Chapter 800: 341. Tonight is a scoring night

The topic of the four number 3 players competing for the AMVP was leaked by soone, and it quickly beca the hot topic among fans.

Zhang Yang was digesting dinner and borrowed a staff mber’s computer to browse so news. He saw the leak ntioning how Jas rallied Eastern All-Stars to help him and Wade compete for the AMVP…

Zhang San: Is King doing this to boost his influence among Eastern stars? No, it seems like he wants fans to believe he has huge influence among the Eastern All-Stars… No, if he has the mind and ti for this, why not use it to improve his skills?

Improve the skills, win the honors, and the influence will naturally follow.

Of course, team managent is necessary. Zhang San’s father has been partnering with Tellem to enrich his managent team. Even the cooperation thod has changed; commission is calculated separately. Zhang San’s father is spending extra money actively to ensure they hold autonomous control of the managent. Zhang San hasn’t directly participated in these activities, he just executes promotional events.

As an athlete worrying about these things personally… In this era, KING is the only one.

At 4:30 PM, Zhang Yang received a call from Jas, ca to the visiting team’s practice court, and gathered with Eastern All-Star teammates to start the prega preparation.

With Jas’ connections and support from Yao Ming, Rasheed Wallace, and Jamison, the Eastern All-Stars unified their goals and discussed cooperation strategies centered around the Zhang Wei combination.

These players forming a team don’t need complex tactics, a rough discussion is enough. A group of All-Stars willing to assist allows the players in key positions to maximize their personal abilities at the core.

King’s social skills really impress Zhang Yang; he doesn’t have to worry about anything, he’s underused not being an agent.

Jas was quite vexed — two years ago when I wanted to compete for the MVP, it took several days to gather the Eastern All-Stars, and they were unwilling. How was it that when notorious Zhang Yang, whose fa is far inferior to Wade, wanted to compete for MVP, everyone agreed so readily?

At 7 PM, Zhang Yang and his teammates arrived at the court, and the series of prega events began.

First was a prega performance, with Howard opening the show with a dance.

Watching “the Beast’s” stiff body twisting, trying hard to entertain, Zhang Yang managed his expression to not show disdain.

Is this an imitation of Shark?

Imitation is pretty good, maybe don’t imitate next ti.

Big Shark, hurry up and heal your injury, lose a little weight, adjust your playstyle, and return to the All-Star lineup; the All-Star opening show isn’t complete without you!

But after Howard’s Superman dunk yesterday, his already high popularity increased, and although the dance was quite awkward, the fans on-site were still very supportive, cheering him on…

Prega events during All-Star Weekend are much more than usual gas, especially this year. Just Stern’s speech supporting New Orleans post-disaster reconstruction lasted 15 minutes.

From the opening show to the All-Star entrance to the end of prega interviews… It took a full 50 minutes.

Performances and all are fine, but during Stern’s speech, Zhang Yang held back laughter; naturally, he also felt supporting reconstruction in disaster-hit areas is a league’s duty, yet certain things about the “Eagle Nation” puzzled him — the Jewish man spent 5 out of 15 minutes of the speech discussing rescuing 3 cats from the ruins during post-disaster aid.

The most ridiculous part was as Stern spoke about other topics, even NBA donation figures, the fans t it with jeers; when he ntioned saving 3 cats, and the screen showed a photo of the rescue personnel holding the cats, cheers erupted, and so were moved to tears on-site…

Finally, at 7:50 PM, the series of prega events concluded, the referee instructed staff to clear the court, wipe the floor, and players from both teams returned to the bench for the final prega preparations.

Zhang Yang instantly got into the zone, discussing strategies with Wade and receiving input from teammates helping to contest for MVP, seizing the ti to plan the playstyle.

Chicago Bulls’ head coach Scott Skiles, serving as the Eastern Team head coach for this event, beca more of a figurehead. However, he was happy to go with the flow, taking charge of lineup rotation based on needs and minimizing the Eastern Team’s All-Stars playing ti.

On the other side, the Western Team was also busily preparing for the ga.

A few minutes later, the referee notified the starting players from both teams to take the court.

Zhang Yang, Wade, Jas, Okafor, and Yao Ming stepped onto the court, looking at Iverson, Kobe, Anthony, Garnett, and Duncan.

Players from both sides were full of fighting spirit.

Initially, everyone had a playful mindset ready to watch the duel among the four number 3 players.

However, due to dia hype and fans’ heated discussions, the nature of the ga changed, with so many people watching; if the ga was lost or if their team’s number 3 didn’t win the AMVP, where would their dignity go?

Duncan always makes the most advantageous choice, staying within the free-throw line; Garnett and Duncan didn’t communicate a word today but understood each other’s intentions, eting at the mid-circle, and standing on each side of the centerline with Yao Ming.

At 9 PM, the referee blew the whistle to start the ga and threw the ball into the air. Garnett beat Yao Ming to win the jump ball; the Western Team attacked first!

Iverson advanced to the frontcourt, facing Wade’s defense, executing the butterfly step, felt right, suddenly sped up his dribbling, and maneuvered quickly down the right!

Wade tried hard to block Iverson’s breakthrough but still couldn’t stop him, got passed; he quickly turned to chase, but it was too late. Iverson stopped abruptly for a long two-point jump shot… Scored!
