Sasuke was eager to learn Wood Release techniques. The base didn't offer enough space, so he had to head outside Otogakure.
Taking the Scroll of Seals with him, Sasuke left for the outskirts of the village.
To practice Wood Release, he needed a spacious and secluded place where no one would find him.
Wood Release was even more remarkable than the Mangekyou Sharingan.
After all, the First Hokage, who brought peace to the warring states era, had made his na across the ninja world with Wood Release.
