Sorry to disappoint anyone who clicked in hoping for a new Chapter (gotcha 😅), but I wanted to ask you all sothing important and fun.
As you know, I recently commissioned an artist to do the cover art for this fanfic. While writing the Chaos ets Calamity Chapter, Naruto goes through a lot of physical changes like longer hair, a noticeable height boost, and... well, I won't spoil the rest just yet. 😉
Now, the current cover features Naruto with a standard Zweihander. But in the story, he's already using a black Zweihander, and later he'll be getting even more iconic weapons (no spoilers, but the Moonlight Greatsword might show up in a way you won't expect).
That got thinking: What if Naruto's cover art evolves alongside the story? New gear, new look, new arc. Like a visual tiline of his journey.
Also, the artist is currently working on Oscar's armor commission (yes, I did commission Oscar in full armor because of course I did). I'll post a draft image below if I can, it's looking fantastic.

So here's where you co in. I need so feedback:
1. Should Naruto wear a headband in the new cover art?
In Dark Souls, you can't wear two helms at the sa ti. So if Naruto's got a hood, helm, or crown, the classic forehead protector might not work.
Option 1: Wear the headband on his arm – dirty, frayed, knot coming loose. Symbolic of his connection to the Leaf while showing he's moved beyond it.
Option 2: Keep it on his forehead, the classic look. Simple and nostalgic.
Option 3: Tie it to his belt or gear like a mory or keepsake.
Option 4: Let it hang from his satchel or bag – subtle, but still aningful.

2. Naruto's Expression ( since people didn't like the previous version's expression) Which one fits best for the new cover?

Let know what you guys think! Your input really shapes this story and now, its visual identity too.
Thanks again for all your support. You make every Chapter, every rewrite, every weird little lore tangent worth it.
