If I had to point out where that efficiency cos from, then I would say the clarity of the creed that requires obedience to the Evil God, Monguenes, the system of reward and punishnt that rewards them proportionately according to how much people they have killed, and the abstemious organization structure that resembles a monastery.
I can only assu that it was a terribly smart person that planned out the system of Yatagarasu and this nest.
