In the next mont, Sasuke felt an unprecedented sense of exhilaration throughout his body, as if he were a sponge subrged in the vast ocean, greedily absorbing its boundless nutrients. The sensation was overwhelming, and Sasuke almost let out a cry of pleasure.
This feeling didn't last long, yet to Sasuke, it felt as though an entire year had passed. Every cell in his body seed to cheer, and every part of him seed to breathe. For a fleeting instant, Sasuke thought he could sense a strange energy in the air, a peculiar force that felt absorbable.
But just as he tried to focus on it, the sensation vanished.
Sasuke slowly opened his eyes and, wasting no ti, pulled off his shirt to examine his body.
"Exceptional Physique!"
"Doesn't look like there's any noticeable change..."
Yet as he inspected his muscles closely, he noticed sothing different. His muscle definition was sharper, and while not overly bulky like a professional bodybuilder's, his fra exhibited a harmonious golden ratio of lean and powerful lines.
Clenching his fist lightly, Sasuke thought, "It feels like my strength has increased."
While it was difficult for soone to judge their own strength without a benchmark, Sasuke had a quick way to test. Grabbing a cup from the table, he exerted a light grip and the cup shattered instantly under the pressure.
"So it's true. My strength has grown, and not just a little!"
The fact that a casual grip caused the cup to break confird that his power had increased dramatically more than double his previous level.
"Is this what the Exceptional Physique reward does? Just improving my physical strength?"
If that were all, Sasuke felt it fell short of the Perfect Talent reward he had received earlier.
He turned toward his bed to put his shirt back on, but as he took two casual steps, he was shocked by how quickly he reached it. His movents stirred up a gust of wind as if propelled by sheer speed.
"Even my speed has improved!"
The changes brought by the Exceptional Physique seed to go beyond what he could observe indoors. Realizing this, Sasuke sighed and prepared to head outside Konoha to test his limits.
Arriving at a secluded training spot outside the village, Sasuke could no longer contain his excitent.
While still within the village, he had suppressed his urge to test himself. But now that he was outside, he let loose, dashing through the forest with all his might. Even without activating Shunshin, he noticed that his speed had more than doubled.
To his surprise, his chakra reserves had also increased significantly, though this wasn't the main focus. What stood out most was the newfound fluidity in his chakra control. Using ninjutsu felt smoother, almost as if his chakra pathways had been completely unblocked, like the legendary Eight Extraordinary ridians in martial arts tales being fully cleared.
Chakra flowed without any resistance, and the speed at which he could release it was astonishing.
"I see now... The Exceptional Physique isn't just about physical enhancents. It's like my body has been turned into a treasure, or perhaps I've undergone a transformation akin to a martial artist advancing from mortal to immortal."
Excitent coursed through Sasuke as he realized the full potential of his newfound abilities.
Sasuke was so excited, jumping up and down as if he had an endless supply of energy.
After an intense session of activity, he didn't feel even the slightest fatigue.
"Did I just unlock infinite stamina?"
Of course, it wasn't infinite stamina.
It's just that Sasuke's level of exertion wasn't enough to make him feel tired yet.
"Well then, let's try so basic taijutsu training now!"
Sasuke had long wanted to start taijutsu training, but previously he focused on maximizing the developnt of his innate talents.
Now, things were different. With such dramatic changes in his body, basic taijutsu training focused on building strength, speed, endurance, and stamina seed ideal.
Not only could this training help Sasuke quickly adapt to his enhanced physique, but it could also reveal whether his extraordinary constitution would allow him to achieve rapid gains through training.
Push-ups, squats, frog jumps, sit-ups these foundational exercises weren't worth ntioning.
Sasuke jumped straight into doing 500 of each.
Five hundred reps per exercise.
After completing the set, Sasuke felt as if every cell in his body was burning.
Yet beyond that, he didn't feel particularly exhausted.
He could even sense the effects of the training almost imdiately.
If there had been a detailed status display, it might have shown sothing like this:
Strength: 0.1
Speed: 0.1
Endurance: 0.1
Stamina: 0.1
Every aspect of his physical abilities was steadily improving.
This progress was subtle yet perceptible.
From midday to evening, Sasuke was fully imrsed in his training.
It wasn't until nightfall that he snapped back to reality, realizing it was already evening.
Returning ho, Sasuke sat on his bed. After a full day of training, not only was he not exhausted, but he also felt that he still had energy to spare.
It was as if this level of training wasn't nearly enough to deplete his energy reserves.
But since it was nightti, continuing to train wasn't practical.
Even if his body wasn't tired, his mind still needed rest.
So Sasuke sat cross-legged on his bed. Recently, he had almost gotten used to replacing sleep with chakra refinent.
However, as Sasuke began refining his chakra, he made a new discovery.
In the past, he could manage five to six rounds of chakra refinent in a night pushing himself to his limit, maybe seven rounds.
But tonight, after completing four rounds, Sasuke felt no difficulty at all.
He continued refining chakra.
By morning, Sasuke had managed to refine chakra nearly ten tis.
This alone increased his chakra reserves by about ten percent.
The rapid growth thrilled Sasuke.
But now it was already morning, ti to et up with the others. Sasuke couldn't keep refining chakra any longer.
After getting ready, he stepped out of the house.
Today, an uncontrollable smile lit up Sasuke's face.
