Jack wandered around Harden’s big house in the suburbs... it’s even bigger than his own place! And this is Big Apple City! He heard Harden say it was bought, not rented.

He estimated, Harden must owe the bank quite a bit?

Although Harden signed a 3-year, $12 million shoe endorsent deal thanks to Big Apple City as soon as he joined the NBA, and his high-ranking rookie salary is decent too, all the money he can currently advance still isn’t enough to buy this building.

But it’s not a loss to get a loan now; the house prices are at their low point... Jack recalled, back in September during a small gathering in Compton, Harden had asked him about buying a house. He just casually replied that investing in a house now would make money in the future.

Seems like Harden believed Jack’s offhand remark...

Jack clearly sensed the difference in money attitudes between Harden and DeRozan. Harden lives to enjoy it, while DeRozan is like an ascetic monk; the difference in personalities also showed. Harden is daring and takes risks, confident in buying when it’s profitable; DeRozan is more cautious, with a patient needing money at ho, unwilling to incur debt.

Harden’s house is in a good location, and the price is cheap now. It’ll definitely earn in the future.

However, Jack felt DeRozan’s choice wasn’t bad either. From DeRozan’s current decision, it’s predictable that he won’t randomly invest in the future. For a talented athlete who’ll definitely get a max salary, not making random investnts is the best guarantee for the future.

After dinner, Harden planned to take Jack and Felton to a nightclub.

Jack: "Jas, you just turned 19 this sumr, right? Can you go to a nightclub?"

"If you don’t say, who’ll know I’m 19? Relax, we won’t be kicked out again. I’ve been there several tis!" Hardens said, stroking his scruffy beard.

Jack’s expression managent broke, his mouth twitching for quite a while before he teased, "I just wondered why you started growing a beard so early. Was it because we got kicked out of the nightclub half a year ago?"

Harden nodded and replied, "I swore back then I’d find a way not to be kicked out again, and I’ve done it!"

Jack angrily said, "You don’t need to be so proud of it!"

Jack felt slightly overwheld by Harden’s magical maneuver, but he was still very interested in New York’s nightclubs, as it would be his first ti... Just as they were about to head out, Jack’s phone rang, and he glanced at it.

After hesitating for three seconds, Zhang San said to Harden and Felton, "Boss, Jas, I won’t be joining you guys. I might get kicked out, plus I have a date anyway. You guys have fun."

Harden suddenly realized, "Oh right, Jack, you still don’t look old enough to drink, I forgot, you’re not going to be 21 for another six months."

Felton interjected, "Jas, don’t listen to him. He’s already been twice, and with just a few months left, bartenders and cops won’t be as strict. Jack, I guess the text you got, was from that celebrity, right?"

Zhang San: Geez, Boss Felton, how are you so sharp this ti?"

Harden’s eyes widened and asked, "A celebrity? Is she pretty?"

Felton recalled for a mont and replied, "Aside from looking young, she’s petite and very pretty, kind of arrogant too."

Harden wailed, "No! Why! Jack, you can date a celebrity in that ghost place Charlotte, while here in New York, I still haven’t found a girlfriend!"

Jack comforted, "What’s so great about celebrities? They’ve seen too much, been through too much, deep in thought. Jas, you’re still young, can’t handle them. When you find a girlfriend, find soone with big breasts and a nice bottom."

Harden, though clumsy, isn’t stupid. He shot Jack a glance and asked, "Would you choose to co out with us, or go on a date with the celebrity?"

Jack stood up straight, feeling royal, and said seriously, "My upbringing doesn’t allow to disappoint a lady who’s been waiting for ."

Felton and Harden both gave an international friendly gesture in unison.
