When Coco got back into the village, she was just carrying the basket on her back and dragging half of the tiger’s body on the ground.

She was already used to the whispers of the villagers, but the whispers this ti sounded different than usual.

"A tiger.."

"Do you think Mr. Hilandro would like that?"

"I think he would be able to stomach a flying pig more than a tiger.."

So, the na of the visitor is Mr. Hilandro? Is he an important figure or sothing? Why does everyone seem antsy at the fact that she bought a poison tiger instead of a flying pig?

She has the flying pig stored in her inventory, but she can’t just bring it out at the mont.

I have to ti it just right.. I’ll have to go out again and act like I have just catched a flying pig. Coco thought to herself, her eyes straining to look forward, ignoring the stinging sensations on her back.

When she arrived at the butcher shop, Jacques and Renaldo were already there, cleaning the interior.

"Coco! Welco back!" The pink haired woman greeted her with enthusiasm, "You bought back a tiger! Good job, my friend! Don’t worry, this should be enough to day because the visitor is only one—"

"I have a flying pig waiting for at my hut outside the village." Coco said, cutting Jacques off with a small smile.

Renaldo moved out of the way so Coco could drop the tiger down on the table and she did, the impact of the weight pressing down so suddenly on the counter made the table shake and creak loudly.

Jacques blinked before she frowned. "Really? That’s.. Great.. And all, but are you okay? You didn’t push yourself today, did you?"

"I didn’t." Coco assured Jacques and waved her hand dismissively, "I’ll be back though, so people with bad intentions might find the hiding spot and I wouldn’t want that."

"You didn’t?! You’re clearly hurt, Coco!" Lala cried out, grabbing ahold of her human’s hair and pulling on it, an attempt to stop Coco from going out of the shop.

"Stop! Let the human treat you first before you bring that pig over here!" The fairy exclaid, her grip on Coco’s hair tightening as she sobbed.

Coco felt a little bad for Lala, but she has to bring the pig over to the butcher before getting herself treated, if she didn’t, it would take Renaldo all afternoon to get the two monsters butchering and might not be able to open the shop.

Coco can’t have that.

"I’ll be back." Coco announced, opening the door and stepping out, closing it behind her.

She let out a huff, swallowing thickly when she felt a drop of sweat graze the wounds, making her flinch and jittery from how much it sting her.

Coco made her way out of the village, her legs propelling her forward to go sowhere hidden and brought out the flying pig— still looking freshly beaten down, the round of the monster still warm to the touch.

Her inventory has the ability to keep anything warm or cold, keeping its original temperature and state when it was first stored in until it gets bought out.

Knowing that all of her catches will be as fresh as they could be, Coco couldn’t stop the smile from erging in her lips, a look of excitent and satisfaction crossing her features as she hauled the flying pig over her shoulders.

"Be careful, please!" Lala sobbed, her voice shaking as she kept looking at Coco’s back.

"I’m really fine, Lala." Coco assured the fairy for the nth ti, her heart strings getting pulled by the tears that stread down the fairy’s cheeks, "It stings a little, but it doesn’t really hurt."

"You’re bleeding! How can you be fine?!" The fairy wailed, hugging Coco’s cheek and sobbing against her skin.

Coco could only sigh out for the nth ti and make her way back inside the village— hearing the excited murmurs and whispers of the villagers as soon as she showed up with the flying pig on her shoulders.

She paid them no mind and imdiately made her way to the butcher shop.

"Here’s the pig!" Coco exclaid, slamming the door open and panting slightly, "I’ll be taking an early off today! Bring the money to once you’re done! If you have a problem, just go to my room!"

She didn’t wait for the married couple to react to her words and dropped the flying pig on the vacant table before rushing out of the shop.

Her next stop is at the rchant’s shop, the fruits on her back need to be delivered.

If she was being honest, she could have carried the basket in her arms, but she needed to cover the holes in her clothes and the blood so she carried the basket on her back.

However, she will have to expose her back to Mrs. Tani once she has to remove the basket.

Swallowing, Coco opened the door to the shop and was fast to take off the basket, putting it down on the floor carefully and keeping her back away from the rchant’s sight.

She was thankful that she didn’t see the woman anywhere, but she could hear her at the back.

"Mrs. Tani! I bought back so vegetables!" Coco called out, her heart racing as she waited for the rchant to erge from the doorway.

"Coco." There she was, the woman she was waiting for.

Oh..? But why is she hearing the rchant’s voice from the front door?

"Coco?!" Another familiar voice called out, screeching with their voice laced with worry and urgency, "What happened to your back?!"

Oh, dear . Coco thought, shoulders sagging.

"Finally! Co, help! She kept refusing to be treated!" Lala exclaid, sounding relieved to hear that she has soone on her side.

"I’m fine—"

"You’re clearly not fine!" Heiren hissed at her and grabbed her arms, carefully.

"You’re bleeding! How can you be fine?!"
