Sara and the rest prepared themselves to relocate to Konoha as she had a eting with those high enough positions and told them the conditions...
Danzo had asked them five things to be fulfilled and that actually made them allied with Konoha instead of fully integrated into their system...
This would make Konoha's forces help them with their rebuilding of Roran as missions...
The contract Sara signed was like this...
1. To make a clear distinction for them as they would co under Konoha's banner they would be called Roran Clan...
2. They would need to build around 50 puppets to their best abilities and donate them to Konoha...
3. They can choose a few people to join the Chuunin Exams and beca Chuunin while taking missions which would benefit both of them...
4. They would not be able to attain Jonin - Elite Jonin - Special Jonin rank as they stay in Konoha...
5. This would last for 15 years...
As Sara thought the terms of what Danzo asked them was not that harsh but it was not that easy either as crafting 50 puppets per month was incredible tasking and only Mukade knew how to make them look like real people...
If they didn't mind their crude work which they would end up offering to Danzo she has no complaints...
What she didn't know though was that Danzo knew this and actually wanted the crude ones to be studied along with the improvents they will make over the years and reverse engineer this while making a Konoha sole puppet departnt...
Linley could guess his intentions and dropped it as the contract was not harmful to anyone and the only thing that stands is the tifra which would be plenty for them to rebuild the Kingdom...
This will also give them the ti to have many children thus making her people flourish while also tying them to Konoha if they have children with other clan mbers...
Having finished all preparations and taking their belongings Linley started teleporting them slowly back to Konoha and where Danzo appointed them an open area with few unused buildings...
It took him a few hours for every last one from Roran o be transferred there and eventually settled and beco comfortable in their new life...
Of course, Sara had a headache as she must attend a eting with all Clan Heads and actually introduce herself to them...
Linley laughed at her plight but soon stopped as he was tasked with reporting everything that happened in Roran and this caused Sara to laugh at his gloomy face...
However, Linley created a clone and then vanished ditching both of them to their own devices causing both Sara and the clone to start cursing him while the real one simply took his own way towards the second mission he had gotten from Rasa...
At this tiline, the main protagonist of the Ryu Clan which was Kuroma Tatsushiro and his sister Akari Tatsushiro were a small brat and a baby as they had so years difference...
Thus the plot of Kuroma to take over the Dragons has not started...
Still, this would not be difficult to see it through...
What he actually wants to do there is two things...
Make the Ryu Clan associate with him thus having Akari to himself in the future while also getting Chakra from the dragons...
Currently, he has Kurama's Chakra, Gyuki's and Shukaku's Chakra thus he is missing the other 6 Tail Beasts...
Sure his plan is to use his own blood and the piece of flesh Kurama and the Shell of the Juubi but why not add more to the mix??
He also got Rora's vein chakra when he was dealing with Mukade...
