Coco was a pacifist. She didn't like fist fights because she was afraid to be rushed to Guidance office and get a bad record. From kindergarten to college, she didn't have any record regarding her temper and attitude— sure, she was chaotic, loud and sohow extra, but she never caused trouble!
She was afraid to cause trouble for her mother and her big sister. The two of them have enough on their plates and need their well-deserved break during their day offs, they deserve their peace and quiet inside the four walls of their ho. So, she can't really have anyone to call her parent and guardian just to say that she caused trouble.
So, why is she sitting in front of this small creature who was crying so hard and apologizing nonstop for accidentally taking her life? Now that she think about it, she did die, didn't she? She wasn't hallucinating that she did cough out blood when she was laying in her bed? She wasn't hallucinating when she felt that painful throb in her stomach?
She looked down at the crying creature, blinking rapidly as she wonder if she's just hallucinating or all of this was just a dream.
"Hic..! I'm so sorry! I swear I didn't an to sprinkle you with that black pixie dust..! I didn't know it would have a bad effect for humans in your dinsion! I'm sorry, human..! Y-You were about to graduate from y-your school too! I heard f-from your sister that you w-worked hard and I just—.. Waahh!!" The red haired fairy sobbed so loud.
Seeing such a small and cute creature crying for her sake tugged on her heart strings. At least the fairy knows that she worked hard and was about to graduate, but what she regrets the most is knowing her family would find her dead body sooner or later in that bed, bleeding to death with unexplainable reason. She lets out a sigh and reached out to the fairy.
"It's okay. It's okay." She patted the fairy's head. No matter what happened and how much she regretted not saying goodbye to her family, she still doesn't enjoy the fact that an adorable creature like the one in front of her would cry so hard because she felt bad about an accident. She could tell that the fairy has a soft heart and kind. She has been crying nonstop ever since she woke up, she could see the rim of the fairy's eyes getting red and she starts to feel bad.
"It's not okay! It's never okay..! Brother Kiki will be mad if he heard that I took one of his p-precious creations and killed her!" The fairy cried out, flailing her small arms in the air and kicked her small legs.
"Then how about giving another chance in life? You can do that much, right? Since you accidentally took my life, I'm sure you can give another one." Coco smiled, emphasizing the word "accidentally" so the fairy could stop blaming herself. She didn't like the thought of reincarnation and doing everything from scratch, but seeing the fairy cry is pulling on her heart strings.
Almost imdiately, the fairy sprung up and gave her a wide smile, her tears ca to an abrupt stop and she flew closer to Coco's face, "Of course! Do you want to be reincarnated? Do you want to have superpowers? Do you want to be smart? Do you want to be a man or a woman? Do you want to take over soone else's body? Oh! But I can't kill anyone else since I might be punished for more than a decade! What is it that you want? Tell ! Tell !"
The fairy's excited rambles made Coco smile. She simply grasped her and stared at her. The fairy gasped and turned pale when she didn't reply to any of her questions, the fairy started to shake because she thinks that the human in front of her would eat her, "Please don't eat ! I'm not tasty or sweet or spicy or sour! I really didn't an to kill you, I promise I'll make it up to you so please don't eat ..! Waaaahhh!!"
She started crying again, big fat tears streaming down her cheeks as she squeezed her eyes shut. Coco laughed softly and nudged the head of the fairy with the back of her finger, "I just wanted to know your na, silly. You're just too cute so I couldn't help, but want to look at you closer."
"R-Really..? You don't want to eat ?" The fairy stopped crying again and stared at Coco with her big, round blue eyes.
"Of course not! I don't want to cause trouble to your family. You said that your brother will be mad because you accidentally took with you so I'd like to lessen your punishnt as much as possible. Of course, I would like to compensated." She said with a small smile, caressing the fairy's head and rubbing her cheek against the fairy's body, "What's your na, miss fairy? Oh, wait.. Are you a girl or boy? I don't want to offend you, but you look like a girl."
The fairy lted physically from the affection she's receiving from Coco, "My na is Lala! I'm the only garden fairy in my family and I'm a girl.. U-ugh.. Why are you being so kind to ..?! I killed you an hour ago and stopped you from being successful! Is this your sche?! Are you planning to use to your heart's delight..?! Just because I'm a Garden fairy doesn't an you'll take advantag—"
Lala couldn't finish what she was saying because Coco rubbed her finger under Lala's chin, making her lt farther into her cheek and sigh blissfully. Coco laughed to herself, feeling the fairy press herself harder into her cheek. Hugging her contently and lting, Coco humd softly.
She's like a cat! How adorable! Coco squealed ntally, cooing sweetly at the fairy.
