"I’ll take you ho." Liam Spencer looked at soone who was full of energy and knew she wouldn’t have any problems today, so he decided to take his big sister, who lost the argunt, ho to comfort her.

In the hospital room, Maya Spencer thought about what Sister Jane Spencer said, still feeling a stomach full of anger. It seed like it was a great thing that she slept with Liam Spencer, but honestly, she really didn’t cherish this "great thing." But thinking about Jane’s flushed face from anger, she felt a bit more at ease.

What surprised her was that she didn’t expect that scoundrel Liam didn’t leave last night but instead sat by the door the entire night. Even so, her hatred for him didn’t lessen one bit.

At ten in the morning, the door was knocked again. Hearing the knocking, Maya sighed heavily, imdiately climbed onto the big bed, hid under the quilt pretending to sleep, and didn’t go to open the door.

With Ella Turner and Ethan Turner not in S City, everyone left was soone she didn’t want to see, so she didn’t open the door.

"Maya, it’s , Lillian Morris!" Outside, a man announced himself when he saw Maya wasn’t opening the door for a long ti.

Under the covers, Maya heard Lillian’s voice, her eyes suddenly widened, she imdiately threw off the covers, sat on the bed in a daze, looked towards the door, not moving until Lillian’s voice sounded again, and then she quickly got up to open the door.

When Lillian’s voice rang out, Maya couldn’t help but think of when she fell into the sea; she rembered seeing Lillian’s figure swimming towards her when she was about to give up. She hadn’t had the chance to thank him since then.

Seeing each other again, he unexpectedly saw her arguing with Sister Jane Spencer. Earlier, she was too angry to care if Jane was his girlfriend and just argued with her.

"Brother-in-law!" She cautiously uttered the word brother-in-law when she opened the door.

Realizing it was inappropriate to call him brother-in-law, she imdiately corrected herself, "Brother Morris!"

Lillian Morris was soone Maya, apart from the Turner siblings, deeply respected, and he was soone connected to the Spencer Family.

Seeing the change in how the girl addressed him, Lillian helplessly raised the corners of his mouth, teased her, and asked, "So, after arguing with Jane, have you decided to give up on this big sister?"

"No!" Maya denied it. She knew that Lillian must’ve heard about her background long ago. So she didn’t explain further.

"Your sister told your morning sickness is quite severe, so I brought you so snacks. Also, this is soup my mom made and asked to bring over." While chatting, Lillian placed the things he brought on the dining table.

When Maya heard that the soup in the lunchbox was personally made by Madam Morris, her eyes reddened.

Since her pregnancy was exposed, except for the family’s cook making soup for her, no one had ever cooked a al or made soup for her until now, and it was Madam Morris who did it for the first ti.

She swallowed, trying to smile, and said, "Brother Morris, thank Auntie for ."

"Sure! Let know what you want to eat; my mom’s cooking is quite good."

"Auntie is really nice!"

"She said since you’re Jane’s sister, you’re half a daughter to her, and she’s quite idle at ho, loves tinkering with these things." Lillian didn’t find this to be particularly touching.

Hearing Lillian’s explanation, Maya smiled, exhaled deeply, and thought, "I have Sister Jane to thank for that! If she gets pregnant in the future, she’ll surely be happy! If Mom were here, she’d definitely be happy too."

Thinking about this, her smile stiffened a bit as she thought, "If Mom were here, I wouldn’t have ended up like this, and wouldn’t have been bullied."

Lillian noticed the change in her mood, reached out to rub her head, and said, "What are you thinking about? Eat first! Even if you’re sulking, you have to think about the baby in your belly; he’s innocent."

Lillian’s ntion of innocence made Maya freeze, standing there in a daze.

These few days, she had been angry, furious about the baby’s arrival, thinking about getting rid of him more than a hundred tis, but never seriously thought he was innocent, that he was also her child.

If he could choose, he certainly wouldn’t choose to end up in her belly! With those kind of parents, who’d want it?

Thinking of this, Maya swallowed, feeling a sourness in her throat. She was at a loss about what to do with this innocent child. She couldn’t give him anything. This was the first ti since getting pregnant that she seriously thought about the baby; the first ti she thought about him without wanting to get rid of him.

Thinking of how she constantly wanted to get rid of him, Maya felt stifled. She never denied she was ruthless, but this ti, she felt she was too ruthless, not thinking about the baby’s feelings even once.

The tension in her thoughts made her feel a lack of oxygen in her brain, making her dizzy. Her legs went weak, and she almost knelt on the ground. Luckily, Lillian quickly caught her, holding her waist and hugging her to keep her from falling.

Then, he lifted her horizontally, gently placing her back on the hospital bed, asking, "How do you feel? Do you want to call a doctor?"

"I’m fine! Just hungry and dizzy!"

"You! Why are you sulking with yourself like this? You’re only making yourself suffer." Lillian shook his head indifferently and smiled, questioning her when he heard she was hungry.

Then, he helped her sit up on the bed, picked up the soup, and carefully fed it to her.

Seeing this, Maya quickly reached out to grab the lunchbox from his hands and said, "I can do it myself."

"No, don’t! You’ll spill it all over yourself if your hands weaken." He continued, scooping up a spoonful of soup, lightly blowing on it twice, and bringing it to her lips.

Maya felt Lillian’s gentleness, staring at him without blinking. She knew he had a good temper, but she never thought he could be so gentle, would do such delicate things too.

Seeing the girl staring at him, Lillian blew a breath on her face and reminded, "Thinking about sothing? Aren’t you hungry? Drink the soup."

"Okay!" Maya snapped back at Lillian’s reminder, opened her mouth, and drank the soup. As a result, Lillian fed her the entire bowl without leaving a drop.

After finishing the soup, Lillian busied himself washing and cutting the fruit for her, as if he were the father, doing everything for Liam.

Watching the man bustling around the hospital room, Maya suddenly felt very grounded. She looked at his back and sincerely said, "Thank you, Brother Morris!"

Hearing her thanks, Lillian brought the fruit to her bedside, placed it on the small cabinet, picked up a fork, and handed her a piece of apple, saying, "Eat more, it’s good for your health."

Seeing the man ignoring her thanks, Maya didn’t continue on that topic and shifted the conversation, asking, "How is the Spencer Family doing now?"

Hearing her question, Lillian paused for a mont, then looked at her quite seriously.
