"What is happening? How can the world suddenly recover like this?" Fu Zongshang murmured in disbelief.

Before he could dwell on it further, another staff mber announced, "Commander, the air quality has returned to normal! The toxins and acidity in the atmosphere have vanished after the silver rain."

Before Fu Zongshang could respond, yet another staff mber reported, "Commander, the seawater is also undergoing changes right now."

Standing in the middle of the room, Fu Zongshang's mind spins rapidly. As realization dawned upon him, his eyes turned red with emotion. Clenching his fists, he made a firm decision.

Taking a deep breath to steady himself, he commanded, "Terminate the evacuation procedure. Instruct the survivors to return ho, and summon all senior officers for an ergency eting."

He paused for a mont before adding in a trembling voice, "Comrades, we have survived the end of the world."

Hearing his words, his assistant and the staff looked at him with teary eyes and responded in unison, "Yes, Commander!"

A minute later, the headquarters issued an official announcent.

[To all personnel and survivors. The evacuation procedure has been canceled. Please return ho and await further instructions.]

When the survivors received this ssage, they were montarily stunned before chaos erupted.

One of the survivors grabbed a staff mber by the arm, his face filled with anxiety. "Why was the evacuation suddenly canceled? Are you planning to leave us behind?!"

Before the staff mber could reply, another survivor shouted, "That must be it! There aren't enough spaceships, so they are planning to abandon us!"

When his words fell, it suddenly ignited a wave of panic in the survivors' hearts.

A second later, a young man rushed forward, his expression frantic as he grabbed another staff mber.

"Let in! I don't want to die!"

Following his lead, more survivors surged toward the spaceships, desperate to board. As the situation spiraled out of control, so began attacking the staff and soldiers.

Seeing the chaos unfold, a captain responsible for security raised his weapon and fired a shot into the sky.

Bang!

The deafening gunshot startled everyone, instantly silencing the riot.

After a tense mont, the captain's cold voice rang out. "Anyone who causes trouble will be executed on the spot. Return to your hos and wait for further instructions."

The survivors, knowing that these soldiers were not to be trifled with, reluctantly backed down and complied.

anwhile, Yao Ran and the others had also heard the announcent.

Frowning, Huang Zhihui muttered in confusion, "Why did they suddenly cancel the evacuation?"

Shi Xuan pondered for a mont before replying, "Yao Ran ntioned that the world is recovering. Commander Fu must have realized this as well, which is why he called off the evacuation."

Long Yu, listening to his reasoning, nodded in agreent.

Just as he was about to speak, their watches chid with incoming notifications.

Ding! Ding! Ding!

The six of them exchanged glances before opening the ssage.

Seeing that it was a summons for an ergency eting, Long Yu said, "Let's join the eting."

After he said that, the others nodded in agreent.

With their decision made, Shi Xuan used his teleportation ability to transport them directly to The Origin's headquarters building. Appearing in front of the headquarters building, the six of them quickly stepped inside.

By the ti they arrived at the conference hall, the spacious room was already packed with people. Spotting a few empty seats, Yao Ran and the others took their places.

Before long, Fu Zongshang entered with his assistant and adjutants. Walking up to the stage, he stood behind the podium and gave a nod to his assistant.

A few monts later, the massive screen mounted on the wall lit up, displaying real-ti data and satellite surveillance footage from across the planet.

As soon as the data and images appeared on the screen, gasps of surprise ca from the crowd.

Sitting in the back rows, Huang Qian exclaid in a low voice, "Heavens! Is this real? How could the planetary cracks just disappear like that?"

Sitting beside Huang Qian, Shi Xuan replied, "After Gao Shuwei's self-destruction, thunderstorms and silver rain suddenly appeared. Yao Ran said the rain contains healing energy, so it's possible that it played a role in repairing the planetary cracks."

Huang Qian turned to Shi Xuan when he heard that with skepticism flickering in his eyes.

While the two of them were talking, Yao Ran studied the data analysis in silence, but her mind was occupied by Gao Shuwei's self-destruction and the silver rain.

At the podium, Fu Zongshang looked at the crowd and explained, "This data was gathered just monts ago and has been thoroughly analyzed by our experts. Our scientists have officially confird that there is no longer any risk of planetary explosion."

When his words echoed in the conference hall, relieved murmurs spread through the audience.

"For now," Fu Zongshang continued, "headquarters has decided to cancel the evacuation and shift our focus to rebuilding civilization. We will establish a special division tasked with reconnecting with other bases and searching for any remaining survivors."

Hearing this, the senior officers exchanged glances before nodding in agreent.

Seeing no objections, Fu Zongshang added, "Additionally, we will be launching a mission to locate and deal with the remaining followers of The Ark. What asures will be taken against them will be decided at a later ti."

After saying that, Fu Zongshang gave his assistant a brief nod before concluding, "New missions will be assigned to each division soon. That is all for now. Please return to your posts and await further instructions."

With that, Fu Zongshang exited the conference hall with his assistant and adjutants following closely behind.

The eting adjourned, and everyone dispersed, returning to their hos.

As Yao Ran and her group made their way back to the villa, a familiar voice suddenly called out to her from behind.

"Miss Yao."

Recognizing the familiar tone, Yao Ran turned around and found Wu Lian standing there. It had been a long ti since she last saw him.
