Chapter 964: Special Dinsional Crevice

'Swoosh'

'Splash'

Ajax teleported himself continuously until he fell into the pool and without wasting any ti, he drank the water from the pool.

The reason he didn't waste any ti drinking the water was because he wanted the current trial to co to an end.

'Swoosh'

Soon, the old man appeared above the pool with a slight smile on his face.

'Damn you.'

Ajax was already furious regarding the trial and the old man for creating such a cruel trial and when he saw the smiling face of the old man hovering above the pool, he could not help but curse inside his heart.

"Congratulations for successfully completing the trial and becoming my successor. From now on you are the owner of the dinsional crevice."

The old man already knew Ajax was furious and cursing him in his heart; however, he had to do what he had to do because he didn't want his successor to be killed.

Moreover, he was able to survive for thousands of years but his successor was less than 20 years old. So, he wanted to make sure that the young man in the pool had enough endurance, patience that was already tested in the previous trial and determination.

'Phew'

At the sa ti, Ajax's body started healing and his amputated legs started regrowing making Ajax heaved a sigh of relief.

"Hm."

Ajax didn't show any excitent or thanked the old man; instead, he nodded his head with a cold look on his face.

'Sigh'

Seeing that old man sighed as he knew he could not bla Ajax for replying like that.

"Before my spirit consciousness disappears, I will have so things to say to you. So, listen carefully because my spirit consciousness can't stay here for much longer."

Nevertheless, the old man had to explain so things, so he didn't even wait for Ajax to reply as he started explaining.

"Dinsional crevice is always mysterious for everyone and only a few people know about what the dinsion crevice can do and how useful can it beco for a cultivator."

"Most of the cultivators from normal worlds and even cultivators from so of the greater worlds use it to connect various provinces; however, it was just wasting the potential of the dinsional crevice."

The old man stopped for a mont as he looked at Ajax to see whether he was absorbing everything he was saying.

'What?'

Ajax was surprised for only a mont before nodding his head.

Actually, Ajax already felt the dinsional crevices have other uses and he waited for the old man to continue saying what he wanted to say.

"Dinsional crevice, in short, is just like a contracted spirit beast that grows along with the master. So, the more powerful you beco, the more useful the dinsional crevice will beco; however, you should not connect it to any of the provinces because you can connect it to other worlds."

"Really?"

Ajax was pleasantly surprised when he heard those words as he excitedly asked the old man.

"Yes but you need to be at least a King realm cultivator. Not only can you connect to different worlds, but you will also be having more advantages compared to other King realm cultivators just because of a dinsional crevice."

The old man explained everything about the dinsional crevice that Ajax needed to know.

"I will follow your advice not to connect it to different provinces."

Ajax nodded his head with the sa cold look on his face.

Even though the old man was entrusting Ajax with his dinsional crevice, Ajax was not showing any gratefulness; instead, he felt he earned it after enduring so much pain in the earlier trial.

"So, what about your enemies? Why do they want this dinsional crevice so badly?"

Soon, after the explanation about the dinsional crevice, Ajax asked the old man about his enemies.

"As the current owner of the dinsional crevice, you have all the right to know about my enemies because they will beco your enemies too just because of owning my dinsional crevice."

The old man's face beca serious when he said those words as he asked Ajax, "You already know how to upgrade the dinsional crevice, right?"

"Yes. To upgrade the dinsional crevice, I have to defeat the owner of the other dinsional crevices and let my dinsional crevice devour their dinsional crevice."

Ajax answered it because he already knew about it.

"That's right! Just like how the contracted spirit beasts get new skills whenever they level up, the dinsional crevices would get additional features. Moreover, there are even chances that they might get mutated and beco a special dinsional crevice and this dinsional crevice is one of those special dinsional crevices."

The old man beca nostalgic all of a sudden as he rembered the ti his dinsional crevice was mutated.

"I already guessed it."

Ajax was not surprised because when he entered this dinsional crevice, he felt there was sothing different from the dinsional crevice he previously entered.

So, he nodded his head as he asked the old man, "So, what kind of functions does a dinsional crevice unlocks after upgrading? Moreover, what kind of function did this dinsional crevice unlock that got you killed?"

Ajax was more curious about the features of the dinsional crevices and the special dinsional crevice. So, he asked about them.

"Even though the reason I died was because of this dinsional crevice, because of it, I was able to live for thousands of years. So, I don't have any regrets about it."

The old man's words made Ajax confused a little but he didn't bother asking too many details and nodded his head while watching the old man answer his previous question.

"Normal dinsional crevices unlocked features like increase in the 'cultivation speed', 'Plantation quality', 'Spirit beast's growth' or there were even so features that decrease the ti required to grow the plants and herbs."

The old man's body started flickering as though it might disappear any ti now.

'The special dinsional….'
