561 Assassin sect's problems

Among the top three sects of the Zrochester province, the Fire Sword sect was the most powerful one with great fa when compared to the other two sects.

At the sa ti, it had many things to lose if the 'Six Vagrant Cultivators' which made the second elder of the fire sword sect worried because he was the one maintaining various things that gave resources to the sect.

"I know what you are worried about, Oldins. If they attack any of the spirit stone veins or our shops, then you will lose many resources that are going into your pocket, right?"

Kieran jokingly replied to the second elder; however, both of them know what he said was true.

Oldins beca embarrassed but said nothing as he waited for his big brother to continue speaking.

"Don't worry. I will not reveal it to anyone in the sect. But don't worry, if we follow the royal family's actions for not sending the reinforcent when the guild master has requested. Nothing will happen. Also, by any chance they do what you expect them to do, we can always have the royal family to back us up,

Keiran smiled as he finished his explanation.

As the saying goes 'blood is much thicker than water', Kieran didn't even bother to inform the sect about secretly pocketing the sect's resources because he was his blood brother.

"Anyway, we are not alone in this, rember? Just go and do what is necessary,"

The first elder was very confident that there was no danger for them. So, he asked the second elder to go away.

"I don't think so, big brother," However, the second elder didn't move from his place and with the sa worried face, he shook his head.

Kieran didn't say anything and looked at Oldins with a confused expression on his face.

"Did you forget about Edmond? He is close to the guild master of the rcenary guild and what's more, the guild master is the leader of the 'Six vagrant cultivators',"

Looking at the confused look on Kieran's face, Oldins clarified about the most important thing he was worried about.

"Haha..."

All of a sudden, the first elder started laughing which made Oldins a little irritated; however, he didn't have the courage to shout at his big brother, who always lovingly looked at him.

"You still don't know much about Edmond. If he wanted to take revenge on us for what our fire sword sect has done to him, then he would not ask help from the guild master. What's more, he might even ask the guild master to not attack us," The first elder slowly said about Edmond's personality which made the second elder ease a little.

After finishing his words, the second elder directly left from there leaving behind the first elder alone in the room.

'No wonder, even the sect leader didn't go against the rcenary guild openly,' After Oldins left his building, the first elder silently thought in his head while touching the pendent across his neck, he swore, 'I will kill Edmond with my own hands and avenge your death.'

In the assassin sect,

"First, there is news that the royal family decided to apologize to the guild master in front of the whole world. What do you think we should do about it?"

One of the nine elders of the assassin sect asked the first elder about the sa thing that the fire sect elders had just discussed.

However, instead of only two elders, here all nine elders of the assassin sect were present.

"We can simply follow the royal family,"

The first elder didn??t think much before giving his reply and continued, "However, that is not the big issue here."

For so reason, the first elder didn't look good as though he was not resting enough and his face pale with ssy hair.

Just from a single look, anyone could say that there was sothing wrong with the first elder.

"Yes, there is a much bigger issue than the 'Six Vagrant Cultivators',"

However, the first elder was not the only one. Even the second elder looked just like the first elder.

"Huh? What is it?"

"By the way, what happened to you both?"

"Much bigger issue than the 'six vagrant cultivators'? What is that?"

When they heard both the first and second elders' words, all the remaining elders were confused and asked about the issue and at the sa ti, they also asked about their appearance.

For these elders, 'Six vagrant cultivators' coming out of their caves was already a big issue and they were not able to believe their words.

"Don't worry about our appearances. All of us need to worry about the issue that the second elder is going to say now,"

The first elder looked at the second elder after finishing his words and waited for him to continue.

"A couple of days back, our communication with the headquarters was cut off and we were still unable to contact them in any other way. Do you know what it ans?"

The second elder placed his hand on his head as though he was having a headache regarding this issuance which was much bigger than the 'Six Vagrant cultivators'.

"How is this possible?"

All the elders in the eting room were shocked and hurriedly stood with faces full of anxiety.

"Moreover, the sect leader is still in his seclusion. So, we need to do sothing; otherwise, I don't know what he will do to us,"

When everyone stood up, the first elder sat in his chair with a dejected face.

"Why?"
