"Still… the World Governnt does maintain global order.
If it takes a hit, the entire sea will fall into chaos. I can't just ignore that."
Naruto raised a brow.
"And if fighting results in that Celestial Dragon's death? You think you won't take the fall?"
Kizaru's face imdiately turned bitter.
"That's exactly why this is such a headache."
The mont he spoke, his body vanished into golden particles and reappeared behind Naruto.
His index finger pointed at the back of Naruto's head, a blinding golden beam of energy glowing at the tip—
"Yasakani no Magatama!"

The beam pierced Naruto's skull—

The explosion shattered the ground and obliterated the dessert shop.
Through the smoke, Kizaru narrowed his eyes.
"Did I get him…?"
But as the smoke cleared, he saw only a wooden log.
"A substitution technique…?"
Recalling all the legends about ninja techniques, Kizaru frowned and scanned the area.
"Ninjutsu… it really is a thing…"
Not far away, he spotted Naruto standing on the street, holding Nami in his arms.
"Nami, stay here for a bit."
Naruto opened an Air Gate and sent Nami inside.
Then, his arm lit up with blazing fire as he turned toward Kizaru, his eyes burning with excitent.
"Co on, Admiral Kizaru—
Let's have a proper fight!"
Kizaru's expression grew even more bitter.
But Naruto didn't wait.
He inhaled deeply, fire surging around his fist—
Then launched a fierce punch.
"Hiken!! (Fire Fist!)"
"Kō!!"
The flas solidified, like a giant flaming titan's fist.
The fire punch smashed through the remnants of the dessert shop and engulfed Kizaru's location in an inferno.
"Haki and Devil Fruit powers combined... troubleso indeed."
Naruto muttered thoughtfully.
He never expected that this attack alone would take Kizaru out.
Sure enough, his eyes soon spotted the Admiral standing on a nearby wall, looking annoyed.
Kizaru raised his hands into a circular shape.
Golden light gathered into a glowing disk.
Then he spoke—
"Yata no Kagami!"
A flash of golden light burst forth from the disk, bouncing off surrounding buildings and walls in rapid succession.
Kizaru's usual apathy faded as he focused.
"Uzumaki Naruto… aren't you a bit too troubleso?"
The beam ricocheted several tis and then ford into Kizaru's figure, racing toward Naruto.
He raised his leg high and brought it down on Naruto's head at blinding speed.
"So fast!"
Naruto's pupils shrank.
He didn't hesitate.
He leapt backward, directly into his Air Gate.
Kizaru's kick missed, and he stared at the gate in surprise.
"Wait… is that also ninjutsu?"
He could sense that the Air Gate wasn't like traditional ninjutsu… it felt more like a Devil Fruit ability.
But how was that possible?
He saw Naruto eat the ra ra no Mi right in front of him...
"A Marine Admiral… I can't take him head-on right now."
Inside the gate, Naruto muttered in admiration.
Against Aokiji or Akainu, he could still rely on his ninjutsu and wits to hold out.
But Kizaru?
He was a Pika Pika no Mi (Glint-Glint Fruit) user.

He stomped the ground—
