In the Gu residence, Gu Bensheng and Old Master Gu were sitting on the sofa in the living room on the first floor. Their hair was ssy and they exuded a dispirited aura. The previously luxurious villa was in a ss now. All the valuable things had been moved away.

Both the old man and the old lady shut their mouths. The two of them were imnsely regretful. If they treated Gu Ning better in the past, how would they fall to this point? They might’ve been able to borrow the power of the Su family and soar to the top!
At the thought of Gu Ning, the old lady of the Gu family gritted her teeth. “That brat Gu Ning, after getting the backing of the Su family, she doesn’t want to co ho, right?” Ungrateful ingrate, they were her grandparents! Old Madam Gu thought for a second. That truly seed to be the case, that brat Gu Ning hugged the doll everyday. She didn’t even leave it when going to the bathroom. Thinking of this, she said with anticipation: “Great, I hope she can co back!” As long as she cos back, they would be able to turn the tables. A three year old child, all they needed was a little coaxing.
Mu Yu lowered her eyes to hide her excitent. She was very sure that Gu Ning would co back. Besides the kitten doll, she also had a very important “friend” here, a parrot. Nobody knew which family had lost the parrot, but Gu Ning arranged for it to stay in the woods behind the Gu family’s villa. Normally, no one could get close to the parrot, and the parrot would only appear when she went there. This was also why Mu Yu was so sure Gu Ning would definitely co back. Mu Yu leaned on Gu Bensheng’s shoulder and said gently, “I just sewed up the broken parts of the doll and washed it. Ningning will definitely be happy when she cos back and sees it.”
Gu Bensheng hugged Mu Yu happily. “Thank you for your hard work. You’re so kind. I’ll make it up to you when our company makes a coback.”
Mu Yu leaned into Gu Bensheng’s arms and said fakely, “I don’t want any compensation. I just want to share your burden, Hubby.”
