Hana and Kiba Inuzuka reported the matter of Tonbo Tobitake to their parents. Kiba's eyes were brimming with anticipation. In his mind, an illusory scene had already begun to play: he was sitting in the Hokage's seat, and Akamaru, as the King of Dogs, was receiving the worship of a massive pack of dogs below.
Because of this vision, he was more enthusiastic than anyone about hiring Tonbo as a private tutor.

Research into "Inserting History"—which was essentially "Inserting mory"—would be fine as long as he adjusted it to fit the capacity of Kiba's brain.
