If a genius rejects the offer to join their organization, they have to kill that genius in any case before he could join another organization.
So that, Derrick has to kill Ajax.
Also, Derrick likes to kill geniuses like Ajax because it was not his first killing a genius.
"Ajax, take Ghost and leave from here. I will take care of these three fire elental spirits."
Before Ajax could do anything, Errol handed the three-eyed ghost fox to him before standing in front of him to fight the fire elental spirits.

kill them."

Ajax didn't order Cerauno because the current Cerauno is not powerful. He will beco powerful enough to kill the peak level 10 elite general realm when he had used the 'Thunder law' along with the boost from Ajax's abyssal beast god bloodline.
Moreover, Ajax thought to store them for later use. So, he directly summoned the five elental pentapus because it is a spirit beast with peak rank 6 strength.
'Even its normal skills can kill three fire elental spirits in front of him.'
Ajax didn't have any plans to use the elental laws for now because he guessed that Derrick must have so elental laws on his own.
