"What should we do now Amiyah? We have not seen any of the monsters from the crash site co out. Should we go on to check whether they are all dead or not?
We can’t be wasting ti right here, because ti is of essence. What is your call?" Samil asked in desperation.
It had been so minutes since Amiyah’s surprise attacks on the beasts of carnage, and yet there had been no counter attack or even any sort of response from the monsters.
The guild mbers obviously did not believe that all the monsters died from Amiyah’s assault, that was why they were being cautious towards the site that the monsters landed.
A crater had been created at the crash site, so they could not really see what was in the depths of the crater. Whether the monsters were all still alive or a portion of the monsters were dead or even all the monsters were dead.
They had no clue.
Amiyah looked at Samil when he asked the question. In all honesty, she did not have the answer to his question.
She also was at a stalemate with her decision, nut one thing that she knew for sure was not to go near the crater. She was not so dumb to blindly walk towards the crater just to confirm her kills that she was not sure had happened.
"I think we should not go near the crater. Samil summon so earth golems. It will be preferable if you summon 6 earth golems.
They should be our first line of defense. While you do that, I will test the crash site, with an attack of my own. If there is no reaction then for sure the monsters are dead, but if there is a reaction.
Then we know that our battle is not yet over.
Anakin, bless with so buffs." Amiyah instructed, as she ca up with a suitable strategy that works well for all the scenarios that could happen.
"Understood. Mana Rejuvenation" Anakin said, as he stretched forth his hands and casted his most effective mana buff spell on Amiyah and Samil.
Samil on the other hand, summoned 6 earth golems that stood around 1.2 ters in height. They were not really that powerful, but they were effective in creating a line of defense, and that was what the golems did.
Imdiately after they were summoned, they went ahead to stand in front of the trio that were leading the attack against the Mystic Lions.
After seeing that all our instructions had been carried out, Amiyah was relieved. Now it was her turn to carry out another assault on the crater site. This way, she would know for sure which scenario her guild was in.
Closing her eyes to boost her focus, she casted her best aerial skill." Flaming Furry Destruction."
Unlike before that it was a small boulder that was sent crashing towards the monster. This ti, the boulder that appeared in the sky did not look like the usual boulder.
It looked like a boulder of destruction that was extracted from space itself, and around it was were flas that constantly consud the massive boulder.
Amiyah’s hands were stretched upwards, which signified that she was holding the spell up in the sky, and with a single motion of her hands falling towards the target location. She sent the spell crashing towards the crater site.
FOOO! BOOOM!
The explosion from the spell was excessively intense, that Samil and Mateo had to put up Defenses around the camp, to prevent them from being blasted by the force and debris of the explosion.
"Thank you for the cover. Now Anakin, please that spell cost a lot of mana. I need another boost." Amiyah asked, as she looked drained and tired.
Most of her spells drained the mana that she had, that was why she mostly relied on Anakin’s boost to be able to carry on with the battle, but she knew that as a mage, it was a bad habit to be relying on buffs.
"Mana Rejuvenation." Anakin called out, as he boosted the mana levels of the mages in his guild.
He had used the spell a lot today and due to that, the output of the mana boost that he gave had been halved, but the guild mbers were still satisfied.
Anakin, after casting the mana boost spell, brought out a mana recovery potion and downed it. Although he was the buff specialist on the team, he could not really buff himself with majority of the buff spells that he had.
That was why he always relied on potions to further restore his mana and strength.
Mia, not wanting to feel useless casted her Stamina restoration spell "Ray of Sunshine." on all the mbers of the guild that was present.
It restored their stamina, which was crucial in a battle of the caliber that they were facing.
"I watched the spell land on the crater, but I did not see any movent at all. It seems like we have completely eliminated the monsters this ti.
Victory is ours!" Anakin said, as the mood of the guild mbers changed drastically.
The battle they had just faced was one of the most stressful and fearful battle that they had encountered in a 1 Star Dungeon.
"I knew that we could handle them. Now, let us go and catch up with the boss. Maybe he has discovered the boss monster. We need to help him." Mateo said with a renewed hope.
All but one of the 6 mbers of the guild were happy, and when they all saw the worried look on Kylee’s face their happiness faded.
The thing was that Kylee was an Assassin Sage, but he was also the scout of the guild. He had a skill that enabled his vision to be amplified far beyond the limits if a 2-legged being.
Because of that, they always trusted his judgent on so certain issues.
"What is it, Kylee? I know you have sothing to say." Amiyah asked seriously.
