The advanced training thod for the Sharingan allowed Sasuke to increase the power of his Sharingan. This surprised Sasuke quite a bit. After all, whether the Sharingan could continue to evolve wasn't necessarily related to the strength of the eyes.
But if the power of the eyes could increase, it would provide a massive boost to the Sharingan, sothing terrifyingly beneficial.
The relationship between the Sharingan and its power was akin to the relationship between a ninja and chakra. Whether a ninja is a chunin or a jounin isn't really about their chakra. Even if they don't et a specific standard, they can't beco a jounin. Similarly, while the Sharingan requires a certain level of power to unlock more advanced abilities, it isn't absolute.
After three hours of training, Sasuke's Sharingan power had doubled. Now, when he activated his Sharingan, he could clearly sense that his ability to perceive "power" had grown stronger.
However, Sasuke wasn't sure about the specific changes yet. He figured it would only be after unlocking the Mangekyō Sharingan that he'd truly feel the impact of the enhanced power.
Next, Sasuke began training with the Cursed Seal.
Another three hours.
After this, Sasuke had managed to remove 4.5% more of the Cursed Seal's influence.

The removal of the seal also ant that Sasuke could use the chakra extracted from the Cursed Seal more freely, without suffering any harm.
After six hours of training, even Sasuke was starting to feel tired. But he couldn't stop now; he needed to continue.
Next up was chakra refinent.
Currently, Sasuke's chakra reserves were only slightly greater than Kakashi's, so he wasn't in a "limitless chakra" state yet.
Therefore, chakra refinent couldn't be interrupted.
He still had three to four hours left until six o'clock the next morning, ti Sasuke dedicated entirely to refining his chakra. If he kept up this pace, he'd be able to increase his chakra reserves by half before the Chuunin Exams.
A quiet night passed.
The next day!
When Sasuke woke up, he could feel the surge of chakra within him. In just a short ti, his chakra reserves had grown imnsely, far more than when he had started.
Take Chidori, for example.
At Sasuke's current level, performing the Chidori multiple tis in a row was no issue at all. Moreover, with his own chakra recovery speed being fast, the more he used it, the faster it recovered.
With this, it seed almost impossible for Sasuke to run out of chakra during a standard battle.
"Yo!"
"You're as diligent as ever! Up so early!"
Just as Sasuke was about to leave the house, Kakashi's voice rang out.
Seeing Kakashi, Sasuke was surprised. "Kakashi-sensei, you're up this early too?"
At this, Kakashi glared at Sasuke with a dark expression.
It seems that what was said implied that Kakashi is usually quite lazy.
In reality, Kakashi does seem to be like that.
"Alright! Since you're up, let's go!"
"Where are we going?"
Kakashi smiled. "The Chuunin Exams are coming up. I'll recomnd that you participate this year. Although I trust you guys, I also need to help you train before that!"
"Naruto and Sakura have already started!"
With that, Kakashi seed to plan to take Sasuke to find Naruto and Sakura.
However, Sasuke had his own plans for today.
But since Kakashi showed up, it might be better to have him help.
"Kakashi-sensei, since you're here, I actually have sothing I'd like you to help with."
"Help you?"
Kakashi was a little surprised. Was this kid planning to ask to learn another jutsu?
Thinking back to yesterday, Kakashi swore he never wanted to teach Sasuke jutsu again in his life.
If he taught Sasuke any more jutsus, Kakashi might lose all his confidence himself.
"Do you want to teach you..."
"No, no, no!"
Sasuke shook his head. He wasn't interested in Kakashi's jutsu anymore.
Seeing Sasuke shaking his head frantically, for so reason, Kakashi felt a little disappointed.
Does this kid really think his jutsu are that useless?
"I want to ask Kakashi-sensei, could you please ask another jounin to teach so basic techniques!"
"Huh?!"
When Kakashi heard this, he thought he misheard.
Was Sasuke asking him to bring in another jounin to teach him?
Was this saying that Kakashi wasn't qualified to teach his own disciple?
Or was it implying that Kakashi wasn't as good as other jounin?
In the whole of Konoha, who dared to say that they were better than him, Hatake Kakashi?
And this kid was actually saying this...
"I want to learn so genjutsu. Even if I don't learn genjutsu, I want to know how to deal with powerful genjutsu users if I encounter them."
"So, I want to ask Kakashi-sensei to help request for Kurenai-sensei to teach so basic genjutsu."
After hearing Sasuke's request, Kakashi was montarily stunned.
"Alright!"
If it was anything else, there was no one in Konoha who could completely outmatch Kakashi, but when it ca to genjutsu, there was indeed no one stronger than Kurenai in Konoha.

"What? Your disciple wants to learn so basic genjutsu?"
"Kakashi, what's going on? Your disciple, Sasuke?"
Kurenai was also giving her own team Hinata, Kiba, and Shino so extra training. After all, she wanted her students to perform well in the Chuunin Exams.
However, when Kakashi suddenly asked her to teach Sasuke, she was a bit confused.
She clearly rembered Sasuke's battle from yesterday. His strength was already considerable, but now he wanted to learn genjutsu? What was going on?

It was all the Third Hokage's orders to make Sasuke feel the warmth of Konoha. He had no choice!
Seeing Kakashi's expression, Kurenai sighed.
"Fine. Tell him to co here."
"Uh... Kurenai, you can't go?"
"I still have to continue the special training for my team. I can't leave!"
"Oh, alright! I'll send Sasuke over to you right now!"
