Looking at the various stats on the panel, Shinji silently closed it. Then, he tidied his attire and pushed open the large door in front of him.

Walking into the classroom and arriving at the podium, he looked up at the students who had been chattering but fell silent upon his arrival. Each of them was looking at him with curious or nervous gazes.

Shinji picked up a piece of chalk, wrote his na on the board, then turned around, put on a gentle smile.

He said with a grin, "Hello everyone, I am your horoom teacher, Aratani Shinji."

As he spoke, his gaze gently swept over the little ones, paying particular attention to a few of the Konoha 12 among them, as they were his capital for future stability.

That's right, after Hiruzen finished speaking, he approached Shinji and inford him that he would be leading a new class this year. And this class was the one Naruto and Sasuke were in. For this, Shinji could only silently apologize to Iruka in his heart.

Perhaps it was due to Shinji's very gentle gaze just now or sothing else but Naruto didn't feel the usual malice from the people around him.

He inexplicably felt a surge of courage and boldly shouted, "Hello, sensei, my na is Uzumaki Naruto."

Shinji smiled and nodded, replying to Naruto very kindly, "Hello, Naruto, please take good care of from now on too."

"Hehe, alright, sensei."

Having received a response, Naruto imdiately felt that this horoom teacher was a very good person, and he chuckled while scratching the back of his head.

Their interaction greatly reduced the tension in the other students' hearts, and they all began to greet Shinji.

Shinji patiently responded to each of them.

It took a while for the little ones to release their enthusiasm, and only then did Shinji raise his hand to quiet them, saying, "For this first class, let's take it easy and talk about everyone's dreams, shall we? We can also get to know each other better, as we'll be spending six years together."

"Dreams are the lighthouses guiding us on our life's journey and the motivation that drives us forward. So, what are your dreams?"

Shinji squinted, a gentle smile on his face, encouraging the students in the classroom to speak up enthusiastically.

For a mont, the lively atmosphere in the entire classroom stalled.

Children in the Ninja World can be said to be precocious, and they naturally understood the aning of Shinji's question.

Naruto scratched his head, thinking of the old man who always talked to him and gave him living expenses, who used to say he was the Hokage. When he asked what a Hokage was back then, the old man just said the Hokage was a great person and hoped he could beco such a person in the future.

But, what is greatness?

"Sensei, how can one beco a Hokage?"

As soon as these words ca out, the entire classroom burst into laughter. Children from so small clan and civilian families naturally knew Naruto, the 'demon fox'.

Naruto asking how to beco a Hokage was, to them, a joke.

Naruto, who had been cheerful, instantly lowered his head.

"Quiet!"

Shinji's expression turned serious, and he raised his voice slightly, shouting to stop the little brats' mockery.

The few who had been laughing instantly stopped smiling and dared not look up.

Shinji, anwhile, looked at the sowhat dejected Naruto, nodded, and then said gently, "Naruto, you need to raise your hand if you want to speak in class, okay? As for..."

Shinji paused, then slowly said, "Before talking about how to beco a Hokage, let first talk about what a ninja is."

"A ninja is soone who can endure, and the most important thing is the perseverance to never give up."

Shinji squinted his eyes as he said this, looking very gently at the students.

"I sincerely hope that my students can possess such qualities."

"No problem! Shinji-sensei!"

As soon as these words ca out, coupled with Shinji's young and handso appearance, many little girls imdiately responded loudly with shy expressions.

Shinji, who had experienced such scenes many tis in the past two years, couldn't help but marvel again at the precociousness of the children in the Ninja World.

Then, he spoke again, "The Hokage leads all Konoha ninjas. They can be understood as soone who must endure pain and walk ahead of everyone else. Upholding Konoha's Will of Fire ans that it's not about becoming Hokage to gain everyone's approval, but rather that soone whom everyone approves of can beco Hokage."

"This is what Hokage-sama often says: 'Where the leaves dance, the fire burns on.'"

Upon hearing this, brilliant light burst forth in Naruto's eyes, as if he had found his direction.

"Yosh! I've decided! My dream is to beco Hokage!"

Seeing Naruto's reaction, Shinji breathed a sigh of relief.

Good, this should initially prevent Hiruzen from potentially observing his teaching through a crystal ball from ti to ti.

"So, Naruto, becoming Hokage is not an easy task, but I support your dream."

Shinji, knowing when to quit, then called on several students who had raised their hands. Their dreams were all varied and strange.

So said they wanted to be florists, others painters. One even said he wanted to be like his older brother.

And there was a spiky-haired boy with markings on his face who said he wanted to beco the strongest.

Shinji expressed his strong approval, hoping they could achieve their dreams.

By the end of the class, almost no serious content had been taught. The entire atmosphere was harmonious and filled with laughter.

It wasn't until the bell rang for dismissal that Shinji raised his hand to quiet them, saying, "Alright, students, that's all for this class. I hope I won't hear from any teachers at dismissal that you weren't paying attention."

"After all, becoming a ninja also requires basic knowledge."

"Oh, and starting tomorrow, we'll officially begin discussing Chakra natures and how to extract Chakra."

The little ones, who had initially shown reluctance when Shinji announced the end of class, were all excited upon hearing this news. After all, apart from children from prominent clans, Ninja School was almost exclusively made up of civilian students. Their parents might just be ordinary villagers, and Chakra was sothing only accessible through attending the Academy.

Shinji looked at the students still imrsed in their excitent, smiled, packed his things, and walked out of the classroom.

Teaching without lecturing, but simply inspiring students' dreams, he wondered if he would receive a reward.
