Jugo scread, as his right hand that transform into monster hand was actually pierced by Kakashi's Needle Jizo!
The blood drip down and fell on the ground.
Needle Jizo are both offensive and defensive Jutsu. Under the catalysis of Chakra, the silver-white hair becos extrely hard, like steel needles.
Jugo smashed it so hard, so it was natural that he is injured.
What's more, Shigeo is still a kid now, just eight or nine years old. So his Cursed Seal is still not as strong as when he is with Sasuke.
