The man that spoke and stood before Coco was at a relatively short height, with soft and delicate features.

His hair was a beautiful striking shade of pink, reaching just below his chin in soft waves. His eyes were a matching shade of pink, their gaze sharp and intense despite his otherwise feminine features.

He’s obviously androgynous with a small fra and soft curves, though there was sothing distinctly masculine in his manner and the way he just carried himself.

"You called for ?" The man asked, his long eyelashes fluttering softly as he blinked at her.

"He’s so pretty!" Lala gasped out, her eyes wide in shock and disbelief as she flew around the man, examining his ridiculously good looks closely.

Hearing the garden fairy’s word had snapped Coco out of her daze, she blinked rapidly and shook her head.

She perked up and looked at the pink haired man, "Yes, yes.. I did call for you. I’m here to talk about my debt, if you don’t mind discussing it with over a al."

The woman must have taken that as a cue because she was quick to turn on her heels and walk away.

"Are you ready to pay your debt, Mrs. Hughes?" The man asked, pulling the chair on the other side of the table and taking a seat, placing his hands on the surface, "You have quite a lot. Your debt piled up over the course of three years."

"I know." Coco said, keeping her eyes locked with his pink irises that seem to stare daggers at her, "I won’t be drinking anymore. I’m a changed woman and I plan to pay the debt in installnts."

The man’s eyebrows furrowed, hearing an unfamiliar word made him curious, "Can you tell more about installnts?"

Oh, right.. I guess they don’t have any idea about things like this? Coco thought, wondering if only the people of the Yogusho Village weren’t aware of terms regarding paynts, but who is she to judge?

"Instalnt paynts are about a custor paying a bill or debt in small portions throughout a fixed period of ti." Coco explained what installnt is as short as she can, hoping that the man before her would understand it.

"Most of the installnt paynts are a paynt plan arranged between the buyer and the seller or the debtor and the lender." She added on to the previous explanation, eyeing the man’s expression.

He looked like he was thinking about it, the crease on his eyebrows furrowing further, but the previous sharp and intense look on his lessened a little.

He nodded his head and looked back at her, "For how long do you want your period of ti to be?"

Coco visibly brightened up, pleased and happy that the man imdiately understood what she ant with the paynt installnt.

"Two and a half months at most." She humd out with a small smile.

"Two and a half months?" The man raised an eyebrow at her, a look of disbelief and amusent swirling in his pink irises, making his doubt clear as day,

"No offense, Mrs. Hughes, but you couldn’t pay off your debt for the past three years and even proceeded to drink yourself to unconsciousness. How can I trust you to pay your debt for the next two months?" He asked, a small condescending and arrogant smile settling on his face.

"You really can’t trust pretty people to be kind!" Lala shrieked out, her voice dripping with betrayal and hurt as she flew over to Coco’s head and hid herself behind her human friend’s hair.

"Coco’s the only one who people can trust! She’s both pretty and kind! Unlike other people!" The fairy whined, hiding herself further into Coco’s hair.

The black haired woman rely smiled at the man and reached for the bag of money tied around her hips. She untied the string and pulled the bag, slamming it hard on the table.

The impact of the coins shook the entire table, the wood crying out in protest under the heavyweight of the bag.

"Here’s the first twenty gold coins as my installnt." Coco said, shooting the man a close eye smile, returning his condescending and arrogant attitude.

The look of arrogance disappeared from the man’s face and got replaced with astonishnt.

He stared at the bag for a short mont, seemingly like he was doubting the bag’s existence, his eyes flickering to look at her before he reached out to the bag and grabbed it, opening it and taking a peek inside.

"Anyways, back on the topic at hand." Coco started speaking again once the man saw what was inside, "I’ll bring as much as I can every week for the next two months."

She watched the man clench his fist around the bag and she could only feel the sensation of satisfaction coursing through her body, "I have four lovely diators waiting for at ho that I need to take care of, to feed, to spoil, and go appreciate."

Of course, she wasn’t lying about her appreciation, taking care of, and spoiling Coco Hughes’s diators, but it would only be temporary.

She still needs to earn money to fix the house so they could live comfortably and peacefully before she divorces them. Besides, just as she stated before, divorce might require her to spend a chunk of her money.

It’s better to be prepared than to be embarrassed for not being a responsible person.

"I will pay the debt in installnts within the period of two months and a half." Coco repeated her statent and assured him, "I know that I’m the debtor, but if you want to change sothing in our agreent, feel free to do so."

The man didn’t respond and continued to stay silent. He was eyeing her, gauging her true intentions.

Thankfully, his staring didn’t last long.

"Alright." The man agreed with a long and deep sigh, "Forgive for my behavior, I was rely testing you."
