"How did I do what?" Ning Xuan feigned ignorance and quickly added, "We need to hurry. I have a bad feeling about those girls."
His words made the two won even more anxious than he was. They were all incredibly fond of Wawa, San Wu, and Xiao Bai. "They left with a young man," the waiter said, giving Ning Xuan a strange look while his eyes occasionally darted toward the two won with him. This kid really has all the luck, surrounded by such unparalleled beauties. No wonder those three other girls got tricked!
"They left? How long ago? Which way did they go? What did he look like?" Ning Xuan fired off a series of questions while shoving a handful of Heavenly Crystals at the waiter.
The waiter’s eyes went wide. Of all the patrons he had served, he had never seen anyone so generous. Money talks. The waiter imdiately spilled everything he knew. It turned out the man had used the sound of the earlier explosion as bait, claiming that he was being besieged by the City Lord Manor. In their panic, the three girls were easily deceived.
"I knew they weren’t that foolish. We’ve been watched for a while now. Our opponent’s thods are quite impressive." As they stepped out of the teahouse, Wu Pianpian was smiling, but her eyes swirled with a terrifying killing intent. She already considered the girls her sisters. Daring to harm them was the sa as making an enemy of her, Wu Pianpian. They’d better pray I don’t find out who they are, or I’ll kick their balls to smithereens!
"What now? In this vast sea of people, where do we even start looking?" Seeing Ning Xuan’s silence, Wu Pianpian’s delicate brows furrowed. She was completely at a loss.
Yun Wangshu also asked Ning Xuan, "Who do you think is behind this?"
Wu Pianpian laughed. "Wangshu, do you really think he’s so kind of god who knows everything?"
"The Wu Family," Ning Xuan bit out after glancing at her.
Wu Pianpian’s beautiful eyes imdiately widened. "How can you be so sure it was the Wu Family?" she demanded, unconvinced.
"A Dao Xuan Master isn’t a Martial Artist, so their aura is the hardest to detect. That’s why their presence would have been overlooked," Yun Wangshu explained. As a Dao Xuan Master herself, she understood them best. "Besides, although Wawa can’t use her Nine-Orifice Exquisite Heart, don’t forget her Martial Arts Cultivation is still intact. If the kidnapper had been a martial arts expert, she certainly would have been alerted."
She trailed off, blaming herself. "I should have noticed their presence, but instead..."
Wu Pianpian grabbed her slender hand to comfort her. "Wangshu, don’t bla yourself. This is all his fault, so let him clean up his own ss!" She then gave Ning Xuan a huge eye-roll.
Ning Xuan didn’t argue; after all, she was right. He asked, "Where do the major families usually stay when they’re in the city?"
Wu Pianpian answered, "The Ten Clans didn’t earn their title for nothing. They all have their own properties and mansions here in Tianxia City. The only reason you were able to annihilate them before was that you only attacked their ancestral lands. With the competition between the Ten Clans imminent, all of their true experts have co to Tianxia City."
Ning Xuan’s eyes lit up at this information. Noticing his reaction, Wu Pianpian quickly asked, "You’re not thinking of using the mobile villa again, are you?"
Ning Xuan shook his head. "Of course not. It’s only been a short while. Even if just for the sake of those Heavenly Crystals, I have to give the City Lord so face."
I’m supposed to thank you for that? You’re so polite!
Wu Pianpian rolled her eyes at Ning Xuan. "Yeah, right! As if I’d believe a word you say."
"Let’s go to the Wu Family’s residence. Since they have a mansion here, we won’t have to stumble around like headless chickens," Ning Xuan declared with a wave of his hand, leading the two won away.
The Ten Clans were famous in the Cloud Summit Heavenly Palace, so finding the Wu Family’s residence was as simple as asking around.
「A quarter of an hour later.」
The three of them stood before a majestic estate. They had arrived at the Wu Family’s residence.
Their trio was so striking that the guards at the gate noticed them from a great distance. After a mont of shock, both guards’ complexions changed dramatically.
The next mont, BANG! Trying to run inside at the sa ti, the two guards solidly crashed into each other. Without even bothering to rub their foreheads, they scrambled through the gates together.

BOOM! The words struck the ears of the Wu Family mbers like a clap of thunder. Many of them paled, while others flew into a rage.
"That little bastard truly has a death wish! We haven’t even gone after him, and he dares to deliver himself to our doorstep!"

Amidst the furious roars, nearly the entire Wu Family sprung into action.
Back at the gate, Ning Xuan and his companions naturally heard the commotion, but none of them stopped walking.
Until... BOOM! A wall suddenly erupted from the ground in front of them. Just as they halted, three more walls shot up from the other sides, boxing them in completely. An imnse pressure materialized as the four walls began to close in!
The attacker was an extrely powerful Dao Xuan Master. If his technique succeeded, even an average King Realm Martial Artist would be instantly crushed into a bloody paste.
However, Ning Xuan had no intention of making a move. He had an expert by his side, after all.
"Break!" Yun Wangshu’s red lips parted slightly. After forming a seal with her hands, she thrust them outward. Instantly, the walls crumbled into dust!
SHINK! At that very mont, a cold gleam of light shot through the air, aiming straight for Ning Xuan’s face. The true killing blow had been hidden behind the crumbling wall! It was another Dao Xuan Technique, and this cold, spear-like point of light possessed an infinite sharpness. It was far more terrifying than the spears wielded by the Mo Lin Jun soldiers.
Yet, Ning Xuan still paid it no mind.
"Hmph!" With a cold snort from Yun Wangshu, the bluestone pavers on the ground in front of Ning Xuan imdiately lifted into the air.
A scornful chuckle echoed. Trying to block my killing Dao Xuan Technique with re bluestone? You’re courting death!
BANG! The cold light passed through, and the bluestone burst into pieces. The terrifying killing intent pierced the void, arriving before Ning Xuan’s face in an instant!
Ning Xuan blinked, frozen in place as if struck by a Binding Spell, not moving an inch.
At the main gate, the attacking Dao Xuan Master’s face lit up with joy. This little brat is nothing special, after all!
But in the next instant, the smile on his face froze.
