Cedric and his group had arranged to have breakfast all together the next day in the presidential suite. Mae had ordered food for them, and by the ti Adrianna and Cedric joined everyone in the dining room, breakfast was already served.

"I thought you guys wouldn't be joining us." Miguel teased as he reached for so pancake syrup on the table.

"Please, it's not as if you and Veronica didn't go at it all night." Cedric teased as he pulled out a seat for Adrianna. She smiled and thanked him before sitting down.

"Of course they did." Nicole teased as she ate her pancake happily. "I an, they've been going at it since they realized they loved each other."

"Nicole!" Veronica complained.

"What?" Nicole asked, feigning innocence.

"Sure, put everyone's sex life under the microscope!" Veronica shouted. "It's not like you and Ian are the worst. You've been together for how long and this is your second." Her friend teased making everyone laugh.

Cedric was glad that Veronica could joke lightly about having children since she and Miguel had trouble conceiving. Adopting Dominic had also helped make Veronica happier, she carried a much lighter aura now compared to before.

"Sir." Mae suddenly said as she approached Cedric.

"Yes?" Cedric asked her.

"I need to show you and Ian sothing in private." Mae inford him.

Cedric nodded and got up, gesturing for Ian to follow. They headed to the en suite office and took a seat behind the office table.

As Ian entered after them, he closed the door, making sure that their conversation couldn't be heard from the outside.

"You better have a good explanation for why we are speaking in private, Mae." Cedric said in a stern tone as he warned his assistant. "You know that I trust the people in that room more than anyone else."

"Sorry, sir." Mae said with a frown. "But I didn't want to share my theories on the nurse so freely. I'm afraid about how the Chan siblings might react."

"I'm on this one with Mae, Cedric." Ian said with a nod.

"You knew she had a theory?" Cedric asked.

"Yes, she went to first before talking to you." Ian explained. "I was the one that told her not to say it in front of the siblings."

"Alright then." Cedric said as he leaned back and relaxed, he trusted Ian's judgent especially when it ca to the Chans. "Let's hear your theory."

"I think Fernando's death was completely natural." Mae suddenly said.

Cedric was taken by surprise by her statent, he had expected her to tell him about so plot behind the nurse's death, but instead she was telling him there was no plot.

"I'm confused." Cedric said as he leaned forward. "You said you had a theory, but now you tell everything is natural. It's very confusing Mae."

"That isn't her theory yet Ced." Ian said with a laugh. "Don't worry, I got confused when she told this morning too." Ian said as he shook his head.

"Continue." Cedric said with a nod as he listened intently to his assistant.

"Whoever has been behind Fernando's relocation is sure to look for him." Mae explained. "I'm sure that person will be looking for an update from him every week or maybe every month. It depends on how much the person suspects that people are looking for Fernando."

"These people are probably not contacting the nurse via phone or letter." Cedric said as he thought of the possibilities. "Maybe they send soone to check on him."

"Then we would need to place people to monitor Fernando's residence." Mae said with a nod.

"What if Fernando doesn't et these people in his ho?" Ian asked as he challenged their plan.

"Even if they don't et at his ho, if he doesn't show up or respond to them I'm pretty sure they will send soone to physically check on him." Cedric said. "I an, Fernando is not a young man, based on the information we have on him he is at least in his seventies."

"I just feel sad that his family won't know that he was still alive and that he had just died." Mae said with a frown. "In all honesty, Fernando was a really good man. He was caring and sweet."

"Or he had a crush on you." Ian teased.

Cedric laughed at Ian's comnt. Mae was a pretty young woman, as a matter of fact Mae had been discovered by him and Ian when Ram had shown them prospective artists.

The entertainnt bigshot was getting frustrated as the young woman kept rejecting their offers for her to work with them.

Mae had kept telling them that she felt she was ant for more, that she was more than just a pretty face, this was sothing that Eric had found amusing at the ti.

Cedric suddenly realized how neither Eric nor Ram had connected the dots that Mae was that one potential trainee. Mae had sowhat changed her appearance, making her look a little bit more ordinary.

She wore demure clothing and glasses, she also always kept her hair tied in a bun or a ponytail. Mae even spoke a lot differently than when Ram was recruiting her.

"Earth to Cedric." Ian suddenly said as he waved his hand in front of his friend. "What convoluted plan were you thinking about this ti?" Ian asked when he noticed that he had gotten Cedric's attention back.

"I was just rembering how we found Mae." Cedric said with a laugh. "We will need to tell Ram and Eric eventually."

"They will think they are such idiots for not noticing." Ian said with a laugh.

"I did hide intentionally." Mae said with a shrug. "I avoided any work that required interacting with Lights Entertainnt." She said with a shrug.

"We know." Ian said as he smiled at the assistant.

"Who do you think has been funding Fernando?" Cedric suddenly asked, bringing them back on topic.
