Bingwen fiddled with the phones and the remote controls, but nothing seems to work.

Such a pity.

Bingwen lowered his head. He was not satisfied.

If the cars work longer, they would have gotten more information.

He wondered what happened to the toy cars.

It hadn't captured anything unusual except for a strange shadow at the last mont.

"It's alright. You already did a good job." Lin Weihao tapped Bingwen's shoulder.

Everyone replayed the images and discussed what to do.

Nanzhi and Lin Weihao particularly reviewed the last seconds of the video and confird their conjecture.

However, if that creature had gone out of the Plant Conservatory, it was good for them.

The current ti is three in the afternoon.

If they didn't move fast enough, night would catch up, and they would fall at a disadvantage against these night creatures.

….

At 3:20 in the afternoon, three Tier 1 wolves were patrolling around the edges of the tropical rainforest where they slled a sweet and fishy scent.

They sniffed the air and loped, bypassing a dense clump of bamboo trees.

They continued to sprint towards the source of the sll and found three plastic bags of blood on the road, a hundred ters right of Entrance number 3.

One of the bloody bags had a tiny hole and was squirting a tiny stream of blood.

The wolves slled that particular bag before piercing their teeth into it, tearing the bag.

The mont the bag of blood burst, their eyes beca red, and they began to lick the blood residue.

As this was happening, behind the clump of bamboo, two small tallic objects protruded, and the two bags burst into a bloody fountain, soaking the three wolves' grey furs, their faces, and their noses.

The three wolves were stunned and began to lick the blood off.

Yu Baoyin gulped.

Sister Nan and her boyfriend excused themselves twenty minutes ago to collect sothing.

She thought it was item but they actually went to drain the blood of the wolves they killed.

After that, they put them into plastic bags and tied them to the windows and walls of the pagoda.

But what Yu Baoyin didn't know one thing.

The blood the wolves were licking was not the wolves' blood but rather the mixture of minceat of the bighead carp and the blood of the coyotes.

When the three wolves guarding the entrance of the Tropical Forest were lured away, everyone started moving silently.

Not only were the blood bags perfect baits, but these blood baits also masked their presence well.

Three minutes later, four wolves appeared in their vision.

Lin Weihao aid for one of the blood bags on the lower floor and fired.

The four wolves imdiately sensed it and snarled before running in the direction of the pagoda and starting to lick the walls stained with blood.

They even fight among themselves like starving dogs.

Slowly and steadily, they advanced.

Nanzhi, and Lin Weihao took turns in firing.

Feng Ran gritted his teeth and followed with a thick cast on his leg, preventing the wound from opening.

Even though the won were scared, they clamped their mouths shut and followed behind the group.

Whenever they saw the large wolves get close, they closed their eyes, burrowed their heads in the snow.

They recalled their loved ones to calm their nerves.

The operation was not entirely without a hitch.

So of the bloody bags hanging on the burst open by the greedy wolves leaping around.

There were only fifty-seven diluted bloody bags and two of it were keep by Nanzhi.

Sixteen of which had managed to lure eighteen wolves away, and ten were burst open prematurely by wolves' claws.

The remaining blood bags around are twenty-nine, and the wolves in the area are still sixteen left.

It was still unknown how many wolves are inside the Plant Conservatory.

They better be wise.

Twenty minutes passed, and it was down to three wolves.

The tropical forest is divided into several small gardens of bamboos, acai palm trees, strangler figs, rainbow eucalyptus, angel oaks, jacaranda trees, and oak trees.

Among them, only the bamboos had survived with minimal damage.

The rest of them were either uprooted or only left with dead trunks.

The last garden they had to pass was the Palm Trees before they could reach the Plant Conservatory.

Suddenly, Feng Ran slipped, and the cast on his leg bumped into a tal rod that used to be a beam supporting the glass do above.

It created a small clinking noise.

His eyes shook, and he moved inside the hole of a strangler fig tree near him.

Yu Baoyin was behind him and followed him inside.

The three wolves pacing back and forth between the acai palm trees perked their ears and slowly marched towards the row of strangler fig trees where the group was hiding.

As the wolves drew closer to the tree where Yu Baoyin and Feng Ran are, the three won hiding behind the next tree beca nervous for the two.

Feng Ran tried to squeeze inside more to give room for Yu Baoyin.

In the midst, he felt sothing hard under his palm.

He looked down and saw it was a human skull, and beside it were five more human skulls.

A surge of bad mories rushed in his mind.

His blood ran cold, heart beating out of rhythm, and breath quickening as his eyes beca fixated on the skulls.

The scarf covering his mouth fell, releasing small amounts of scent molecules in the air.

The wolves stopped at their tree after sensing a faint foreign sll.

Lin Weihao and Nanzhi gripped the snipers in their arms and slowly pointed them in the direction of the wolves.

If these wolves discover Yu Baoyin and Feng Ran, they would imdiately kill the wolves.

Hei Qian and Bingwen also held their guns in case sothing bad happens.

Sensing the wolves were behind them, Yu Baoyin gulped and covered her mouth. She didn't even dare to breathe.

Her eyes turned to Feng Ran. He was stiffening while looking down.

Yu Baoyin traced his line of sight and saw the skulls under his hand.
