A fierce glint flashed in Mo Qi’s eyes. This kid is far too arrogant!

However, recalling his previous clash with Ning Xuan, he knew he couldn’t be careless. In that fight, he had been forced to use all of his Elent Force and even his Bloodline Power. Mo Qi’s Bloodline was indeed special; he possessed one of the legendary thirty-six Innate Bodies.

Ning Xuan simply raised his eyebrows and finally unleashed his own Elent Force, but that was all he did.

HUM!

When Ning Xuan reached for the tip of the spear, it suddenly vibrated, sending terrifying ripples through the air. The void was sliced open like a thin sheet of paper, imbued with the power to tear anything apart.

But the mont Ning Xuan’s hand closed around it, the weapon beca nothing more than an ordinary spear. All of its formidable power vanished in an instant. What was even more terrifying was that Mo Qi felt the spear suddenly lighten in his grasp.

When he looked down, his eyes bulged in shock. The tip of the spear had vanished!

"Chief, be car—" a soldier roared in alarm.

At the sa ti, several spears thrust toward Ning Xuan at once.

SHLICK!

A cold glint flashed from the spear tip he now held.

CLANG!

A head, still wrapped tightly in its helt, smashed viciously onto the ground. It was Mo Qi’s head!

With a successful strike, Ning Xuan swept his hand back out in another slash, severing the tips of the several spears coming at him. The terrifying assault dissolved into nothing.

Complete silence fell over the area.

No one could believe what they had just seen. That was Mo Qi, commander of the Mo Lin Army for over ten years, a man who had never known defeat in Tianxia City. And now, not only had he been slain with his own spear, but his body hadn’t even been left intact?!

This guy is absolutely savage!

THUD!

The sound of a headless body thudding to its knees jolted the crowd back to reality. They stared at Ning Xuan as if he were a god.

Soone suddenly rembered what Ning Xuan had said earlier. "I’ll give you two choices. Either you co down on your own, or I’ll beat you until you kneel!"

And now, he had made good on his promise. Mo Qi hadn’t just knelt; he had done so in the most grueso way imaginable.

"Dead... he’s dead?"

"Mo Qi was killed... decapitated... this is..."

Murmurs rippled through the crowd, many still unable to accept that what they saw was real.

"He killed the Chief... the Chief?!"

"The Chief is gone..."

"Avenge him!"

"That’s right! Avenge the Chief!"

When the soldiers of the Mo Lin Army finally snapped out of their shock, they began to seethe with killing intent.

However, before they could make a move, Ning Xuan acted first.

BOOM!

His fist shot out, striking a suit of Elent Beast Armor. An instant later, both the armor and the Elent Beast beneath it exploded into pieces. The soldier atop it was flung into the air and lashed out, but Ning Xuan sidestepped and reached out in one fluid motion.

He grabbed the soldier, who was like a helpless chick in his grasp, and drove his knee upward.

CRACK!

The soldier was snapped in half like a dry twig. His life ended on the spot.

As more spears ca at him, Ning Xuan used the corpse in his hand as a weapon, swinging it wildly in all directions. With a long cry, he suddenly leaped into the air and threw a punch at another soldier’s face.

"Watch ou—"

A comrade tried to warn him, but he only managed to get one word out before the soldier’s head, helt and all, exploded. It was an exceptionally brutal sight.

BOOM! BOOM!

Ning Xuan’s figure flickered through their ranks. Every punch ant a death.

The onlookers were utterly numb. They knew how terrifying the Mo Lin Army was and how many famous experts had died at their hands. But now, Ning Xuan was taking them out one by one as if he were crushing chicks. He was just too fierce.

"That guy isn’t human!"

"Fuck! Who the hell told Ning Xuan wasn’t that strong?"

"Phew, I’m so lucky I didn’t think about revealing his whereabouts to my family, otherwise..."

A series of voices rose from the crowd, a mixture of shock and relief, but they quickly fell silent. In the field of battle, only Ning Xuan remained standing tall.

The entire Mo Lin Army had been annihilated. There wasn’t a single complete body to be found.

Facing the countless gazes, Ning Xuan’s expression remained placid. He casually took out a white handkerchief and wiped the blood from his hands. The crowd’s attention was drawn to this simple act, and they were stunned to realize his clothes were still completely spotless.

In an instant, the eyes watching him were filled with a profound sense of dread.

Several Martial Artists from the ten great families quietly slipped away. They were going to rush back and warn the younger mbers of their families to give Ning Xuan a wide berth if they ever saw him. Among their younger generation, only a handful of heaven-blessed prodigies could possibly be his match, even if their cultivation was higher than his.

"All right, now we don’t have to lift a finger against that bastard!" soone in the crowd said with excitent. They were among those whose families had been plundered by Ning Xuan.

"He’s offended the City Lord Manor. He won’t be able to get anywhere in Tianxia City now, let alone reach the Heavenly Palace! Let’s just sit back and watch the show."

Just then, a calm voice cut through the murmurs.

"Excuse , could you tell which way the City Lord Manor is?"

Soone instinctively pointed. After Ning Xuan thanked him, he headed straight in that direction. Everyone in his path quickly made way for him. Countless pairs of eyes followed him until he disappeared from view.

The scene imdiately erupted into chaos.

"What... what is he trying to do?"

"He... he isn’t thinking of challenging the City Lord Manor, is he?!"

"All by himself? He’s going to storm the City Lord Manor?!"

"Don’t forget, he’s only in the Heavenly Realm!"

"Oh, co on, that’s just insane! Who gave him the..." The speaker abruptly choked on his words, suddenly recalling Ning Xuan’s past feats.

A young man sneered, clearly irritated that soone who looked younger than him possessed such heaven-defying power. "There’s nothing to be afraid to say! The City Lord Manor of Tianxia City might not be as strong as the ten great families combined, but they have more than one King Realm powerhouse guarding it! What gives him the courage to be so arrogant? He’s just bluffing!"

Many people nodded in agreent.

But at that mont, they all fell silent. To their utter shock, they saw Ning Xuan toss a massive Flying Treasure into the air. Then, both he and the treasure vanished.

BOOM!

A streak of white light tore through the sky, its long tail lingering as a sonic boom ripped through the air. The tail pointed directly toward the City Lord Manor.

The young man who had been sneering just monts before, eagerly awaiting Ning Xuan’s humiliation, was now the focus of countless stares. His face turned as red as a monkey’s behind. He fled in humiliation, his lips quivering, unable to utter a single word.

Others felt a wave of relief. They had been thinking the sa thing but were now profoundly glad they hadn’t spoken their thoughts aloud.

Damn it all! That son of a bitch’s head really is made of iron—he actually dared to go!

"Co on, let’s go! To the City Lord Manor! We can watch the fight!" soone shouted excitedly.

Given Ning Xuan’s previous displays of power, they were all desperately curious about what thods he would use this ti. Sheer force? That was impossible. He was only in the Heavenly Realm, after all.

The idea spurred countless people into action.

"Ouch, don’t push!"

"Dammit, who’s grabbing ?!"

The crowd erupted into a tumult of shouts and commotion. Eager to be the first to witness Ning Xuan’s next incredible feat, the area descended into chaos, like a zombie siege.

Just then, an enraged roar echoed from the direction of the City Lord Manor. "HOW DARE YOU!"
