Sasuke was sowhat confused.
But then he wondered if he was overthinking it?
Orochimaru is also a ninja. How could a ninja not feel frustrated if their hands, the very hands needed for hand seals, couldn't work?
So, Orochimaru's reaction seems normal after all!
Perhaps Sasuke was thrown off because in the original story, Orochimaru always appeared cold and emotionless, never showing any other emotions.
That's why Sasuke was montarily confused about Orochimaru's behavior.
But now, thinking about it, it makes sense that Orochimaru would feel frustrated if he knew his hands couldn't be healed.

How did Orochimaru know that his hands couldn't be healed?
Did he have Tsunade check them?
But if Tsunade had examined them, then she shouldn't be treating Kimimaro right now!
Why would Tsunade do this?
With that thought, Sasuke imdiately rushed toward Kimimaro's room.
Upon arriving at the door, just as Sasuke pushed it open, he saw Tsunade busy at work.
Tsunade furrowed her brows and glanced at Sasuke.
"Out!"
"This is surgery ti. No one is allowed to interrupt!"
Sasuke took a quick look at Tsunade, confirming that she was indeed treating Kimimaro, and with his questions still unanswered, he stepped back out.
If Tsunade had examined Orochimaru's hands, she should know that Orochimaru couldn't use the Reanimation Jutsu.
Therefore, the threats that Orochimaru had made to Tsunade should be irrelevant.
So why would Tsunade still be treating Kimimaro?
Sasuke couldn't understand the situation.
However, the reason behind this was naturally Orochimaru's doing.
After Tsunade and Orochimaru returned to the Sound Village overnight, Tsunade was initially furious.
Being forcibly taken, how could she, one of the legendary Sannin, tolerate such a thing?
But Orochimaru had anticipated this and explained the situation with Kimimaro, telling Tsunade why Sasuke was so determined to save him.
Moved by Orochimaru's words, Tsunade, in the end, decided to check on the poor man, partly because of her old connection with Orochimaru.
As the last mber of the Kaguya clan, Kimimaro's fate resonated deeply with her.
Orochimaru described Kimimaro using special words, highlighting how both he and Kimimaro were the last of their clans just like Sasuke, the last of the Uchiha.
When the two t, there was an unspoken understanding between them, a shared feeling.
Tsunade sympathized with this.
But Sasuke would never know about this.
Back in his room, Sasuke was followed by Haku.
"Sasuke-sama, I noticed you're injured, and the bandage isn't done properly. Let rewrap it for you!"
Sasuke didn't refuse. His own bandaging skills weren't exactly the best...
Looking at the wounds on Sasuke's body, Haku was sowhat surprised!
This injury will probably take at least half a month to heal, and it's impossible to recover without that much ti.
Haku carefully bandaged Sasuke and was just about to help him secure the bandages.
At that mont, the door opened. "Just bandaging won't do anything for the wound!"
"I'll do it."
Saying this, Tsunade walked in.
Sasuke remained wary of Tsunade, watching her with a cautious gaze.
Tsunade took the dical tools from Haku is hands and ripped off the bandages Haku had applied.
Then she glanced at the wound.
"Spiraling Wind... Did you fight Jiraiya?"
Hearing this, Sasuke frowned. "Is that why you're treating ?"
Tsunade didn't answer but instead began using her dical ninjutsu to accelerate Sasuke's wound healing a bit.
With this step, Sasuke's recovery speed would improve significantly.
"Don't be so nervous, kid!"
"I'm not going to eat you. I've already helped treat that little brat!"
Hearing this, Sasuke turned his head. "What about Kimimaro?"
At the ntion of this, Tsunade's expression darkened.
"If there's anything, just say it!"
If even Tsunade had no way to help, then Sasuke would be powerless.

So what Kimimaro needs is a large amount of chakra to compensate for his body's weakness.
'What if... we make Kimimaro the... Jinchuriki?'
Wouldn't that solve the problem?
Maybe it's worth trying. The chakra of the tailed beast could enhance his healing abilities, and the Shikotsumyaku already has its own healing power.
If the two were combined successfully, Kimimaro would beco an even more terrifying ninja.
