A piece of tissue fluttered down into the trash can, which automatically pulverized it into dust and cleared it away in an instant, leaving behind not a trace of ash.
“My lord! This trash can is way too advanced!” She was flabbergasted at the sight of the bin. Astonishing!
Clutching her face in her hand, she looked at herself in the mirror! Gu Chuyan stood there, tangled in conflicting emotions for a long ti.
Cautiously, she walked up in her slippers and slowly opened the door.

The bedroom was so big that she was in the centre of the room by the ti.
From the balcony across there, the French windows opened and a tall figure walked in. Xiao Mohan just stood there, surprised and taken aback!
Gu Chuyan stood there with droplets of water dripping off the ends of her hair. The chilling wind blew in from the outside waking her from her shock.
“What happened?” Xiao Mohan stepped inside, sensing the awkward atmosphere as he took a serious look around him.
What he didn’t expect was her tall figure flashing before his eyes.
What he was even less prepared and ready for was…. Xiao Mohan glanced towards the bathroom, noticed the trash bin and seems to understand the situation.
He was a man obsessed with cleanliness and thus naturally his house had to be spotless!
Except that the balconies of the study and the bedroom were connected, hence, he walked in from there.
“It’s okay, don’t be afraid.” He spoke in a deep voice, walked up, stretched out to grab a quilt, draped it over her, embraced and bundled her up!
“My clothes fell into the trash can.” Gu Chuyan felt embarrassed and wanted to explain, fearing he might misunderstand.
“Hmm.” Xiao Mohan replied, seemingly not surprised.
She carefully looked at him. His expression was serious, and there was none of the sleazy looks she was afraid of, his gaze deep and void of distraction.
Just as Gu Chuyan was fretting, he straightened up and walked into the bathroom. The sound of water rushing brought her back to reality!
Half an hour later, he erged in a black silky robe, his short black hair wet and water dripping down his handso face.
“You’re…also sleeping here?” She nervously gripped the quilt as she questioned him.
“There is only one bed.” Xiao Mohan ntioned.
Gu Chuyan was taken aback. She hadn’t seen the other rooms but the house was so large, there must be plenty! But there was only one bed? This…
“I don’t entertain guests at ho.” Xiao Mohan was suggesting sothing.
No guests, so no need for extra beds! Only one bed was enough. Currently, she was occupying his bed. No wonder there seed to be his scent on it, although it was very faint.
“Then… I’ll sleep on the couch tonight.” She slowly shuffled, but he had wrapped her up so tightly in the quilt earlier.
He walked to the wardrobe, opened it, took out a set of casual sportswear, and passed it to her,”Aqing is busy, he’ll bring so clothes over early tomorrow morning.”
He spoke, leaving the clothes beside her before turning away.
Watching his retreating figure, Gu Chuyan struggled for a while before finally throwing off the quilt and reaching out to grab the grey sportswear! “800,000?” She eyed the tag, after counting the zeros her hand began to tremble. Oh my lord! Gu Chuyan, you’ve scored a sugar daddy?
After putting on the clothes, Gu Chuyan realized that the top alone was long enough to reach her thighs! Was he that much taller than her?
After putting on the pants, she crawled into bed, pretending to be asleep.
“Iya.” At that mont, she heard the door being pushed open. Xiao Mohan walked in and saw her apparently asleep on the bed, except for the constant blinking of her eyelashes!
He pursed his mouth as he looked at her lying on the bed, her wet hair dripping onto the pillow..
