Their expressions darkened as they desperately launched attacks at the Akimichi jōnin, trying to prevent the Konoha forces from reaching the town walls.
However, their efforts were in vain. The Akimichi jōnin, wielding his weapons with precision and utilizing his clan's secret techniques, deflected every incoming strike, ensuring the Konoha shinobi reached the base of the walls safely.
Of course, even for an elite jōnin, the sheer number of enemy attacks took its toll. As the saying goes, "Enough ants can bring down an elephant." The A-nin atop the walls focused their attacks on him, and though Konoha shinobi aided in blocking so of the jutsu, the assault remained relentless.
A group of Konoha shinobi adept in Earth Release slamd their hands onto the ground, causing massive stone platforms to rise, forming staircases that reached the top of the town walls.
"Destroy those stone steps!" a high-ranking A-nin bellowed.
A barrage of jutsu was unleashed toward the stone formations, but with part of their forces now diverted, the A-nin's pressure on Konoha's main force weakened. Taking advantage of the opportunity, the Konoha shinobi swiftly scaled the steps, leaping onto the walls using the Body Flicker Technique.
anwhile, Uchiha Raiden carved out an opening in the enemy ranks. Another wave of Earth Release users quickly constructed more stone staircases, allowing Konoha forces to flood the walls. Within monts, the first defensive line of A-nin crumbled, and chaos erupted atop Tetsuishi Town's fortifications.
As the battle escalated into close-quarters combat, Orochimaru landed on the town wall, biting his thumb before slamming his palm onto the surface.
"Summoning Jutsu!"
A massive, earth-colored three-headed serpent materialized, instantly lunging at the surrounding A-nin, crushing them beneath its weight. Without hesitation, Orochimaru perford another summoning, this ti calling forth an enormous deep-blue snake with a single horn—Manda, his most formidable summon.
Manda erged with a flick of its tongue, its piercing yellow eyes narrowing as it regarded Orochimaru.
"Summoning for re insects? How beneath ."
"Eat as many as you want. It depends on your own capability," Orochimaru replied coldly, his sleeves releasing a swarm of venomous snakes that shot toward the surrounding A-nin.
Manda, though displeased, did not argue further. With a powerful lunge, it slithered into the A-nin ranks, sweeping its massive tail and sending enemies flying. Those unfortunate enough to be caught directly in its path were reduced to little more than mangled corpses.
Panic spread among the A-nin as they witnessed the devastation. Their own summoners hastily perford their jutsu, bringing forth various creatures to counter Orochimaru's summons. However, their beasts were nowhere near the level of Manda or the three-headed serpent. The difference in power was staggering.
With Konoha shinobi securing the town walls, the battle turned in their favor. The elite forces leading the charge were composed of seasoned clan mbers, each far surpassing the average A-nin in strength. Unable to hold their ground, the A-nin began leaping off the walls, retreating into the alleys below.
"Fall back into the alleys! Use the terrain to our advantage!" an A-nin commander shouted.
The retreating forces scattered, slipping into the maze-like streets, hoping to ambush Konoha shinobi from the shadows.
"Hold your positions!" an Akimichi jōnin commanded as he arrived at the wall. "Don't rush in blindly! Let the Hyūga locate their positions first."
The A-nin's strategy was sound—Konoha shinobi unfamiliar with the town's layout could easily fall prey to surprise attacks. However, the presence of Hyūga clan mbers drastically reduced their advantage. With their Byakugan activated, the Hyūga shinobi quickly scanned the area, pinpointing enemy locations.
"Enemy positions confird!" a Hyūga reported.
With their ambush plans disrupted, the A-nin were forced into direct confrontation, where Konoha's superior combat abilities overwheld them. Despite their efforts, the A-nin were steadily pushed back through the narrow streets.
"Konoha's forces are too strong—we can't hold them back! Our only hope now is Ryūgen-sama. If he can defeat Jiraiya, we might still have a chance. Otherwise... we'll have no choice but to fight to the death," an A-nin jōnin muttered, his face filled with frustration and despair. He glanced toward a heavily fortified building surrounded by a barrier, his eyes flashing with renewed determination.

"Tetsuishi Town is lost. You have no way to hold it," Jiraiya declared, sending Ryūgen flying with a powerful slash. He smirked as he saw Konoha shinobi pouring onto the town walls.
Ryūgen gritted his teeth, his twin blades gleaming as he forced himself back onto his feet.
"If I kill you, I can still drive them out!"
With a furious roar, he unleashed a devastating dual-blade technique, his strikes aid to cut Jiraiya down.
"You're out of chances," Jiraiya said, shaking his head. Bringing his hands together in a familiar seal, he absorbed a surge of natural energy. Sage markings appeared on his face as he entered Sage Mode in an instant.
Ryūgen's expression twisted. He had been fighting Jiraiya for too long—his chakra reserves were nearly depleted, his stamina drained. Now, with Jiraiya entering Sage Mode, the outco of their battle was sealed.
The tides of war had turned decisively in Konoha's favor.
