Since the lightning flash had both powerful and pure lightning energy, Cerauno was able to create thousands of weapons in a split second and used even more lightning energy to combine all the weapons to beco a single powerful weapon.
Because of that, the second lightning flash's power reduced greatly; however, still, it was powerful enough to make the divine dragon roar in pain.

However, why would Prophis let the lightning elental spirit contribute so much? Without any hesitation, he rejected Cerauno's words as he created another two small and parallelly aligned portals to split a small portal of the lightning flash to the ground again.
Third lightning flash, the divine dragon successfully survived.
