The chakra expenditure even as Kazuo tried his hardest to keep low was ramping on, the number of samurai didn't seem to be dwindling at all, infact it kept rising as more and more of them ca to the scene of the bloodbath and massacre that was currently happening.
'Two soldier pills at maximum, that gets around 215% of my max capacity of chakra, the first one gives a lot more than the second does as the body gets adapted to it and the effect simply lowers on repeated uses… darn it.' Kazuo thought as he gritted his teeth, the muscles in his arms bulging as he did a whirlwind like slash, separating five heads from the samurai in an instant around him, however in the next instant five more of them took their place.
'Kenjutsu is useless against so many of them… its better to just finish off all the leaders first and then… deal with them all.' Kazuo thought as his eyes glead for a brief mont and then he rushed forwards, his eye changing colour to a bright orange, the clock that was rotating in them stopping for a fraction of a second, in that fraction of a second however Kazuo had used the body flicker technique, appearing between three commanders and instantly beheading all three of them when ti restarted moving once more.
This was the best way he had found to use the ti stop ability of his dojutsu, the body flicker allowed for an insane level of movent speed however it was still predictable, soone could still react to it. However if he used it in that single split second that ti stopped, it would change from what was a fast mobility technique into an instant teleportation.
There were still clear limits, the chakra expenditure of the ti stop wasn't low, however Kazuo's chakra reserves were much larger than when he had first attained it. Allowing him to use it more than fifteen tis before he would need to consu a soldier pill and regenerate his chakra reserves.
And that was more than enough if he strategised his usages.
Turning around as the others were rushing towards him, Kazuo jumped into the air, using the heads of samurai to jump over them, towards his next target, with each step, a man's neck was twisted under his foot, with each destination reached, another commander lost their lives.
Their voices that commanded the horde of samurai dwindling down one by one until there was no one left to command the thousands of samurai that had now surrounded the area. It wasn't just the street anymore, the entire district was filled with samurai awaiting their turn to try and kill Kazuo.
'More like waiting for their deaths… but lets get this started anyways.' Kazuo thought as he released a soft sigh and jumped on top of another samurai and directly high into the air. As he flew up, a pair of white angelic paper wings appeared behind his back, allowing him to fly higher and higher until he was more than a hundred ters up in the air, outside the range of any of the samurai bellow him.
'Flight really is an overpowered ability against regular shinobi and these guys. Not many people in this world can fly, and not many of them have the capability of shooting down soone flying.' Kazuo thought to himself as he brought his palms flat against eachother.
"Combination Jutsu: Exploding Paper Style: Nuke." Kazuo spoke softly as he announced his jutsu.
It was a na that he had just co up with, an idea that had occurred to him whilst he was thinking on how he could possibly defeat so many samurai at the sa ti.
The idea ca from another explosion maniac, one that he had recently recruited.

'If he can create explosions large enough with his explosion release kekke genkai… then why shouldn't I be able to aswell?' Kazuo had thought whilst he was battling the dozens of samurai down below and now here he was, flying dozens of ters above them, palms flat against eachother as hundreds of papers turned into thousands and tens of thousands, all of them flying out of his angelic wings and slowly but surely getting gathered towards his front.
The papers that were gathering together were forming a large white ball that was constantly being compressed into itself and getting enlarged by the added volu of paper sheets at the sa ti.
'Co on, work. Work. Fucking work.' Kazuo thought as sweat beads appeared on his forehead.
The process was delicate, infusing each and every sheet of paper with his explosion release chakra whilst making sure that they didnt explode when in contact with the other sheets and at the sa ti using his paper style to gather them all and compress them into as small of a paper ball as he could.
The chances of failure were high, this was the first ti that he was attempting the jutsu and it showed rely a few seconds later when suddenly deep inside the paper ball that was already half the size of a human body, a paper sheet ignited.
For a mont the entire battlefield under him when silent as Kazuo's face changed from concentration to one of annoyance. That was all that could happen in the allowed ti that it took for the paper sheet to fully ignite.
And when it did, a chain reaction was instantly started, the reaction itself was instant.
The thousands of paper sheets around it which were all infused with explosion chakra, all exploded at the sa ti with it.
All Kazuo saw was the paper ball turn from white to a complete and shining orange colour before the entire world went white.
Opening his eyes, Kazuo found himself back in the bar with the old man and yahiko as he was holding a mug of beer in his hand.
'Yeah, I really forgot my ass wasn't actually a genius.' Kazuo thought with both annoyance and mirth in his tone inwardly.
