The unexpected turn of events left everyone stunned.

Facing the destructive power of the Dust Release, Funan's Susanoo appeared, advancing against Onoki's attack.

The destructive power of the Dust Release was overwhelming and reduced the Susanoo's arm by two-thirds.
"Wow, what impressive strength," Funan comnted with a smirk as the pattern in his eyes rotated slightly.
The Susanoo began to regenerate.
Just then, Funan suddenly felt a flash of light in the corner of his eyes.
He quickly turned his head to avoid the attack.
The Kusanagi Sword!
Orochimaru had vomited out a snake holding the Kusanagi sword in its mouth, directing it towards Funan. The blade had pierced the Susanoo's armor with ease.
The next mont, he took i by the hand, and they stepped back together.
Orochimaru slowly stood up while keeping his eyes fixed on Funan coldly.
At his side were the Raikage and the Tsuchikage.
Over Onoki's shoulder, Mifune was hanging.
"Retreat!" The Tsuchikage looked grim and said, "We can't win this battle."
"Okay!"
"Do you really think you can run away?" Funan ridiculed them. "Do you think I'll just sit back and do nothing?"
"Summoning Technique: Impure World Reincarnation!"
Orochimaru roared as he invoked his technique once more.
[Bang! Bang! Bang!]
Ten coffins erged in front of Funan.
However, the revived shinobi this ti were unknown to Funan, and their chakras were not particularly powerful either.

Despite this, Mifune managed sothing impressive: his blow had left a small crack in the Susanoo's armor.

The Raikage roared before charging angrily towards Funan.

Powered by Lightning Chakra Mode, the Raikage slamd into the Susanoo with such force that it made him retreat. The Susanoo's armor began to show dense cracks.
"Interesting..." Funan murmured, his eyes shining.
"Retreat!" Orochimaru shouted coldly.
Taking the opportunity, the group joined forces to launch a combined jutsu against i, managing to briefly push her away before escaping into the distance.
"Run away? Where do you think you're going?" Funan's icy laughter echoed through the air.
Orochimaru, with a cold gaze, extended his arm like a snake and threw a punch that hit the Raikage directly in the face.

"Ugh!" The Raikage, who was leading the retreat, was pushed back, his face brimming with fury.
"Orochimaru!" The Raikage roared.
The Tsuchikage and others were shocked.
"If we don't retreat now, we will all die," Orochimaru said in a cold voice.
Onoki opened his mouth, about to retort, but at that mont several shinobi appeared in the distance.
Konoha's reinforcents!
Onoki paled as he realized the situation. This could only an that the shinobi sent to infiltrate Konoha had been eliminated.
"Retreat!"
Onoki no longer hesitated and left quickly.
Funan laughed coldly as he prepared to launch a sword slash with Susanoo and finish off Onoki and the others.
[Boom!!!]
Just then, a powerful attack headed towards Funan.
Susanoo's arm was instantly destroyed stopping Funan's attack.
Funan's cold eyes moved around the place, unable to hide his overflowing fury.
That ninjutsu was more powerful than a Tailed Beast Bomb and had been aid directly at him. Although he had managed to have the Susanoo block most of the impact, if he hadn't noticed the attack in ti, it would have seriously injured him.
This made Funan, who thought he had everything under control and saw the whole situation as a ga, unable to accept it.
"Who was it? Show yourself!" he shouted in a thunderous voice.
"Hokage-sama!"
The reinforcents of Konoha arrived at this ti.
"Search everywhere!"

Funan turned his gaze into the distance.
Onoki and the others had already taken the opportunity to escape. Now chasing them was useless.

With Konoha reinforcents present, the Raikage's fate was clear: he would soon be captured.
But who had launched that attack?
In Konoha, or even in the entire shinobi world, who could execute such a powerful technique?
"Five natures combined to perfection..." Funan muttered. He could only think of one person capable of performing such an attack: Sarutobi Hiruzen!
He had made a mistake by underestimating him.
Despite having teased in front of the Senju brothers about Hiruzen's possible presence, in the end he had not taken Hiruzen seriously.
