Maya Spencer looked at the awkward expression on the servant’s face, took a deep breath, swallowed hard, thinking to herself, it must be that bastard Liam Spencer who ddled. There’s no way all the dicine in the city could be sold out without reason.
Rembering soone saying she owed him a child made her furious. In her 22 years, she’s seen many shaless people, but it’s the first ti seeing soone so utterly shaless.
Ha! If he thinks he’s going to make her have a child, he can dream on. Block the pharmacies? Does he think she can’t get it through other channels?
So she cald down, slowly telling the servant, "Hmm, I got it."

At 3:30 in the morning, he had just started to feel sleepy when suddenly the phone rang. He answered the call, only hearing Elijah Reed say with utmost panic, "Boss, Miss Spencer is hospitalized."
Liam Spencer listened to Elijah Reed’s report, and all of a sudden, his sleepiness vanished. He imdiately stood up from the bed, his face covered with tension.
How could just a few hours of not seeing, and Maya Spencer is hospitalized; could it be that buying dicine failed, and unable to cope, she committed suicide?
Wrong! This isn’t Maya Spencer’s style. She would only kill others, definitely not herself.
After hanging up the phone, Liam Spencer didn’t even have ti to change clothes, hurriedly left the apartnt, heading straight to the hospital where Maya Spencer was. When he arrived at the ward, Elijah Reed was already waiting inside.
"Boss!" Seeing Liam Spencer arrive, Elijah Reed imdiately greeted him, but the trace of awkwardness on his face made Liam Spencer ponder.
He glanced at Maya Spencer on the hospital bed, then looked at Elijah Reed, asking expressionlessly, "What’s wrong with her?"
Hearing Liam Spencer’s question, Elijah Reed grew more awkward, directly skipping the reason, reporting the outco, "The doctor said Miss Spencer is fine, she’s sleeping now, she can be discharged tomorrow morning."
The more Elijah Reed tried to cover-up, the more suspicious Liam Spencer felt. He furrowed his brows and stared at Elijah Reed, asking sternly, "I’m asking why she got hospitalized?"
Listening to Liam Spencer’s questioning, Elijah Reed swallowed hard, cautiously explaining, "Sauna, fainted because the temperature was too high." His voice was weak, as if he had done sothing guilty.
"Sauna?" Liam Spencer asked, confused.
"Yes!" Elijah Reed nodded nervously.
Liam Spencer looked at Elijah Reed’s guilty expression, still not understanding why he felt awkward,
Good one Maya Spencer, to tornt that little thing he deposited in her belly, she really went for it and stead herself into the hospital.
Having learned the truth, Liam Spencer swallowed hard, his throat inexplicably sore.
Looking again at the sleeping girl on the hospital bed, he felt the urge to strangle her. Why does she always manage to do things that drive him angry?
Liam Spencer isn’t a person with unstable emotions, but facing Maya Spencer, he can’t help but feel an unease. Anger factors would follow along with her emotional and attitude changes.
"Boss, why are you here in your robe?" Elijah Reed, seeing Liam Spencer’s furious look, worried he might vent his anger on Maya Spencer, quickly changed the topic.
"Go to my apartnt, get a set of clothes." Liam Spencer ordered.
"Yes, okay." Listening to Liam Spencer’s order, Elijah Reed agreed while following his gaze to the hospital bed where Maya Spencer lay.
He then cautiously reminded, "Boss, the doctor says Miss Spencer’s body is weaker, she needs more rest."
Listening to Elijah Reed’s reminder, Liam Spencer furrowed his brows and suddenly turned his head. His sharp eyes stared straight at Elijah Reed, making it clear his mood wasn’t good, and he was very unsatisfied with Elijah Reed’s reminder.
Perhaps, he was just not accustod to other n caring for Maya Spencer. Even if it’s Elijah Reed, it’s not allowed!
Seeing Liam Spencer’s burning gaze, Elijah Reed panickedly said, "Boss, I’ll go get your clothes now." With that, he fled.
And so, the hospital room was left with a lonely man and woman!
Beside the bed, Liam Spencer looked at Maya Spencer, very angry!
He looked at her for quite a while, repeatedly running thoughts in his head about waking her up. But seeing her peaceful appearance, he couldn’t bring himself to do it.
Finally, looking at the sleeping form of Maya Spencer, he angrily warned, "Maya Spencer, my patience with you is limited."
Yet, as soon as Liam Spencer’s voice dropped, Maya Spencer took a deep breath, turned over, lying sideways deliberately facing away, snuggling a pillow tightly.
At this mont, Liam Spencer was enraged, nearly convinced that Maya Spencer was pretending to sleep. So he swiftly approached the bed, kneeled on one leg on the bed, and reaching out his right hand, yanked Maya Spencer over, sternly rebuking, "How long do you plan to pretend?"
But Maya Spencer didn’t react at all, continuing to sleep soundly. The more she remained indifferent, the more Liam Spencer felt she was pretending.
Looking at her fair little face, Liam Spencer found himself with the urge to smother her with a pillow.
Three years ago, she secretly aborted their child. Three years later, he asked her for another child, she resisted him to the point of putting herself in the hospital. Furthermore, wanting to be his sister-in-law to disgust him. This was undoubtedly a provocation to Liam Spencer, pushing him to the brink of rage.
Thinking about her various behaviors, Liam Spencer grew angrier but couldn’t really smother her with the pillow; he had never considered actually killing her. But without waking Maya Spencer, he felt unbalanced inside.
So he suddenly pinched Maya Spencer’s delicate face, bent over and fiercely bit her lip. He bit hard, the pain making Maya Spencer’s eyes fly open, imdiately waking her.
When she opened her eyes to see soone biting her, she was shocked and scared! Hands and feet moving, she relentlessly pushed him, hit him.
The more Maya Spencer resisted, the harder Liam Spencer bit. He was determined to deal with her.
The drowsiness-fooled Maya Spencer’s fighting power weakened significantly. Even using all her strength to resist, she was unable to push him away and only made herself more exhausted.
Seeing her resistance was futile, she simply stopped resisting, half-closed her eyes, coldly staring at the man.
Liam Spencer saw she was no longer struggling, pinched her face, sneeringly questioning, "Maya Spencer, are you planning to fight to the end?"
