Arima's clone and Mito had been conserving their strength, waiting calmly for the inevitable battle to arrive.
Before long, a massive ball of thunder and fire rolled in from the horizon.
The clone looked up and saw Big Mom riding atop a storm cloud, flas blazing in her left hand, a massive sword gripped in her right, charging straight toward them.
Almost at the sa ti, violent winds and thunder surged from another direction toward Dressrosa.
Through the Mangekyo Sharingan, Arima could clearly see a gigantic azure dragon speeding their way.
"They're here!"
The clone turned to Mito and said.
"Arima, which one are you planning to take on this ti?" she asked with a calm smile.
"The dragon. My real body's already been notified, I just need to stall him for as long as I can."
With that, the clone took to the skies, flying straight toward the incoming dragon.
"Then that big fat woman's mine!"
In the next instant, six tails unfurled behind Mito. She leapt from the King's Plateau, racing over the sea until she t Big Mom head-on.
"Arima! Hah! Finally found ya... co on... co kill already!"
Kaido's voice slurred, he was clearly drunk, his mind still foggy, his words broken and slow.
The clone didn't waste ti. His Rinnegan flared open as he entered Sage Mode.
Imdiately, Kaido felt sothing different, an unfamiliar pressure that even cut through his drunken haze. For the first ti, he sensed danger.
"Oh? Interesting! A transformation? Doesn't look like a Zoan ability though... Whatever, Bolo Breath!"
The azure dragon roared, spitting out a torrent of fire with the power of an S-rank Fire Release.
"Sage Art: Water Style, Water Dragon Bite Explosion!"
The clone's hands flew through seals, and the ocean beneath surged upward, forming a massive whirlpool that expanded rapidly.
From within it erged a colossal dragon head of water that lunged at Kaido's flas.
Steam exploded into the air as fire t water, blanketing the sea in thick mist.
"Gale Blast!"
Just as the clone used the Byakugan to track Kaido's movents, the dragon's voice ca from above. A storm of wind blades rained down from the sky.
"Sage Art: Fire Style, Dragon Fla Song Technique!"
Several blazing dragon heads erupted under the clone's control, clashing with the wind blades and devouring them before surging forward toward the dragon.
Kaido's Observation Haki, warned him just in ti. He swung his massive tail, dodging the fiery assault.
The two exchanged a round of probing attacks.
Kaido soon realized that this opponent wasn't nearly as weak as he'd assud. His expression hardened; the drunken fog cleared completely.
"Good! I like a strong one! Taste my Raii Hakke!"
He reverted to human form, gripping his iron kanabo, now crackling with Conqueror's Haki, and brought it crashing down toward the clone.
But the chakra stored in the clone was limited. Instead of clashing head-on, he darted around with swift movents, marking Kaido's back with a Flying Raijin seal to maintain his advantage.
To Kaido, it felt like he was swatting at an annoying fly. Each ti he struck, he hit nothing but air.
Even with Observation Haki predicting his movents, every counterattack passed harmlessly through the clone's afterimages.
"Damn it! You're pissing off!"
Finally losing his patience, Kaido reverted to dragon form again.
His massive body spun rapidly, creating several colossal tornadoes that tore across the ocean, attacking everything indiscriminately.
"Susanoo!"
The clone's Rinnegan shifted into Mangekyo form, and from the sea rose a towering, blue-armored giant. Wings flared from its back, and it gripped a gigantic sword in its hand.
The tornadoes slamd against Susanoo's armor. Though they dealt visible damage, the armor regenerated instantly, the giant standing firm and unmoving amid the storm.
"Not bad!" Kaido growled, then twisted his enormous body and slamd headfirst into the armored titan.
Susanoo swung its sword downward, slashing at the dragon's horns. With a surge of strength, the clone cleaved through Kaido's body, sending the dragon crashing into the sea.
The clone dove after him, and the battle continued underwater.
anwhile, Mito was locked in fierce combat with Big Mom.
Big Mom raised her enormous fist, wrapped in both fla and lightning, and brought it crashing down toward the red-haired kunoichi darting across the waves.
"Armant: Monster Strength!"
Mito had a natural gift for Armant Haki, and had already mastered its advanced form.
Combining that with chakra-enhanced strength, she effortlessly blocked Big Mom's devastating strike.
"Mamamama, tell , where's Arima?" Big Mom demanded, her aura bursting with Conqueror's Haki that pressed down upon Mito like a storm.
"Oh? So you're looking for Arima, huh? Hehe... did you lose all your treasures? Don't worry, we'll take good care of them!"
Mito's tone was mocking and taunting, hoping to throw Big Mom off balance.
But she didn't realize, Big Mom wasn't called yonko for nothing. Her defense was monstrous, and the angrier she beca, the stronger and wilder her attacks grew.
In her fury, Big Mom abandoned all defense, launching an unrelenting assault that forced Mito on the back foot.
"Adamantine Sealing Chains!"
Creating distance, Mito unleashed one of the Uzumaki clan's legendary techniques.
Golden chains burst from her back, five in total, wrapping tightly around Big Mom and immobilizing her completely.
"Napoleon!"
Big Mom roared, hurling her sword skyward. The sentient blade responded, diving down at incredible speed and slicing through the golden chains.
"Huh? A living weapon? Or so kind of puppet?"
Mito couldn't tell what Napoleon was, but that didn't stop her from continuing the fight.
Driven into a frenzy, Big Mom clasped lightning in one hand and fire in the other, hurling them both skyward as she bellowed, "I'll tear you apart! Heavenly Fire! Thunderstorm!"
From the clouds above, a massive pillar of lightning and a column of blazing fire fell simultaneously, descending like divine punishnt upon the sea.
The attack's power rivaled that of an S-rank Fire and Lightning Release combined, and its range was vast. Seeing the incoming devastation, Mito prepared to evade,
"Flying Raijin: Third Stage!"
At that critical mont, Arima's clone appeared before her, forming a Flying Raijin barrier that absorbed Big Mom's attack, and redirected it straight onto Kaido's back.
Kaido, who had just been swimming up from the depths in pursuit of the clone, suddenly felt searing pain as the lightning and fire slamd into him.
"Hot! Hot! Hot! That's, damn it, that's Linlin's attack! You dare hit ?!"
Furious, Kaido shot out of the sea, roaring.
"Linlin, you crazy hag! You attacking now?!" he bellowed.
But as he looked closer, he realized sothing was off about her, her state was completely unstable.
"Oh? Not bad... you actually managed to drive Linlin into a frenzy."
Kaido lowered his dragon head, glaring down at the two "ants" below.
"Heh... Kaido, your Devil Fruit's quite sothing. Being able to move freely in seawater, huh?"
The clone's tone was calm. He was stalling, buying Mito ti to recover her strength.
"Arima, you're fast, I'll give you that. But damn, fighting you is annoying!"
Kaido grumbled in a deep, rumbling growl.
"Mamamama! Kaido! Enough talking, let's crush them together!"
Big Mom's patience was at its limit.
Kaido, his enthusiasm dulled by the clone's evasive tactics, no longer felt like playing around either. Reverting to human form, he stood beside Big Mom.
Together, they swung their weapons in unison, unleashing a massive, lightning-fast shockwave that obliterated everything for several kiloters around.
"Sage Art: Wood Style, True Several Thousand Hands of Susanoo!"
Since the wooden clone couldn't use Haki, to protect Mito he used Kamui to send her into another dinsion for safety, then unleashed his ultimate technique to buy more ti.
But without enough chakra, the colossal Buddha-like construct of a thousand arms lasted only briefly before shattering apart.
At that mont, the real Arima, still in the middle of a looting operation, received the clone's mories.
"Tsunade, Grandma Mito's on her way to you soon. Keep working with my other clones. I'll go handle things over there."
And with that, he vanished from Tsunade's sight, replaced by the stern-faced Uzumaki Mito.
"Grandma, what's happening over there?" Tsunade asked anxiously.
Seeing her granddaughter, Mito's mood brightened a little. She smiled and said, "For ... it's been quite a handful. But I'm sure Arima will help settle the score."
