Chapter 220: Your Weakness is Kurosaki Ichigo
“Kurosaki Ichigo, he is your vital point.”
Seated upon his cold throne, Yhwach regarded Aizen Sosuke with indifferent calm. His voice was steady, rough, and heavy, as if each word had already been spoken a thousand tis in the future, then dragged back into the present.
“Since you possess the ability to see the past and future, you should know how significant Kurosaki Ichigo is. I do not know how far ahead you have seen, but no matter what path you choose, Kurosaki Ichigo is indispensable. That is what you believe.”
His gaze did not waver.
“You guided his training carefully. You planned his steps ticulously. You forged him into a blade, a blade ant to kill you, or perhaps, to understand you. That was your original plan.”
Yhwach’s tone sharpened, yet remained quiet.
“But after you awakened your ability to observe the future, you changed. You began using power from an unknown source to educate him, to force his growth as quickly as possible, to shape him into the person you desire.”
Aizen’s smile did not change. His expression stayed gentle, composed, almost polite.
Yhwach continued.
“Why? The future I saw did not include you awakening this future observation and acting upon it. Yet according to what I have observed, if your plan succeeds, then the future I see becos nothingness.”
A pause, cold and absolute.
“Therefore, no matter what, I cannot allow your plan to succeed, Aizen Sosuke. And yet, I also saw a scene, I saw myself being killed after I made a move against you.”
His eyes narrowed slightly, as if asuring Aizen’s breath.
“Judging from the current situation, you spent imnse power to elevate Kurosaki Ichigo into your ally, yet you still retain strength for your sches.”
His voice turned faintly mocking.
“Yamamoto Genryusai Shigekuni is rigid. He does not understand your plan. But you cannot hide anything from my All Seeing All Knowing.”
Yhwach spoke the na of his ability like a declaration of ownership.
“Your future has already been locked to the mont you are killed by Kurosaki Ichigo. After all, you have hidden quite a few things from him, have you not?”
Aizen remained silent, still smiling, still unruffled.
Yhwach sneered, the sound soft, but sharp.
All Seeing All Knowing allowed him to grasp the past and future of this world. Even with Aizen altered, even with foreign influence seeping through the seams of reality, Yhwach still claid he could see.
It felt bizarre, yet he spoke with complete certainty.
Even creations from outside the world could not contend with All Seeing All Knowing. Of that, Yhwach was absolutely confident. Kyoka Suigetsu, illusions, hypnosis, all of it was insignificant in his eyes. He had watched Aizen turn everyone else into puppets, watched captains dance in circles, watched reality itself bend to a smile.
Yet Yhwach believed he would remain untouched.
Kyoka Suigetsu could completely hypnotize anyone whose reishi was inferior to Aizen’s. In this world, almost no one surpassed Aizen in that regard. asured purely in reishi, Aizen’s strength was grotesque, almost unreasonable. It was enough for him to contend with multiple captains through pressure alone.
But Yhwach did not place himself within that scope.
As the Soul King’s son, and as the owner of Auswahlen, he believed he was beyond such interference.
And now, because Aizen had gained the ability to foresee the future and had begun to focus so heavily on Ichigo, Yhwach judged that focus to be dangerous.
Aizen’s personality was twisted, perverse, and endlessly calculating. His guidance could be sincere in thod, yet sincerity of heart was sothing Yhwach had never once observed in all the futures he had witnessed.
So Aizen must have hidden sothing.
Sothing that mattered.
And when Aizen had subtly hinted at the matter of Kurosaki Ichigo’s mother, Yhwach’s observation chanism absorbed it instantly. In that mont, Yhwach understood.
All of this was Aizen’s sche.
Aizen Sosuke, the terrifying man who had once deceived all of Soul Society and the outside world, who had molded himself into a magnificent figure, then step by step applied pressure until Seireitei itself bent around him. In the futures Yhwach had observed, a considerable portion involved Aizen at the very end, calling for sothing beyond the world, turning the concept of Soul Society into nothingness, shutting down the observation of the future itself.
Yhwach would not allow it.
He had promised a world of chaos and peace, a world without death, without sacrifice. He would not allow a foreign freak like Aizen, appearing from who knew where, to derail his plan.
So the core was Ichigo.
If Aizen had not gained future observation, he would have been content to sit in Muken, letting Ichigo and Soul Society wander for years, letting the Fullbring organization be destroyed, letting the Wandenreich rise at the perfect mont.
But now the script had changed.
Improvisation was required.
The Espada still existed in Hueco Mundo. The captains remained in their positions in Seireitei. The most efficient outco, seizing Hueco Mundo, turning the Arrancar into troops, crushing an already battered Seireitei, was no longer possible.
So Yhwach turned his attention to a different weapon.
Yamamoto Genryusai Shigekuni.
A rigid pillar, a blade that could be directed.
A force that could confront Aizen, the deepest hidden, the most dangerous variable among all factions.
“Kurosaki Ichigo is your vital point,” Yhwach said again, as if nailing the truth into place. “And your Espada in Hueco Mundo remain active. You planted huge trees there, one by one, hiding it from Kurosaki Ichigo, did you not?”
His mouth curved into a low chuckle.
“That boy may have potential, but in the end, he is still a brat.”
Yhwach’s gaze sharpened like a blade drawn from ice.
“The so called chakra of Soul Society is rely bait. You drew attention toward Seireitei so no one would look at Hueco Mundo. You used the chaos to plant dozens of trees, absorbing the power of the Forest of nos and the reishi desert, sending signals to the outside.”
He spoke the accusation like a verdict.
“I know this.”
A few nearby captains flinched, their spiritual pressure rising instinctively around Squad One barracks. More signatures appeared, one after another, captain level reishi closing in like a net.
Yhwach remained unafraid. The void tunnel before them was maintained by Aizen. Yamamoto remained unafraid as well. This was his ho.
But eyes slowly shifted toward Aizen.
Was Aizen afraid?
If he had nothing to refute Yhwach, why would he go so far as to draw this monster out from the deepest shadows?
Yhwach’s voice dropped, heavier.
“If this continues, in two months, absolute destruction will descend upon Soul Society. Even my All Seeing All Knowing will not see the future.”
His gaze flicked to Yamamoto, almost as if he were offering advice.
“Yamamoto Genryusai Shigekuni, if I were you, I would unite every possible force to eradicate Aizen Sosuke.”
The words hit like a hamr.
“If I want to return to the age of chaos, to give everyone eternal peace, then Aizen Sosuke’s actions are destroying everything here.”
“…What?”
Even though the warning ca from an enemy, it was too shocking to ignore.
Yamamoto’s brow lifted, eyes hard as he glanced back at Aizen. Aizen stood calmly behind him, composed, as if this was all expected, as if he had no need to defend himself, or no desire to.
Minutes had passed. The standoff had drawn captains like moths to fla. Their presence crowded the air, heavy and tense, ready to collapse into violence with a single wrong word.
And yet Aizen did not panic.
The disagreent here could be resolved by one sentence.
“I do not intend to kill the Soul King,” Aizen said, voice soft, smile unchanged. “Nor do I intend to replace the Soul King. On the contrary, I hope to let the Soul King decide everything himself.”
His gaze slid toward Yamamoto, respectful, almost gentle.
“From beginning to end, my stance has been consistent. If change cannot be made within Seireitei, then seek change from the outside.”
Then he looked at Yhwach.
“Tell , Yhwach. Why would I summon a future that ends the world?”
Yhwach stared at him, expression unreadable, then shook his head.
“Words have been spoken. Yamamoto, think for yourself.”
The void tunnel shattered.
The icy corridor collapsed into nothing, reverting to calm air as if it had never existed.
But the air did not remain calm for long.
A distorted state rippled again, like the world itself being cracked by static. Space split open with jagged lines, and from that裂 gap, Kurosaki Ichigo poked his head through, looking around like he had stuck his face into the wrong door.
“Hey, Aizen,” Ichigo said, blinking. “I feel like my clone got captured. Didn’t you say there weren’t any major problems in Seireitei?”
“It’s Yhwach,” Aizen replied calmly.
“His so called All Seeing All Knowing was already interfered with in the previous world, and it is the sa now. We just need to wait. Your clone should also pay attention to its state, it is best not to be discovered.”
Aizen’s tone was almost comforting, which made it worse.
“Neither Yhwach nor Seireitei are our enemies. They are rely a group of pitiful people waiting for us.”
“Oh,” Ichigo said, brightening instantly. “I won’t forget.”
Watching the two of them tear open space again as casually as stepping through a doorway, chatting as they vanished into the tunnel, Yamamoto gripped his staff so tightly his knuckles seed ready to crack.
His expression shifted like weather under a storm.
Strict, decisive, never hesitating, that was how he had ruled. But this ti, there was no simple blade solution. This was not sothing that could be solved by sacrificing Seireitei and calling it duty.
Aizen was a Shinigami, in a sense. His flesh was in the sa pot.
But Yhwach?
Could Yhwach’s words be trusted?
Yamamoto looked at the captains around him, at their confused, wary gazes, and felt sothing bitter settle in his chest.
“…Have Captain Mayuri Kurotsuchi co to see ,” he ordered at last, voice low, final.
“Develop instrunts to counter the Wandenreich and the Shadow Realm. Imdiately. I want to verify what Yhwach said.”
