The first elder took sothing that looked like a black coloured wooden token with assassin sect symbol on it which was two cross daggers.

'Finally, the first elder is bringing his plan into the action,'

'Once he becos the sect leader, he said he will make our salaries double along with a peak level artifact or weapon to each one of us,'

'Even though he promised those things, I only support him because he is the most cunning one in the entire Zrocehster province. So, it's better to support him; instead of standing against him.'

As soon as they saw the black coloured wooden token in the first elder's hands, all the elders started muttering with each other.

So of them supported the first elder whole-heartedly, so supported because of the rewards while others supported him because of fear.
