Imdiately, Chu Tian and the other two saw the girl in a white dress scamper over from not far behind Ning Xuan, her arms held close.
"No, Brother Ning, a kennel is for a dog..."
Before Chu Tian could finish, Ning Xuan was already instructing Xiao Bai, "Xiao Bai, transform!"

Xiao Bai, who had returned to her human form, and Qian Yourong were just as puzzled.

This answer left San Wu and Xiao Bai dumbfounded. Qian Yourong, after a montary startle, let out a puff of laughter.
Those three were cursed with the worst luck imaginable, running into Ning Xuan! But then again, they deserved it. Who told them to show up here?
Fortunately, Chu Tian's group couldn't possibly know what Qian Yourong was thinking. Otherwise, they would have died of rage. Since when had Qian Yourong beco so unreasonable?
"Ning Xuan!" A sharp, feminine cry suddenly rang out.
Then, Ning Xuan and his companions saw Wu Pianpian and Cheng Dabao teaming up on You Ruo. The cry had co from You Ruo, who was steadily being pushed back. As for the others who had been there monts before, they were either dead or had fled.
"You all go inside first."
Leaving those words behind, Ning Xuan vanished. In his place, a giant stone—the mobile apartnt—appeared on the ground.
"Well if it isn't Palace Master You Ruo? Long ti no see," Ning Xuan said cheerfully, appearing in the middle of the battlefield.
"Quick, make them stop! We're not enemies!" You Ruo managed to spit out amidst the chaotic battle.
"That can't be right. You're the esteed Palace Master of the Cloud Summit Heavenly Palace, an expert of peerless strength. How could you be in such a sorry state? Ah, I know! It must be because that Storage Ring on your finger is too heavy and affecting your performance."
Ning Xuan's words ca as You Ruo was gasping for breath, and she was nearly decapitated by Cheng Dabao's blade.

With a flick of her wrist, Cheng Dabao made the ring fly toward her, and she snatched it out of the air.
Ning Xuan sighed.
Great. Now that it's in this girl's hands, I'm definitely not getting it back.
Ning Xuan could only turn to look at You Ruo again.
You Ruo jumped in fright and imdiately blurted out, "Stop right there! My entire fortune is in that Storage Ring!"
Damn it all! Does this scoundrel think I'm an easy target?!
Since he couldn't squeeze anything more out of You Ruo, Ning Xuan had no choice but to speak up. "Dabao, this lady is sothing of a friend. Do a favor and let her rest."
Who would have thought she'd reply, "Who are you? Why should I do you a favor?"
Good grief! This girl learns fast! Ning Xuan thought.
"Alright then. If you want to keep fighting, go right ahead," Ning Xuan said nonchalantly. "Ahem... You Ruo, you can see for yourself. It's not that I don't want to help, it's just that there's nothing I can do," he added, before turning and walking away.
At this, both You Ruo and Cheng Dabao were dumbfounded, especially Cheng Dabao.
Why doesn't this guy play by the rules?
A smile spread across Wu Pianpian's face. She was reminded of herself. After Ning Xuan had left the Cloud Summit Heavenly Palace, she had imdiately taken her mobile villa through the passage built by the Bi Luo Palace to reach Yao Guang. She had intended to follow Ning Xuan's example and swindle the great families of Yao Guang, but she realized it was impossible upon her arrival. The people of Yao Guang were all as cunning as foxes and saw through her plan before she could even begin. Left with no choice, she had to change her approach. Seeing Cheng Dabao try to pull the sa trick instantly brought back mories of her own failed attempt, putting Wu Pianpian in a great mood.
"You two carry on. I'm done playing," Wu Pianpian said with a wave of her hand, leaving to follow Ning Xuan.
Cheng Dabao snapped back to her senses and glanced at You Ruo. You Ruo flinched, preparing to defend herself, but Cheng Dabao had already vanished from her sight. Judging by the direction she went, the girl was chasing after those who had fled.
You Ruo sighed in relief. After catching her breath, she too chased after Ning Xuan.
"Ning Xuan, you're here for the Xuan Ge too, aren't you? How about we cooperate?" You Ruo asked, standing a few dozen feet away from him. Her gaze flickered to the giant stone before she got straight to the point.
Instead of answering, Ning Xuan asked, "I heard you're heading to the Chi Ming Dynasty?"
You Ruo nodded. There was nothing to hide.
"I'd advise you to give up."
Ning Xuan's words took You Ruo by surprise. She had expected him to ask for her reasons.
"That girl's master is imprisoned in the Heavenly Principle Star Realm, and her master is from the Chi Ming Dynasty."
You Ruo's eyes narrowed, but she quickly replied, "I understand what you an, but I must go to the Chi Ming Dynasty!" After a pause, she added, "As long as you help obtain the Xuan Ge, I'll agree to any demand!"
Before Ning Xuan could even speak, Wu Pianpian cut in, displeased. "Hey, what do you think you're doing? The Xuan Ge is mine! My junior brother already promised it to !"
Saying this, she grabbed Ning Xuan's arm and shot a provocative look at You Ruo.
You Ruo wasn't surprised at all. She smiled and said, "Don't worry, this is just a transaction." She then gave Ning Xuan a suggestive wink.
