Evan took a deep look at the leaf containing the World Domain, wondering why his Heart of Origin was so attracted to it.

However, because he couldn’t take it away with him for now, he decided not to think too much about it.

"Now... How do I get out of here?" Azrael looked around to find a way back, but only saw the colossal tree towering in the middle of the starry sky.

As he looked at the World Tree again, he couldn’t help but think about the Tree of Life planted in the Elvenshine Empire.

"Universal Tree... World Tree... Tree of Life," He muttered to himself. "How are these three related to each other?"

Evan thought about the sudden attack of the Elves on the Drayds thousands of years ago, and his eyes narrowed.

’Sylvan told that the reason the Elves attacked the Drayds was because they wanted to take away the World Tree. Is it possible that they wanted to take it away because it has sothing to do with the Tree of Life?’

Evan couldn’t reach any conclusion for the ti being, as he didn’t have much knowledge regarding this matter.

’I’d better try to look for more information about the Tree of Life. Who knows, it might give so clues about the relationship between the Universal Tree, the World Tree, and the Tree of Life.’

He shifted his attention back to the spirit of the world tree and walked toward it.

"How do I get out of here?"

Just like usual, the spirit of the World Tree did not respond to his question.

"Seriously, I am beginning to think that this woman is an ’M’ who only responds when certain conditions are fulfilled..." Evan muttered with a speechless look. Then, he expressionlessly placed the tip of the Halberd of Destruction on her neck.

"Tell how to get out of here or I’ll let you know why the roses are red."

As the tip of the Halberd touched her neck, the woman’s body trembled.

Evan’s eyes twitched when he saw this, but he decided not to comnt.

As if the Halberd had finally woken her up a bit, she finally gave Evan an answer to his earlier question.

She stiffly looked behind her and pointed at the biggest leaf of the World Tree—the leaf that contained Utopia.

Evan raised an eyebrow when he saw this and asked in a low voice.

"You an I can go back through that leaf?"

The woman slowly nodded.

Without saying anything, Evan pulled back the Halberd and walked toward the leaf containing Utopia.

He frowned, standing in front of the leaf, wondering how he should use it to get out of there.

He stretched out his hand to touch the leaf, ready to use all of his authorities and skills in case sothing unexpected happened.

The mont his hand touched the leaf, Evan once again felt the sa pulling force he had felt when he was drawn into this space.

He looked back at the spirit of the World Tree—who was staring at him blankly—and stopped resisting the pulling force.

A silver light flashed, and Evan disappeared from there.

Standing in the middle of the vast starry sky, the woman blankly stared at the place Evan had disappeared from, and slowly, her figure faded amid the flickering light of the stars.

Evan felt the world around him spin, and when he regained his senses, he found himself back in the cave where the core of the World Tree was located.

He looked around and saw he was lying flat on the ground, Sylvan looking at him worriedly.

"You’re finally awake?" Sylvan sighed in relief when he saw Evan waking up.

Evan’s eyes flickered slightly when he heard Sylvan’s words, and he realized it wasn’t his physical body that had been pulled into that space, but his consciousness.

"How long was I out for?" He asked while sitting up, feeling a little dizzy.

"Not long, just a few hours," Sylvan replied and asked with a frown, "What happened to you?"

Evan thought about whether he should tell Sylvan about the fact that the World Tree was about to run out of energy.

’This old man might just freak out and die from a heart attack knowing that the World Tree is on the verge of destruction...’ Evan thought and kindly decided not to tell him anything. At least, not until he integrated the Primordial Shadow Realm with his core and had the ability to save the World Tree.

"I’m not sure myself..." He stood up from the ground and answered Sylvan. "I just touched the core of the tree and my mind blacked out in an instant."

Sylvan frowned at Evan’s words, as he had also touched the core of the World Tree many tis but had never experienced anything like this.

"Anyway, I have satisfied my curiosity by seeing the core of one of the most legendary things in existence in Utopia..." Evan said lightly. "Let’s go back now. We need to leave for the Dragon Islands."

Sylvan ca back to his senses upon hearing Evan’s words. Though he wanted to ask a few more questions, he decided to push them to the back of his mind and focus on more important matters.

"Are we two the only ones who are going there?" He asked with a deep frown on his face.

The war between Demons and Dragons had been going on in full swing. The number of combatants in each army numbered in the thousands.

Sylvan felt it was strange that only the two of them were going there to start up the trouble.

Evan smiled when he heard Sylvan’s words, and a cold light flashed in his eyes.

"Don’t worry..." As he spoke, his shadow flickered slightly, and thousands of burning purple eyes opened in the darkness of his shadow, looking at Sylvan as if he were a fool.

Sylvan noticed the movents in Evan’s shadow and finally rembered his shadow undead.

’Damn, I completely forgot that a battlefield where dead bodies are scattered everywhere is the best place for a person like him to use his abilities.’
