Liam Spencer remained indifferent to the interruptions, and when he released Maya Spencer from his embrace, he continued to kiss her deeply.

Maya felt a new wave of aggression and couldn’t help but glance at the coffee table beside her.

If it were before their engagent, she would definitely cooperate with him, even enjoying the intimacy they shared.

However, after the engagent incident and the issues with Grace, her body seed to develop a sense of rejection towards Liam Spencer. His proximity made her feel suppressed and unhappy.

Thus, when Liam lifted her up and positioned her on his lap, Maya instinctively reached for the coffee table with her right hand and quickly grabbed the crystal ashtray, unceremoniously smashing it on Liam’s head.

In an instant, Liam was stunned by the blow. He hadn’t expected Maya would look for an opportunity to ambush him; he thought she had given in.

Soon after, he saw red blood flow down from his brow, and his head throbbed intensely.

For a mont, Maya was also shocked. She had indeed been contemplating attacking him, but didn’t expect that just one hit would cause bleeding. So she quickly dropped the ashtray, stood up from Liam’s body, grabbed her clothes, and ran as she dressed.

Liam watched her hurriedly escaping, quickly got up to grab her.

With his long arms, he caught hold of her wrist. Feeling the strength in his grip, Maya beca almost hysterically frightened, as if wrapped in sothing terrifying, she abruptly shook off his hand, pushing him back as a warning.

"Don’t touch , or don’t bla for being rude." She feared that if Liam touched her again, she wouldn’t be able to control herself and continue to attack him.

Seeing his face stained with blood, she feared causing a fatal incident.

The man looked at the panic and caution in her eyes, held her tightly, not letting her leave, he said, "Maya, you have a ruthless heart."

Listening to his reproach, Maya took a deep breath and coldly said, "When you bullied , you weren’t soft-hearted either."

Indeed, when both of them lost their temper, neither would give in.

Maya was tightly embraced, feeling the taste of his blood, she suddenly beca terrified, her little heart pounding uncontrollably, trying hard to push him away.

Finally, out of desperation, she gave him an over-the-shoulder throw and pushed him off.

Perhaps due to Maya’s excessive panic, her strength was greater than usual. When Liam hit the ground, he felt a tightness in his chest and nearly couldn’t catch his breath.

Soon after, he heard the sound of Maya rushing out the door.

He lay alone on the ground, slowly closing his eyes, his heart filled with intense emotions. What would it take for Maya to stop hating him?

A mont later, Christopher Scott arrived, looked at Liam lying motionless on the ground, and was stunned.

He quickly dialed 120, then crouched down, slapped Liam’s face, asking, "Third brother, are you still alive?"

"Hands off." Liam listened to Christopher’s voice, impatiently ordered.

Although Maya’s strike was relatively strong, he wasn’t so defenseless; he just felt emotionally hurt and wanted to be quiet. This feeling of being stifled made him suffer in silence.

Christopher listened to Liam’s order, took a deep breath, helplessly shook his head, said, "I see Maya is deeply hurt by you this ti, stood her up at the engagent party, and treated her as Grace’s replacent. Given her disposition, it’s hard for her to forgive you any ti soon."

"Cut the crap." Liam listened to Christopher’s voice, only feeling annoyed, Maya’s fleeing eyes and hurried footsteps always lingered in his mind.

Then, he turned his head, glanced at Christopher, asked, "Do you think besides hatred, Maya doesn’t have any other feelings for ?"

Christopher looked at his helpless appearance, sighed, rolled his eyes, and said slowly, "You fell into that girl’s hands! Just a few days ago she still had so fondness for you, but now she probably hates you to death. But don’t bla for not warning you, she’s not Grace, it’s unfair for you to treat her like this."

"Who the hell said I took her for Grace?" Liam was now irritated just hearing about this.

He was very sure he had forgotten Grace a long ti ago, although he once dated Grace and felt annoyed by her when she dumped him.

But those matters were long gone, and he had already moved on.

However, the feeling Maya gave him was completely different, even when at the Spencer Family ho, if he didn’t see her for a few days, he’d beco anxious, confrontational with her, and wanted to stir things up with her.

In the three years she was gone, he hadn’t had a single peaceful night’s sleep.

These are two completely different feelings; Grace never gave him such feelings, although admittedly, he was quite fond of that sweet, well-behaved girl when she pursued him back then.

But ultimately he beca unable to restrain his fondness for Maya’s stubborn temperant, watching her grim expression and full of little sches.

Nearby, Christopher heard Liam’s denial and asked in astonishnt, "You really haven’t taken Maya for Grace? Not at all?"

"Nonsense." Liam heard his suspicion, imdiately got up from the ground, took a few tissues from the tissue box, and wiped the blood off his face.

"This little heart is just fighting violence with violence!" Christopher looked at him, full of energy, couldn’t help but gloat slightly.

"Get lost!" Liam cursed angrily!

"See, what kind of attitude is this? With your behavior, the little heart won’t be yours, third brother, you need to be a bit gentler, learn from Kinsley Spencer." Christopher took delight in lecturing others, but his own situation with Seven wasn’t any better, otherwise Seven wouldn’t have ignored him for seven years.

"Maya wants to be my sister-in-law, she’s dreaming." Liam was fired up when hearing Kinsley’s na.

Christopher looked at his furious appearance, took a deep breath, persuaded, "Third brother, you really don’t understand won well, the more you stubbornly resist her, the more she’ll fight back, just leave her alone, she’ll be confused about what you’re thinking and won’t oppose you."

"Then not contact for seven years?" Liam listened to his impractical advice and coldly asked.

"Third brother, you really shouldn’t say that. Though Seven’s ignoring , she hasn’t found another man either, right? If she didn’t have feelings for , she’d have a child calling uncle by now." Christopher shalessly said.

Upon hearing his analysis, Liam surprisingly found so truth to it, just making him more impressed by the couple’s endurance, managing to not contact each other for seven years.

Actually, his situation with Maya was no better. They hadn’t contacted each other for three years, either. Of course, the circumstances were different, he and Maya were more complicated because it was all hatred.

Just then, Christopher’s phone rang, he took it out, saw the words "little heart," imdiately raised his right hand, placed his index finger on his lips, made a "shh" sound, and said, "Maya’s calling, don’t make a sound, let’s see what she says."

The reason Christopher was able to co find Liam was due to Maya tipping him off.

When the call connected, before he could speak, Maya’s anxious voice ca through, she asked, "How is he doing? Is he dead?"
