, Liam would not agree.
