He had returned to his own tiline. Suddenly, Sasuke felt that everything had beco a bit strange. The Plow had been repaired, and this ti, Sasuke used Shinirei to absorb it directly. Its power was completely transferred to him. The ability to traverse ti and space was now thoroughly mastered by Sasuke.
However, the mont he grasped this power, Sasuke suddenly discovered that there wasn't just one world. His previous feeling had been correct. The ninja who had arrived in the new era due to the chaos had not all co from a single tiline. They had co from multiple worlds. The Naruto world alone had countless parallel universes. Although they were all the sa world, the flow of ti was different in each, and every world had its own minor deviations. They weren't completely identical. For example, the Kaguya he had brought back with him had co to the new era from another world entirely.
"What's wrong?" Kaguya suddenly asked, looking at Sasuke with a hint of confusion in her eyes. Since returning from the new era, Sasuke had been acting strangely. Kaguya found it strange as well.
Sasuke sighed. "This is the world that truly belongs to ."
Kaguya looked around. They were currently on a mountain peak, and not far away was the Hidden Leaf Village. Looking at the village, even without entering it, Kaguya could clearly sense that this Leaf Village was different from the previous one. This world's Naruto Uzumaki didn't seem to have grown up yet; he hadn't reached the formidable level of his future self.
Kaguya nodded. "What's wrong? Are you not happy to be back?"
Sasuke was taken aback. Not happy? It did seem that way. He didn't feel as happy as he thought he would. Why was that? Did he prefer the chaotic tiline? The chaotic world?
Seeing Sasuke's bewildered expression, Kaguya suddenly smiled. "I think, perhaps, you are no longer suited to stay in this world."
Hearing this, Sasuke turned to look at her. "What do you an by that?"
"Exactly what I said. In this world, you have already reached the pinnacle. Even when you went to the new world and faced ninja from various tilines and different worlds, you were in a position of absolute dominance."
"Your power has broken through to the limit."
The limit? Sasuke looked at Kaguya. "And so?"
Kaguya smiled. "So, you are no longer suited to stay in a world like this."
Sasuke was stunned. "Then what you an is…"
Kaguya looked at him. "Didn't I just see you completely absorb the power of the Plow? Then you should have no trouble sensing it now."
Sensing what? Sasuke smiled. "Indeed, I can feel a trace of it."
Kaguya looked at Sasuke. "Then that is the place you should go."
The place he should go. Sasuke frowned. She was talking about a new world. After fusing with the power of the Plow, Sasuke had indeed felt sothing new and different. Besides the nurous parallel universes of the Naruto world, there was sothing else, independent of these systems. Sasuke could sense more points of light. These different universes, these different worlds, were also filled with many differences. Right now, Sasuke could only travel between the worlds of the Naruto-verse. He couldn't cross the vaster distances unless… he spent a great deal of ti and effort building a bridge in this grand universe, or as one might say, this Great Chiliocosm, and used that thod to travel to other major worlds.
However, Sasuke didn't know if he could do it.
Kaguya looked at him. "You already stand at the pinnacle of this world. Don't you want to see a new one?"
"Perhaps you can go even higher, fly even farther."
Hearing this, Sasuke thought about it carefully. Indeed, he should give it a try. But he didn't know how long it would take to build such a bridge.
"If I want to go to a new world, the ti it would take would be unimaginable."
Kaguya smiled. "With your current power, does ti still have any aning for you?"
Sasuke had fused with the blood of an unknown number of Otsutsuki. Ti had indeed beco aningless to him. Even if he did nothing and just stood here, tens of thousands of years could pass, and he would not die. So, ti was indeed aningless.
When ti lost its aning, Sasuke suddenly realized that he felt a bit lonely. If ti still held aning, he wouldn't have noticed this problem. But when it beca aningless, Sasuke, all alone, suddenly felt his own solitude.
He turned to look at Kaguya beside him. "Do you want to co with ?"
Without hesitation, Kaguya nodded. "I have completely broken away from the Otsutsuki. Now, as your wife and follower, of course I will go with you."
If Kaguya was with him, then Sasuke felt a little better. At least he wouldn't be completely alone.
However, before leaving, Sasuke wanted to go back to the Leaf Village for one last walk. With a flicker, the two of them appeared on a street in the village. With Sasuke's current power, a simple genjutsu he cast could not be seen through even by soone like Naruto. To outsiders, Sasuke and Kaguya were just an ordinary couple.
They strolled through the streets of the Leaf. Sasuke headed towards his own ho, with Kaguya following silently behind, watching him. She probably knew what he was feeling and didn't interrupt.
Walking through the noisy street, Sasuke suddenly stopped. He saw a group of familiar faces walking past him: Shikamaru, Neji, Choji, and the others, laughing and talking. For a mont, it reminded Sasuke of his mories from the Ninja Academy. He wondered if they even rembered a person like him.
He arrived at his ho. Sasuke passed right through the door and entered. The room seed to have been specially cleaned; it was spotless. The tiline began to rapidly rewind before his eyes, and then the scene that appeared was of Naruto, coming to his house ti and ti again to help him clean. This aningless task seed to be very important to Naruto. Even though he knew Sasuke would never co back, Naruto persisted in cleaning the room, as if he would return one day.
And indeed, he had returned.
Although Sasuke didn't plan to stay the night, seeing this made him feel pretty good.
But if he was going to leave, there was one more thing he planned to do: erase everything about himself. This world no longer needed anyone to rember him. Erase everyone's mories of him. That way, Sasuke wouldn't have to leave behind any bonds or nostalgia.
Naruto, who was training sowhere, suddenly looked up at the sky. Just now, he felt as if he had forgotten sothing incredibly, incredibly important.
At that mont, Sasuke, with Kaguya, was rapidly traversing the bridge built by his power, moving from the Naruto world towards the next great universe.
Looking back, Sasuke watched as the point of light that was the Naruto world rapidly shrank in his vision.
'Goodbye… Naruto World.'
