Wesley lived comfortably in the tropolitan Planet Daily News. Our Superman bravely expressed his feelings to Louise Lane and announced his identity at the sa ti. In shock, the two of them finally ca together.
Poor Richard White could only withdraw in dejection. Jason Kent, Jason Jr., now had a surna. But the wedding had been booked. Wesley had said he would co, and so would Kayla. Louise Lane knew a lot of things now, including that Super Girl was Superman's cousin.
Two weeks passed quickly. Wesley said goodbye to his new friends from the Planet Daily News and called Kayla before he boarded the plane. Because it was night ti, he arrived in Nachonal City, so Kayla said she would pick him up.
The plane slowly landed and crashed onto the runway. Wesley took his luggage and walked out, but he did not see Kayla. He was puzzled for a mont and then called, but no one answered. "Did sothing happen? Did Kayla go to the rescue again?"
He didn't pay any attention to this. After all, Kayla was a super girl, and it would be difficult to get her into danger. Wesley called a taxi and returned ho. He put down his luggage and took Kayla's house key. He opened the door and went in. Then he turned on all the equipnt in Kayla's bedroom.
"Well, let see your results for two weeks." Wesley rubbed his hands together and then began to work on the keyboard. "Well, not bad. It's nothing serious, but it's done okay. It seems that Kayla is already very experienced." There was an automatic record in the device, and every ti Kayla moved, it was recorded briefly.
"Well, look at what you're doing now?" Wesley answered the radio and then called, but there was no response. "Didn't you bring headphones? No, Kayla can hear even without headphones?"
Wesley was a little puzzled. Then he hacked into the city traffic surveillance system and asked Elizabeth to start looking for Kayla's whereabouts and look up the surveillance records to see where she was last seen.
"Fire alarm? Then she must have gone here, but the fire was not controlled. Does that an that Kayla did not arrive at the scene at all?" Wesley frowned. "Supernatural Operations Departnt? If it is them, then Kayla is in no danger. But seeing her sister working there, I wonder what Kayla thinks?"
Sure enough, a short ti later, Kayla returned ho in a huff. Walking in from the balcony, Kayla didn't know Wesley had returned. She took off her cape and began to remove her uniform.
"Kayla?" Wesley heard the voice and ca out. He saw that Cayla was taking off her clothes and had to remind her.
"Ah…" The decibel was very high and Wesley's ears were ringing. "Wesley, when did you co back? Oh, damn, I forgot to pick you up."
"It doesn't matter, but you should go with to return the clothes." Wesley shook his head. Kayla was still so stupid.
Kayla blushed and then ca back to the fact that I only ca out after returning my clothes. "I'm sorry. I suddenly received a fire alarm and rushed over. Who knew…" At this point, her mood dropped.
"What's wrong? Go on, let help you."
"My sister. The departnt that arrested today is the departnt where my sister works. She actually works in a governnt agency that specializes in dealing with aliens. It's the place you reported."
"Oh, I see. It's a little hard to accept, but it's reasonable." What Wesley said stunned Kayla, and Wesley continued, "Kayla, like I said, everyone has their own life, and you have the right to choose. So she has the right to choose, right?"
"Okay, you're right. But they actually told not to be a super girl again. Isn't that too much?"
"It's too much. They don't have the right. There are no restrictions on saving people. It's not just a moral issue. They have no right to ask you to do anything, right?"
"Yes, that's it. We have to continue." Kayla waved her fist and then asked, "Is my cousin really getting married?"
"Yes, he even has a son. Of course he has to get married. We'll go to their wedding together."
"Okay, okay. Is my little nephew cute?" Kayla was happy again.
They talked late into the night and then went their separate ways. Early the next morning, Wesley drove Cayla to the office. Miss Kate Grant praised Wesley, especially for his ability to persist in taking photographs in a crisis, which made many readers write to express their concern for Wesley.
"The position of artistic director is now yours, but I hope you can continue to write better reports." Miss Kate Grant was very kind today. She sat opposite Wesley on the tea table where she did her work and made coffee.
"Don't worry about that. I'll keep writing." Wesley now has a separate office, which belongs to the art director, and Kayla can often sneak in and discuss things with him. That's how it is now.
"Wesley, my sister called. They seem to need my help. What if I change?" Kayla slipped in and whispered.
"Kayla, this is my office. You don't have to be so careful."
"Phew, I'm used to it. They seem to be in trouble."
"Then you should help them. After all, you are a super girl. You don't have any conditions to help others. At the sa ti, they see your power, don't they?" Wesley looked at Kayla and said.
"Okay, then co with tonight. It's hard for to deal with them myself."
"No problem. I'll deal with this for you, and I'll see what kind of guy can make things so difficult for them." Wesley also wanted to et the Supernatural Operations Departnt. Their leader is a Martian and has the ability to transform. This ability is very similar to Mystique.
After work that night, the two of them had dinner outside. Later, Wesley drove Kayla back to the house. They decided to fly there. After all, it was a little far. Being carried by Kayla again, although the wind was strong, it was really cool. Without using any tools, they were controlling the flight out of thin air. What kind of feeling was that?
In the Supernatural Operations Departnt, Wesley t Alex Danvers again at the gate. "Hello, I was in a hurry last ti!" Wesley greeted him politely.
"Why did you bring him here? Do you want to write another article?" A strong black man said coolly.
Wesley looked at him and then said, "And this is?"
Alex Danvers was now very embarrassed. Because of her identity, she was now caught between work and family.
