Bi Luo Palace had risen dramatically three years ago, its origins shrouded in mystery. The powerful Sun Family, which Sun Yuhu belonged to, once had designs on it, but for so unknown reason, their higher-ups dropped the matter. Now, upon seeing a girl with ties to Bi Luo Palace, Sun Yuhu’s interest was naturally piqued.
Ignoring him, Wu Pianpian suddenly broke into a smile. Sun Yuhu couldn’t help but feel smug.
"WOOF... WOOF..."
Xiao Bai’s tily barks rang out. Sun Yuhu then saw a youth who, despite being travel-worn, still couldn’t hide his handso features. Sun Yuhu’s face imdiately darkened.
"Where did this little punk co from? Scram!" The one who shouted, however, wasn’t him, but Kang Yang. Wu Pianpian was clearly smiling because of this youth, and how could Kang Yang tolerate that?
Off to the right, Chi Shi was starting to feel a bit better, little knowing she was about to suffer a brutal blow.

Expressionless, Chi Shi said, "So you really are in the Human Realm. It seems I’ve underestimated you."
Ning Xuan ignored her and turned to Sun Yuhu. "Do you have a grudge against soone surnad Kong?"
"Yes!" Sun Yuhu readily admitted, an arrow already in his hand. "Tell where he is, and I might spare your life."
"What a coincidence! We have a grudge against him too! The damn fool dared to underestimate , so I played a little trick and lured him into a trap. Not only did he get nothing, but he even gave us the Blood-Winged Bird for free!" Ning Xuan’s eyes sparkled with mirth, looking quite pleased with himself. As he spoke of his ’little trick,’ he glanced toward Wu Pianpian and Yun Wangshu. The nature of the sche needed no explanation.
Sun Yuhu and the others had a sudden realization. Those two won would be considered celestial fairies anywhere in Cloud Summit Heavenly Palace. It’s perfectly normal that Kong Qiu would fall for such a ploy.
Sun Yuhu’s hand on the bowstring relaxed. He looked from Ning Xuan to the two won, a smirk forming on his lips. If Kong Qiu could threaten this kid, why can’t I? Kong Qiu, oh Kong Qiu, you truly are a fool, being led around by the nose by a good-for-nothing from the Human Realm. I’ll finish what you failed to do. Later, I’ll make sure you get a good look at the show...
Just as Sun Yuhu was mulling over how to begin, he saw the coward across from him offering an apologetic smile. At the sa ti, he received a voice transmission, "May I have a word with you in private?"
Seeing the ingratiating smile, Sun Yuhu imdiately beckoned Ning Xuan over. "Co here, let’s have a chat." As he spoke, he moved to one side.
"Big Brother, don’t!" Kang Yang and Chi Shi shouted in unison.
Sun Yuhu was quite displeased. "We’re in the Heavenly Realm, and we have six King Realm experts with us. He may have fooled Kong Qiu, but he’s no idiot. He knows what to do."
The two thought about it, realized he was right, and said no more.
As Sun Yuhu and Ning Xuan stepped aside, they quickly beca incredibly chummy, their arms slung over each other’s shoulders.
"Then it’s settled!" Sun Yuhu warned as they parted ways. "If you dare deceive , you’ll face the consequences! My Sun Family is one of the top ten families in Cloud Summit Heavenly Palace!"
Ning Xuan gave a fawning smile. "How could I? Don’t worry, you can count on !" he declared, thumping his chest loudly.
"Fine, I’ll trust you this once. You all can go." Sun Yuhu waved his hand, preparing to let Ning Xuan’s group leave.
"Big Brother!" Both Kang Yang and Chi Shi grew anxious.
"I know what I’m doing!" Sun Yuhu’s single sentence silenced them. Their families weren’t among the top-tier, and they had to rely on the Sun Family’s patronage. With outsiders present, challenging Sun Yuhu’s authority again would an doom not just for them, but for their entire families.
Only after Ning Xuan had boarded the Flying Boat and vanished from sight did the others speak up.
"Big Brother, that guy tricked Kong Qiu before! How can you be so foolish?" Chi Shi finally cried out, her voice filled with anguish.
Sun Yuhu laughed. "Those two won are clearly chaste and proud. Force would never work. With his help, things will be much easier."
Kang Yang also chid in, "Big Brother, this is definitely a stalling tactic. He plans to escape!"
"Heh, escape?" Sun Yuhu said, certain of victory. "They can’t escape! I planted a Heart-Devouring Gu on that guy just now."
Chi Shi was shocked. "The Heart-Devouring Gu? The one that can be controlled from a thousand miles away with a Gu mother? Didn’t that vanish when the Five Immortals Sect was destroyed?"
Kang Yang sidled up to him with flattery. "As expected of Big Brother! Now that kid is trapped, unable to escape even if he grew wings! Congratulations in advance, Big Brother, on acquiring two peerless, nation-toppling beauties!"
Realizing her cue, Chi Shi quickly chid in, "Yes, yes! Congratulations, Big Brother! My sincerest congratulations!"
"Of course, of course. Once I’m tired of them, you’ll both get your turn," Sun Yuhu said, incredibly smug.
Kang Yang and Chi Shi were ecstatic. Even the six n behind them stirred with anticipation. Those two won were truly otherworldly and unforgettable.
What they didn’t know, however, was that at that very mont, aboard the Flying Boat, the Gu insect that was supposed to be inside Ning Xuan’s body now lay in his palm, not daring to move an inch.

Wu Pianpian slapped at him, but Ning Xuan raised his hand to block it. She seized his hand, placed it on her own shoulder, and smiled. "I have no objection if you want to give us to them. I’m just afraid Sister Wangshu wouldn’t be too happy about it."
Yun Wangshu rolled her eyes at her, feeling helpless. This girl is obviously dying to know what trick the little guy pulled, but she’s too proud to ask directly. She just had to drag into it. What a scher!
Yun Wangshu’s autumn-water eyes gazed at Ning Xuan, but she remained silent. Her eyes said it all.
Ning Xuan naturally respected his fiancée’s Senior Sister. Alright, to put it plainly, that gaze was so lethal he couldn’t quite withstand it.

Suddenly, Wu Pianpian went wild. She wrapped her toned, slender legs around Ning Xuan’s waist and clung to him like a koala. "My good Junior Brother, how did you do it?" she cooed. "Tell your Senior Chest, won’t you?"
Ning Xuan was stunned. Senior Sister Pianpian, with her fiery red lips and orchid-sweet breath... when she acts coquettishly like this, I’m completely powerless!
