The Okama King, Emporio Ivankov, was an extrely tall figure with a giant face and a massive, deep purple afro.
His outfit was beyond bizarre.
He wore fishnet stockings, a cape, and a tight, ultra-low-cut bodysuit that exposed a large skull tattoo across his abs.
At this mont, the Okama King was leading a group of towering okama in a lively run, a sight so absurd it made one's scalp tingle.
When Ivankov saw Naruto and Nami running over, excitent filled his expression:

The okama behind him revealed excited expressions and shouted:

The woman nad Inazuma swallowed hard and said hoarsely:
"I think it does... He... he attacked Mary Geoise, killed over a hundred Tenryūbito, and is now jointly wanted by the World Governnt and Marines, with a bounty of one hundred billion..."
Ivankov: "..."
The massive Okama King blinked slowly.
Then stiffly turned his head to look at Naruto.
One second... two seconds... three seconds...
Three seconds later, Ivankov's eyes nearly popped out of their sockets as he leapt backward in panic.
"BAM!"
He slamd into a rock, leaving a large bump on his forehead.
But Ivankov didn't care. He tumbled like a bowling ball, finally stopping, dumbstruck:
"You're the one who stood against all three Marine Admirals, killed over a hundred Tenryūbito, and escaped unhard — Uzumaki Naruto!?"
"Hyaa-ha!! That's impossible!!"
"I ate the Horu Horu no Mi (Horm-Horm Fruit). I can sense it — your body isn't even ten years old! Hyaa-ha!!"
Seeing the Okama King questioning reality, Naruto raised his right hand with resignation:
"Kō!!"
Flas burst to life on his hand.
He clenched his fist, fire enveloping his entire arm, and then unleashed a punch with blazing heat.
"Hiken!" (Fire Fist)
With a thunderous boom, a nearby hill was incinerated to ashes by the flas.
All the okama present were completely stunned.
"ra ra no Mi... That face... That height... That girl next to him..."
Inazuma said with a dry throat:
"There's no doubt. This is Uzumaki Naruto — the Demon Child with a 100 billion bounty."
"Hyaa-ha!!!"
Ivankov was drenched in sweat, trembling as he looked at Naruto:
"Why did you co to our New World!? Are you here to kill !? I'm going to die of fear! Aahh, my heart!!"

"I was kidding!!"
Watching Ivankov freak out like that, Naruto's expression darkened in exasperation:
"I don't an you any harm. I just want you to inject with growth hormones so I can develop faster."
After so back-and-forth, Ivankov finally confird that Naruto really was only here for the growth hormone.
Still, he sighed and said:
"Uzumaki Naruto, I hope you know that growth hormones are very dangerous."
"They can make your body grow quickly, yes, but they don't provide the nutrients you need. Nor do they guarantee proper physical developnt..."
"If possible, it's always best to let the body grow naturally..."
"I understand."
Naruto's face was calm.

After Naruto insisted several more tis — and after his flas practically touched Ivankov's forehead — the Okama King finally agreed.
