"Brother Tian, this Magical Treasure of yours is really sothing else! Co on, tell us, how did you get it?"

"Yeah, Brother Tian, this thing is a hundred tis cooler than a Flying Boat, even a Flying Ship!"

"I happen to have heard sothing. Bi Luo Palace launched a new Flying Treasure in Heavens Beyond. I bet it’s this thing!"

"So that’s it! Brother Tian must be the first one here to own it!"

The younger generation of the Chu Family was both excited and proud. Even the older generation wore smiles. So parents were even lecturing their children using Chu Tian as an example. "Liang’er, look at your Brother Tian. Rember to learn from him in the future, understand?"

"Uh, Fourth Uncle, please don’t. What’s there to learn from ? If you’re going to learn from anyone, it should be Brother Yang!"

Chu Tian was terrified. If Ning Xuan shows up now, I’ll just die on the spot!

But as fate would have it, his worst fear ca true. Glancing back again, Chu Tian felt the hair on his body stand on end.

"I have to go! See you at the Heavenly Palace!"

Before his voice could fade, Chu Tian had already vanished with his moveable apartnt. The Chu Family mbers stared at each other, completely baffled.

"What’s wrong with Brother Tian?"

"Why do I get the feeling he was afraid?"

While the younger generation was chattering, soone shouted, "Look! What is that?!"

Everyone followed his gaze and was stunned to see a colossal, uniquely designed structure approaching gracefully. It didn’t seem to be moving fast, yet it was steadily closing the distance to their Flying Ship. Then, they saw a young man sitting cross-legged in the structure’s front courtyard.

Countless whirlpools spun madly around his body. Each vortex devoured the one before it, only to be imdiately consud by the next. Above the strange structure, the wind and clouds surged, swirling like tornadoes that trailed behind it!

"My goodness! To dare cultivate so brazenly, and with such terrifying phenona! Isn’t he afraid of..."

Before he could finish, soone else shrieked, "Ning Xuan! Dad, that’s Ning Xuan!"

At that mont, the mobile villa was parallel to the Flying Ship. Ning Xuan, who had been cultivating, opened his eyes, and the surrounding phenona instantly vanished.

"Who’s calling ?" Ning Xuan stood up, looking over in their direction with a puzzled expression.

Onboard the Flying Ship, the young man who had shouted and a middle-aged man beside him both turned green. Is this guy taking advantage of us? But on second thought, it doesn’t seem like it.

While they were hesitating, Ning Xuan spoke again, "I thought I heard Chu Tian’s voice just now?"

"You know our Brother Tian?" a young man asked imdiately.

Ning Xuan nodded with a smile. "I do. He’s my dearest friend, a brother in arms!"

Hearing this, many among the younger generation were stunned, while so of the older experts bead with joy.

"Greetings, Young Master Ning! It’s true what they say; you’re even more impressive in person! By the way, I am Tian’er’s Fourth Uncle, Chu Mingfeng, and this is my son, Chu Liang. Liang’er," he urged, "quickly greet your Brother Ning Xuan!"

Chu Mingfeng had never seen a Flying Treasure like Ning Xuan’s before, but coupling it with Chu Tian’s earlier reaction, he imdiately understood what it was. No wonder Tian’er acted so strangely. If I were in his shoes, I’d have run too! The two items are on completely different levels.

Among the younger generation, so also began to understand. They looked at Ning Xuan with a mixture of curiosity, envy, and jealousy.

Chu Liang glanced at Ning Xuan, muttered sothing under his breath, and remained silent.

Chu Mingfeng smacked him on the back of the head. Feeling rather embarrassed, he was just about to speak when Ning Xuan nodded. "A pleasure to et you. By the way, where is Brother Chu?" He deftly changed the subject.

"He had other matters to attend to, so he left ahead of us. Is there sothing you need from him, Young Master Ning?" Chu Mingfeng let out a sigh of relief and put on a smile, though he felt a bit uneasy. He had a nagging feeling that the relationship between Ning Xuan and Chu Tian wasn’t quite what Ning Xuan made it out to be. Besides, although Chu Liang hadn’t spoken, Chu Mingfeng had read his lips. That little rascal was about to say, ’Is he even worthy?’ Alas! Hopefully, Ning Xuan didn’t notice.

Ning Xuan took in his reaction, then glanced at Chu Liang before saying, "It’s nothing major. He just owes so Heavenly Crystals."

「Inside the villa.」

Yun Wangshu and Wu Pianpian both slapped a hand to their foreheads. This guy is obsessed with money, fabricating things out of thin air. Chu Tian is so unlucky. He’s not even here and he’s still getting fleeced. Poor guy!

「Outside.」

Chu Mingfeng, however, was relieved. Just so Heavenly Crystals? That’s a minor issue! I’ll pay for him and consider it an apology for what that little rascal did!

He imdiately laughed and said, "How much does he owe you? I’ll pay it for him."

"I’ve forgotten the exact amount. Just give whatever you think is fair," Ning Xuan said, glancing at Chu Liang again.

Chu Mingfeng’s heart skipped a beat. I knew it. That little rascal didn’t escape Ning Xuan’s notice.

After a mont’s hesitation, he said, "One hundred thousand... no, how about one million Heavenly Crystals?"

He was about to say 100,000 Heavenly Crystals, but when he saw Ning Xuan glance at his delinquent son again, he hurriedly changed his offer. At the sa ti, he desperately wished he could just slap the little monster dead! For three simple, unspoken words, he now had to pay a price of 1,000,000 Heavenly Crystals! That was far more than a thousand gold pieces per word! Damn it! I should have thrown him against a wall at birth!

"I said to give whatever you think is fair. One hundred thousand, one million, either is fine. Since you suggested one million, let’s go with that." Ning Xuan smiled with disarming earnestness.

Holy crap! Chu Mingfeng was dumbfounded. Did I completely misread the situation? Was Ning Xuan’s last glance ant to show my ungrateful son the heavy price of his insolence?! He felt sick to his stomach, wishing he could slap himself. He could have settled this with 100,000 Heavenly Crystals, but he had ended up paying ten tis that amount! Damn it, I’m a complete and utter sucker!

"You ungrateful whelp!" The more he thought about it, the angrier Chu Mingfeng beca, and he finally slapped his son.

Chu Liang fell flat on the deck.

The other Chu Family mbers, who had no idea what was going on, were completely bewildered. What was happening?

Ning Xuan offered so placating words. "Uncle, you shouldn’t hit your child, no matter what."

"Shut up! You..."

Chu Liang knew perfectly well why he’d been hit. Seeing this opportunist act all high and mighty after taking advantage of them infuriated him. This ti, however, Chu Mingfeng had learned his lesson. With lightning speed, he clamped a hand over Chu Liang’s mouth. If this defiant brat uttered another reckless word, he’d be out even more money!

Ning Xuan felt a little disappointed. I originally thought the Chu Family were all good people, but it turns out Chu Mingfeng is only half-decent. He turned his gaze to the other family mbers.

A quick scan left him disappointed again. This Flying Ship is full of people, so why are they all n? How am I supposed to sell tickets to my mobile villa?

Ning Xuan’s mood soured. Fortunately, they didn’t know what he was thinking, or they would have coughed up blood from sheer rage. Since that plan wasn’t working, Ning Xuan had to find another way. But he quickly discovered that none of the young people in the Chu Family were good targets. When he looked at them, their eyes t his, and they all just smiled kindly.

Just as he was worrying about finding a sucker, a voice suddenly rang out, "A new Magical Treasure from Bi Luo Palace! A fine item indeed. This young master will take it!"
